SANHOYAN ZhongXiao - Taiwanese restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan
Flavorful Taiwanese food, nice dining space, comfy seating, not too pricey, friendly and quick service, reservation available, good value for money.
The cocktails are good. The food was ok.
Delicious food, great ambience and amazing service! We arranged a party of 50 people including kids and it was well coordinated by William. The employees were well supportive of kids!
Gots to try their mapo tofu and fried rice!
Delicious food! It’s like eating in a club with the music selection.
very nice and tasty. good service and support from the staff.
Very nice. Authentic Taiwanese dishes, great service!
Way too slow even in an almost empty restaurant at lunchtime. Took 15 minutes after ordering for our first dish of five. I’m writing at minute 20.Otherwise creative looking but plain tasting Taiwanese fusion food
Chic restaurant and nicely setup. We were a party of five, seating was a bit too crammed with a hip looking but not very comfortable couch.Food itself taste was OK, portion size was about right but slightly on the expensive side.
Very tasty food which captures both traditional Taiwanese dishes and the international diners taste.
Good for group gathering👍
The food is absolutely amazing. I love the Taiwan shaped fried rice.
We came here for fusion Taiwanese food for dinner. This place is popular among young local people, and the food was nice. The only thing is the size of each dish is Chinese-size (big enough to share several people), so you have to be careful then you order! I will come back here again.
The food is amazing, creative but still conserve Taiwanese taste. Good vibe and atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Recommend to come here for Taiwanese food!
I used to love this restaurant so so bad but this time it totally disappointed me.I brought my colleague from other country to this restaurant and expect that he could experience fine diner with traditional Taiwanese food. However, food quality is much much lower than before. Some dishes were flavorless and service was so bad that staff didn’t even clean our table before ordering our snacks.Really wish they can get improved and back to the quality they used to.
Delicious Taiwanese Local Food. My foreinger friends love it so much.
Nice quirky place. Even had its own vegetarian menu. (I enjoyed spicy mapo tofu)
Creative and innovative dishes. Best for guests entertainment.
Really love this restaurant but you can have two hour for your dinner, great taste every order. But it has no English name in front of shop
the waiter was too busy to handle all the tables. otherwise, I might give a five stars.
Food is good. Service is so-so.Worst part is when we took away the leftover food and realized the fried shrimps were all gone. Probably the kitchen ate it before giving us the leftovers back. Severely disappointed.
Amazing food, great place for a group of people! Highly recommend!
Service staff was a tad bit rude. Portions were big. Pricing is on the high side. Not feasible for small groups as dishes are meant for sharing.
Amazing place, delicious food great service.
Delicious meal! The chicken was phenomenal!
My favourite restaurant in Taipei. So nice to return.
Delicious food with fair price
I usually take visitors to Taipei here because it is Taiwanese fusion cuisine. The cute shaped steamed buns are picture worthy. If you have enough people you can order a big order of fried rice and itll come out in a Taiwan island shape. Price is a little expensive but not unreasonable.
Delicious oyster onion pancake
The cutest and tastiest buns you can get in Taipei. Not only are their buns delicious, but their garlic cooked vegetables are also really good.
Everything was super delicious but a bit pricy. Would highly recommend this restaurant for celebrating a special ocassiom.
Nice service, nice staff. I love Ke jia-xiao-chao and seafood stir fried rice. The Dong-po pork was quite tasty and it’s great to eat the pork with Taiwanese buns. It’s a bit pricey but it worth for money still.
This is a fancy take on Taiwanese street food and traditional dishes. They have a great location with top notch service and a well designed dining room. The food itself tended to look better than it tasted, but everything we had was good. Highlight if the meal was the dessert buns, which are offered as funny little characters (hedghog, panda, etc.). I also really like the satay beef with Taiwanese spinach. Lastly, their choice of beef, whiskey, and cocktails is decent and not too overpriced. Great place for a nice night out that doesnt break the bank.
Simply the best Taiwanese Restaurant if you need to make a choice. Great spot, various and interesting food, cute desert !
Taiwanese restaurant. Quite expensive considering the local price and their service(they cook very slowly). Ordered spicy chicken thing, and most of the food was fried hot chilis. The buns are very cute but they pushed all of them together that it sticked to each other and looked a bit disastrous, that was a bit sad.
We had a lovely meal with our Taiwanese friends. Great atmosphere and service.
Attentive and frieny staff, great food, although a big pricey. The 三杯雞 was really fragrant and delicious. A must try!
In theory the dishes all sound quite creative, but in reality they (at least the ones we triedfell short of my expectations of fusion food. The ice cream cone with mashed potato and abalone was perhaps the best we tried - but still it was slightly marred by the overwhelming sweet chilli sauce and the random lettuce bits that filled half the cone. This place still seems really popular though and if you wanna give it a go, reservations are necessary (unless you dont mind bar seats).
I like the cone stuffed with mashed potato and abalone and the beef with onsen egg and quinoa. The fried rice which is a recommended item is so so, nothing much to rave about. The standard portion was too much for the 2 of us.
Nice settings and good location. The food is quite trendy and quality acceptable. Price affordable. An ideal place for youngsters
Fashion and stylish combined with Taiwanese traditional food,Taiwan Fusion 🌷
Creative Taiwanese food! Worth the try!
The pyramid fried rice was yummy. Food are above average, a little pricey, and it is really loud in here. It was tough hearing my friends. But okay, no bad.
Creative concepts and succulent dishes.
Nice Taiwan food for gathering with friends who want to have some Taiwanese cusine. It is not totally traditional style but mixed with innovative and modern cook.
Tasty food! Everything was well seasoned, a little salty, but meant to be eaten with rice. If you want something light, the clam soup is a good choice. The dishes are well-portioned. Food comes out quite quickly. There arent many dining options after 10pm. So, its a nice change from the regular late-night eats.
Good deco and service, but the food were just strange. Not Taiwanese and resembles faintly Chinese
Its a bar serving Taiwanese style cuisine rather than a restaurant. Music there is too loud and not suitable for dining occasion (dance remix, WTH). So called fusion cuisine is ok but somehow in quite small proportion. Staffs are under-trained so they seemed not knowing what to do most of the time.
The food is tasty, the staff are very gentle and kind. Recommend to bring ur foreigners friends come here to know about Taiwanese cuisine!!!!
The food is slightly small portion for its price. Taste is alright if youre looking for some creative combination.
