They have THE BEST burgers!

Ordered from doordash food for my mom and I. Dasher got there and they told him they gave the food out to someone else and then refused to remake it. 1 star is too much, don’t waste your money.Update: It’s not necessarily that they gave the food to the wrong driver (which they shouldn’t have), or that they refused to remake it, but according to the doordash driver, the staff was incredibly rude about the entire situation. Good customer service and good food is what gets you more money and clientele in this industry. There’s plenty of other places to eat that will at least speak to you as a human being, and not try to avoid their own faults but instead own up to them. I hope you have done and continue to do better for the rest of your customers, present and future.

Took my daughter there because of the good reviews. She ordered onion rings and some how I should have double checked but they gave her fries... also my pastrami sandwich was not very good... probably wont return.

I find it very difficult to believe that they have such good reviews. The food is just as bad as the ambience. If it was so great youd think itd be busy during the lunch hour, but the only other people in there appeared to be tweakers going back and forth to the gambling facility. I had the bacon cheeseburger combo and its the worst burger Ive had in a while. Five star reviews have to be fake.

Sams Burgers was a pleasant surprise, Preet the owner cooked up a couple of Bacon Cheeseburger Combo’s that where uicy and delicious ! Will definitely e back - come check them out :)

This place is off the main road and hole in the wall. We had the whole place to ourselves, we werent even sure if they were open. The customer service was great. The only thing was they barely had any food in stock so all she could make us was cheeseburgers. The fries came out really good, burgers were just ok.

Wonderful food....Great burgers and Wonderful homemade indian cuisine!! You will not be dissappointed! And if you play slots they have these as well!

While looking at the menu the tooth deprived lady behind the counter informed me that shes not that good at making Indian food in case thats what I came in for. I got fish and chips instead. After a few bites she asked how it was and said sorry the grease really needs changing. To her credit she seemed genuinely nice. But I have to wonder if the 5 star reviews here are just plane bogus. Place is a real dive. I wont go back

Im not around this area very often but when I house sit for a friend I always come in for lunch or dinner to go. The bacon burgers are fantastic, the butter chicken is flat out amazing (ask for it hotgood stuff.

Excellent service, Rick and Morty on the TV, and free Mortal Kombat II. I had an excellent lamb curry, and we were also served a perfect burger.

My favorite lunch break stop. Fresh made food. Best Indian food in the valley. Also favor a good burger as well....

Great staff super friendly!! Fast cheap food. Showed up one night late they had shutdown and cleaned the grill but insisted on making me food anyway! Amazing Indian food! By far best in town.

I dont give a lot of places 5 stars, but with almost no info on Google, I had no clue what to expect. When I walked in my food was almost ready because I called ahead. Little did I know, almost none of what they have to offer was on Google so Im writing this to fill in the gaps! I now have added photos of the current menu and the inside of the eatery.THE SERVICE: the woman is super nice and cooks authentic Indian food.THE FOOD: Burgers were very fairly priced and really tasty! My husband had the Indian food and also liked his, just keep in mind that the spices are strong! He went with medium hottness and it was still pretty spicy :)I am overall very impressed. This place is right next to the King Market. They sell American and Indian food, beer, lottery tickets. They have drinks and seating available.WARNINGS: at night this is a little bit sketchy of a place to be. A lot of homeless like this spot, but the ones I met were nice. Pushy, but nice. Give this neat place a try :)

Always a great place to eat and thankfully open on Christmas Day this year!!I drive all the way from rogue river a couple times a week, always greeted with a smile!!

I had great Indian cuisine here at Sam’s. It’s a nice change from burgers and the usual fast food fare. I’ll be back!

Stopped by here during our journey from Seattle to Napa Valley. We were surprised at how good the Indian food was!

Delicious Indian food! Great range of options, very affordable and very filling. I had the Saag Paneer and naan for lunch and it was so good!! The customer service is excellent - very fast and friendly. I will definitely be back.

All of the Indian food is homemade, and the service is wonderful. It is great authentic food made from scratch. It worth a visit.

the cowboy burger is one of the best burgers in town and the service is top notch if you are looking for a great family restaurant this is the place to go .

There was only 1 person working when a group of us arrived. 10 of us. Her service to us was THE BEST! And the food was spectacular! All but 2 of us had never been there before, but I know that at least my husband and I will be back!

Great food. Just be really specific when you tell them what you want to order. I called in a plain mushroom Swiss burger and I got a mushroom burger with American. Wasnt a big deal but wasnt what I wanted. Might just be a new person or a language barrier. Usually tho great I go there all the time. GET EXTRA FRY SAUCE you will need it!

I drive from Portland to Northern California and back once or twice a year. I found this little hole in the wall off the beaten path with very friendly service. My two boys enjoyed their cheese burgers and I enjoyed some of the best chicken curry I’ve ever had with a delicious garlic herb flat bread. This will definitely be my half way stop from now on.

Been running across the street for months to have their burgers...the best ever...never going to Carls, McDonalds or Burger King again. Besides, I love the chef who cooks for me...shes the best

I had a cheese burger and my husband had a double cheese burger with bacon. I thought one meat patty was plenty. Nice thickness and tender!. Quick and friendly service. Way better than fast food places.

Their Chicken Korma is delicious!!! They are always so kind and thoughtful. The burgers Look really good but I’m stuck on the Korma! You must try this place...highly recommend!

Ive been here twice and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Let me tell you.... OMG!!!! Super delicious one of the best burgers Ive ever had!!!!!!! Preet is very nice and friendly, customer service is 100 percent PERFECT!! Please come and try and enjoy!!!!

Great spot to get authentic Indian food, and right in front of my business. Large portions and made fresh.

Fairly priced, great burgers. they ran out of bacon so I got a pastrami burger it was fantastic. Im very interested in trying the rest of their menu. They also have VLTs in the back. If you are out this way make it a place to stop and eat.

My wife, daughter, and myself came here to eat and found out that they had quality East Indian Food. My daughter and myself had some chicken curry and rice and home made pan bread. It was Delicious and we will definitely be back for More!!!

I was n Grants pass craving a good Burger 🍔 I’m very finicky about my burger but when I read Sams burger on google I said let me try this out because for someone to add their name to a burger shop they must be really into making burgers so I stopped thru and had the cheeseburger Ms Peet made me burgers and fries they wer Execrllent when I come back I’m getting my burger from here !! !!!!!!

Wonderful Indian food prepared by a very friendly Preet. You can get the spice you want. We have a good time. Fast service with food served ready to eat at the correct temperature. Saag is my favorite. Butter Chicken is my husbands favorite.

We went here last night and got their Lamb Vindaloo and oh my goodness! Their onion rings are also incredible, and the basmati rice is amazing!

The Indian food here warmed my soul and the pastrami burger I had was excellent too. Great little spot with a lot of variety
