SAS Star Alliance lounge. Between M19 and M20. Only opens at 12:30pm daily. Terrible hours. One star.

Very small. Due to multiple airlines sharing the lounge it was very full. There weren‘t any warm meals available, only sandwiches and some fruit and snacks. If you need to use the restroom you have to go outside the lounge and use the public one.

The best thing about this lounge is its proximity to the SAS departure gate. However, its the smallest lounge Ive ever seen, the selection of food is poor (chicken and turkey sandwiches and salad). Soft drinks, alcohol and coffee selections are a bit better. I was among the first to enter, but it quickly got very crowded. Theres no restrooms inside the lounge.

Coffee from Melitta machine is cold, place is not clean, employees Play on their phones all the time, Ecolab hand sanitizers are empty, nobody seem to care. For how long can you treat Business Class passengers like that?

Being at such a busy and, to be honest, chaotic airport as OHare, its nice to be able to get "away" from the noises of the terminal. But that is about all this lounge can offer. I was so surprised about its small size. There is not even a restroom inside. Food and drinks are basic. Interior is clean and bright. Not much to say really.

Quite embarrassing lounge, incredibly small, very limited amenities, no bathroom, it’s just a cramped sitting area. The only star alliance lounge in terminal 5 and it’s just embarrassing.

It seems like they do not limit the number of people, thus it is quite crowded. You are running in a crowd when entering the lounge. The snack buffet consists of weird things, dry buns, raw broccoli. I think I didnt understand the concept. The service is very friendly and on top of things. The selection of alcoholic beverages is good.

It’s very small. The staff is stand-offish and is certainly not service-oriented.The food and beverage selection is very limited. Certainly not up to par with European business lounges.

Small, overcrowded, low quality food. You’d expect something better given the prices of Business/First class tickets with Star Alliance..

Bad, really bad. Very small, very crowded, only basic food and drinks ... but the worst is, that you get back pain wherever you sit. The hardest benches and couches I had for a while. Good for 10 min, not more. Totally unacceptable as lounge before an over the pond flight.

Finally open again after being closed for a while. The lounge is quite small, hence it may get very crowded when Star Alliance flights depart. The food selection is limited, but there is a good variety of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Nicely decorated but some of the seats are hard as rocks and the food/drink selection is extremely limited. Only a few wraps and some crisps to choose from. Not really worth the cost of getting in.

I upgraded our seats and access to the lounge was included. The buffet was very good with a large selection. Beer and wine are complimentary. The seating was very comfortable and spaced to give you room.

Limited selection of food... same with the seats which doesnt allow for longer waiting times... there are other Star Alliance lounges at T5 that are better when location does not matter to you.

Wow... when they said ‘remodeled brand new lounge’ i had higher expectations. Well there isnt even restrooms in the lounge area. Only warm food option is hotdog and the fruits & vegetables looked so bad like its meant to kill your appetite pre flight.Employees must be forced to be here- no smiles or greetings at all. Also no place to sit or chill as they try to fit 100+ ppl in this tiny place! Hope to avoid it any chance i get..

Proudly serving Shasta side. I had no idea they still made Shasta, but this lounge has it!The staff is nice and friendly, but thats it. The lounge is small and cramped. There is no space to get around. Id try one of the other Star Alliance lounges and skip this.

Very nice staff. But thats about it. The wifi is slow. The food options are very little - a few under seasoned salads, ready made tomato soup and bread - and for accommodating roughly 15 other airlines this lounge may be nice and comfortable but way too small. I am really disappointed.

It was ok, a little food and small area to sit. In one word Id say minimalistic. It seems there are a few different lounges in this international area of the airport, not combined to make a nice one but efficient enough for a short time. Also you have to leave and walk a bit to use the restroom.

Its not big, not that fancy, but it is comfortable and the staff are fantastic. The food is decent, there are beverages of all sorts and some Swedish fair to eat. Your paying for the privacy, some solitude, and some decent wifi/services.(if its not included with your flight).

Crowded due to a canceled Stockholm flight. The food was quite uninteresting, the pasta even tasted a bit like soap. The bathroom is located outside the lounge to the right when exiting. Not the largest lounge. One os the staff spoke scandinavian, that was a positive surprise. Gave a feeling of home already in the airport.Suggest that you go there early to get a seat.

A nice lounge with a scandinavian design. The lounge is kind of small and can easily get a bit busy and crowded.Theres a basic selection of drinks available, soft drinks, coffee, tea and some wines, beer and spirits. Not a lot in terms of food, mainly some snacks and maybe soup. One major downside in my opinion is the lack of a bathroom. You have to leave the lounge and use the general airport bathrooms.

Worst lounge visited in my entire life.It was full like impossible to seatI checked the food and it was only cheap salads, nothing more. We went to Air France KLM with my priority pass account which was completely different and good! When you fly business class and pay your ticket $10 000, this is not acceptable.I would add the poor customer service and so the poor customer experience.I won’t fly with SAS anymore, first and last time.

A decent SAS lounge at ORD! The one thing that stands out though is that there is no toilet! You have to step outside and use the ordinary airport toilets!Good selection of food/snacks and there is some decent selection of beer!

I really love the service, and the food on SAS routes. The lounge in Newark is passable, the one in Copenhagen is downright roomy and cozy at the same time, and the lounge in Stockholm/Arlanda is fairly nice. Having established myself as a fan of SAS, I have to say this lounge is sadly, not worthy of their name. The food choices are abysmal. Liquid diet, it is! Im glad the food options in business class on the aircraft are always quite good.

The best of the exceedingly bad lounges in T5. Its cramped and they have no hot food, but the view is decent. Much cleaner than the Air France lounge and much bigger than the "Swiss Corner."Wait, correction...I just saw that they have Ramen "Cup-O-Noodles." So I guess if you add hot water to that you could consider that as a hot meal.

Very small business lounge with limited seating options. Often crowded. No restrooms available. Although the lounge itself looks very nice, its just too small for the airport, however not many options are available at this terminal either.

Quiet. Clean. Limited Snacks, but a peaceful retreat compared to the other lounges in Terminal 5. Great view of the tarmac for plane-geeks. Wife and I were able to get work done at their tables - definitely enough power plugs to go around.Had a Business ticket on Turkish, so was able to enter due to Star Alliance reciprocity. Turkish uses the contract lounge near their gate which has a marginally better snack spread, but is packed with no windows.

Very poor food both in variety and quality for what was there. Not appealing at all. Soup was announced but nothing there (7pm). Miles away from getting a good bite to est. Advice us to stay outside unless you just gi for free drinks.
