Foods and cocktails were good. And the vibe inside is really nice.

Dont pay attending to the grumpy looking guy, he was focused on taking the picture. The food was great, for Mexican food in Northern Germany.

Their Nachos original was pretty bad. The nachos were soft and chewy. Their so called "pico de gallo" version was just soggy tomatoes and one leaf of celery as garnish. They need to look up for a pico de gallo recipe. The dish did not look appetizing at all. Same goes for their cocktails. It was alright but we barely tasted any alcohol in it. We left and went to their competitor Tijuana around the corner. Drinks and food was way more better over there.

Amazing place. Amazing food. Good, sweet and friendly employees. Such a great place.

Incredibly rude!!!! They gave us a terribly made cocktail and offered then to give us something else instead. Then when they charged for both things the guy serving was super rude and basically threatened us and told us to “better get out”. Worst place I have ever been

After having booked in person for ten people, on arrival, no-one knew anything about it. We were then asked if we wished to sit outside, to which we agreed as it was stifling inside. Then we were told that outside cant be booked and that there was no room anyway.Inside was the same story, until Kostas took over and quickly moved some tables around so that we had room for ten.In general the food was okay. Unfortunately I chose the spicy wings, thinking that they would be large juicy chunks from the butcher covered in their own Mexican sauce.What I got was the same wee wings I can buy from Netto or Aldi. And they are spicier than the dried out excuses that I found on my plate.Plus points were the salad, the draught Späten and, of course, Kostas. He seemed to be the only server not avoiding the customers.

Nice cocktails. Personell is not paying too much attention. And it is quite expensive

Slow service, tasteless nachos. Not my type of place I have to say....

We were there to have cocktails in the evening. They dont measure anything while making cocktails so the drinks were over powering with alcohol. As much as it tasted okay, it isnt a good thing especially when drinking cocktails. The prices were reasonable and people were kind. Didnt have any food as we were full from before.

Dont go there! Went to this place for the first time for drinks. The drinks were fine. Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude, they dont serve you with a smile or do any effort to speak to you in English. It is also surprising the guy was also expecting a tip for his rude service.

Great view on the square and Rathouse. We went there to get some nibbles and drinks and enjoy the people passing by. Tip: take the mixed taco plate to get a flavour of the different tacos they have. They also have johannesbeer Schorle which I love.

Hello,I was so many time with friends in this restaurant during a few years.Always soooo good, funny and with quality.This LAST time, was so bad and not good !Nachos was to burn, no salsa, no tast !Fajitas was the shame,... incredibale ! 😞I asked for the gacamole, salsa because they miss to serve, and they put four times on the Bill !So, thank you to Sausalito for the Best time of before, but I dont go anymore.

The cocktails are pricy for the amount you get.The glass is half full with crushed ice.I feel like I am being scammed. Normally I see this kind of practice in third world countrys.

Great place to hang out. A place which serves both good quality food and drinks. Atmosphere inside is generally what you want it to be on a weekend evening. Definitely recomended

The staff is amazingly friendly. Ambience is great. Good music good food. What more can you ask?

My GF and I arrived 30 minutes ago, were shown to our seats and our drink order was taken immediately. The restaurant ist half empty with plenty of staff walking around.We still have yet to receive our drinks and have cancelled our order and walked out.The place next door called Tijuana is much more recommendable, as the service is there and the orders are brought, as well as the prices are better.So forget this place and go to Tijuana, Aachen, that is were we are now headed.EDIT: arrived at Tijuana restaurant were we met 2 other couples who had the same experience..... TONIGHT!

Food was okay but not that great: burgers were meh, and the chicken on the caesar salad had to much spices on it for a caesar salad. The nachos were a bit sad as the cheese was not melty anymore and they got soggy super quickly. The potato parts were really good however.Expensive for what you get, it used to be way better. We did get our food super quickly.

Food is okay, but really really expensive. The waitress was nice, but a bit clumsy. The interior design is also okay, but the didnt heat that great. All in all nothing too good. I wouldnt come here again.

Good place to grab a drink, the drinks are strong and well priced. The food is good, but it could be more authentic. The service is very good. The restaurant design is very good and great for some nice pictures.

The title "Mexican" at this point is a joke. The menu used to be great with a huge selection of extremely delicious Mexican and american dishes but in the course of the years theyve stripped it down to a small list of dishes that is anything but Mexican and anything but make you full. Additionally to the small selection they are extremely overpriced. The place is still good for cocktails and is in a really central area, but if youre hungry you should avoid it.

Large menu of cocktails but they were so so. The once was too strong on alcohol and the other you wonder if it was forgotten. But nice place

Went here last night out for Mexican food and cocktails. The cocktails (especially the jumbo oneswere really good, with a large range of options. The food on the other side was a bummer as the portion sizes were really small compared to what we expected for the price. The staff was however really friendly and made sure we had a pleasant night.

Very good mexican chain restaurant throughout Germany. Our service was great and we sat on the grand place enjoying dinner. We had a variety of tacos, a Mexican burger, and nachos while relaxing in Aachen

We had burgers but unfortunately just below average. The bun was very dry to eat and the patty felt like the ones you buy frozen from the supermarket. Its not cheap either! Never again for me

Server went out of his way for us and that was very nice! But it couldn’t make up for this tragedy of a taco. Shells from the box and a piece of cold meat wrapped in a circle to look bigger with some salsa. Overall tragic and over priced as others have stated. Cool looking place and has potential but food is sub-par.

Yesterday before happy hours the cocktails and service were pretty good. A few minutes before 11 o clock they come to ask for a last drink for the Full price. After 11 the staff ignores you and barely visit the table... And if you order a cocktail, you dont even taste alcohol anymore..!!!!!

We went as a couple without our children. Food was good. Cocktails are great. Service was bad. Having to wait very long before being able to order. Staff seems to be more oriented on the guests outside and seems to forget about the guests inside. Furthermore the staff is not friendly. They barely say a word , just putting food/drinks down and walk away immediately, dont wish you a pleasant meal dont ask in between if everything is alright. When you ask them for something they seem to be bothered. Okay for couples or friend groups not recommend for families.

It was incredibly slow. They are understaffed. Although the waiter is constantly working, she can not reach all the tables. Salsa sauce was the worst, I have eaten in my life. Everything was too oily and over salty.

Sausalitos is like a Mexican Restaurant with European flair. The food is pretty good, I had the chicken fajita and it was delicious, it could use a little more chicken, but all in all a great dish. They also have a pretty extensive drink card. I tried the Bahama Mama and it was pretty tasty. Plus its in front of Aachen City Hall.

friendly and polite staff. main dishes are delicious, creative and a little pricy for the size of portion. very refreshing drinks.it took 40 minutes for dessert to get ready. perfect location near Aachen Cathedral.

Only thing what really was tasty, was beer. Food is disgusting. Never ever I tried so bad tacos. Untasty fries, tasted like frozen fries. Service was either nothing to be proud of. Literally giving 1 star because of its nice location and beer. Overpriced restaurant with nothing special.

Very tasty European-Mexican food but usually overpriced in my opinion. We only go there Mondays when a selection of dishes is 50% off. Then its great value. Great selection of cocktails for a fair price during the happy hour. Food preparation may take more than 40 minutes when its crowded. Interior is very dark and it often gets quite loud.

They got great menu for cocktails. The staff was welcoming. We had fun...

Perfect place if you are very hungry and dont mind about the quality : the burger we ordered tasted pretty bad and I couldnt finish it. At least the cocktails were original and the taste was interesting. And of course it was quite expensive ... At least I liked the trendy atmosphere and lights.

A restaurant at Aachen Marktplatz having seating arrangements inside and outside. Table service, reasonable food, good size portion but prices on higher side, range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, accepts payments by cash and credit/debit card.

Only Mondays are worth it because of the 50% discount on food (You cant get a reservation on this day of the week). On all other days, the food is crazy expensive. Drinks are expensive as well.There are some good options for vegetarians and all ive tasted has tasted great. Some of the stuff is pretty spicy though, but the menu doesnt say so.
