Wow! What a party! Such a good vibe, lovely cocktails and yummy tequilas. Did was excellent! Highly recommended!

Third time visiting the place, not by choice, but were invited. First two times was average experience. And its quite pricey, so was not looking forward to a good time this time. However was above the expectation. Food was good and service was up to standard. Definitely will come back after such a good experience

This is an amazing top notch family restaurant. Greeted with a smile n hosted like you part of the family. The ambience transports one to Mexico and Shepherd our waiter was too kind... definitely a favorite of ours. Leads by miles as compared to most other restaurants on the East Rand

I would honestly give these guys 10 stars if I could! What an amazing experience from the waiters to the management and of course the food! Well done on putting your customers 1st. Friendly, efficient and caring establishment. And a little something I haven’t seen in a while, We were seated upstairs and I caught a glimpse of the kitchen staff dancing at their stations. It’s very rare to see this kind of passion in a restaurant! You have a customer for life!

I booked a table at Salsa and everything went to order when I arrived. I had an awesome experience. The food was great and our steaks were done to our liking. I especially liked the attentiveness senior staff gave all the guests at the restaurant.Was really impressed with the overall service, our waitress Sarah was fantastic!!Congratulations to everyone at Salsa👏 !

Exceeded my expectations!The atmosphere is lively with bright and colorful decor. The interior is interesting to look at with beautiful lighting. The staff are good-natured.The food is reasonably priced with generous servings & portion sizes.The drinks menu is exciting, with unique options of cocktails that are presented beautifully & well mixed.They have a large variety of different tequilas to choose from.If youre looking for delicious food, a good time in a restaurant with a good vibe, fun drinking options and delectable desert - then this is the place to go!Definitely going to have more date nights here.

Always an awesome experience and so well managed! Amazing cocktails, and the nachos are delicious. The staff are really friendly and the manager is so on the ball - always making sure the customers are happy and looked after.

I have been to Salsa in Boksburg a couple of times and I always enjoy the food, music and service.This last Sunday evening 26 January 2020 my friend and I had dinner here and on Monday we both became very ill. The food wasn’t hot and we both commented that the chicken on our tacos looked like the last helping that they were trying to get rid from the weekend, before closing time.Pity that this has to be the platform to use to comment but I think it’s important for people to know and also for the restaurant to make sure their stock / hygiene levels are consistently checked.

Love this place! The manager and staff are super friendly and accomodating. Always have great service and the food is never a let down!In the summer heat the frozen r&rs are absolutely ideal and in the winter cold they have heaters and a decent selection of tequila flavors with varying flavoured accompaniments. All year round a great option. For the brave, query the Reaper tequila (warning! Only get this if you are willing to challenge your high chilli tolerance).

Absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. Management was awesome and the place is beautiful. Will def be bringing friends and family along.

Its a buzz. Simple, quality, Mexican food repacked for the public. Service was sparkling, the food was fast, healthy and tasty.For my tastes they should dial up the chili levels. Ill go back for the fun and quality. Ill go to visit Mexico, though, when I want real Mexican food.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I really liked the place. Will definitely eat there again.Would have given 5 stars but for a Mexican food place I didnt find the chilli or the Mexican hot flavor in the food. But everything else makes up for it.

Some of the best service I have ever received. We hadnt made a reservation (mind you there were more than 6 of usand they seated us all rather comfortably. Our toddler is quite a messy eater, but we didnt receive any complaints from them. The servers even helped keep the zoomies in check by playing with him. Also highly recommended their in house tequila. 10/10 would visit again.

The waiter was awesome, awesome drinks, majority of the food was great, but we ordered a burrito that cost over R140 and it had minimal ingredients in it. The size was more like a pancake, extremely disappointing. Complaining about it didnt do much either. The manager offered free desert, which we didnt want, he should have suggested a price cut or refund instead.

There were 2 large tables in celebrating birthdays, so it was very noisy. But festive. The food was good, management so welcoming, and we enjoyed the pub quiz as well. Will definitely be back next week.

This place really has the best Nachos Ive ever had.And the vibe is awesome nice place to hang out with friends and family ,they always have music playing nice service.Unique drinks that taste good and if its your birthday you can bet on it you will receive a hat and a free tequila shot they made my Birthday really memorable.Even now we visit them on a regular basis.

The food was phenomal and great service.. Didnt wait too long for our food even though they were busy.The craft tequilas were delightful and refreshing.Pricing is extremely reasonable.I highly recommend this as an absolute culinary delight.Definitely a 5star rating from me.Excellent 👌

The food was really yummy, but the waiter or whoever reads those tick box menu things didnt see one of our orders. So we spent a really long time waiting. But the vibe is awesome and the food is tasty too

Great food, I recommend the burritos and tacos when coming here as these are the best dishes. The steaks are mediocre at best but other than that I dont have a problem with the food at all.The waiters do seem to stare at customers when its not a busy day and that could make some people feel uncomfortable, but I guess it is a given since there is nothing else for them to really do.The male toilets should be cleaned from time to time as it smelled terrible when I walked in there and there were a few dried up urine stains on the floor.

The food is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and service is fantastic. I will definitely be going to Salsa again.

Love the theme and natchos. Just had an incident where the owner told us we were being to loud, when we where chating and there was no one there, so it wasnt asif we where bothering someone. Not that we were extremely loud.

Nice Range of Mexican Food and Drinks. If you can handle spicy foods and love tequila, margaritas, tacos and the likes... This is the place to go!!! But even for those with a sensitive stomach to spicy foods, you can get mild foods and local ranges of GnT Combos and Beers.

Our favourite place for nachos. The spicy version can be a bit too saucy, so if you order it ensure that you eat it quickly. Really good flavour and it is enough to feed two people. The quality is also consistent. Nice vibe, but can be a bit loud at times. Will be back again soon.

We found the restaurant per chance and are happy we did. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. I was happy the tacos were gluten free, and so were a fair amount of the items on the menu. Apparently the nachos are very good, I will try these next time

Great place with a lively atmosphere. Lots of different types of tequila available. Good place for a birthday or Friday night. The food is fantastic though some of the portions are a tad small. Great service from the waiters.

The vibe of this place is pumping! Everything mexican...the tequila is great and the tequila jugs are to die for.The food is great too, even though it took a bit long. Our waitress was new and couldnt keep up with the pace of the place, but the manager soon figured it out and after that the service was perfect.Great place to start a good evening out, to get you in the mood.Make a booking otherwise you will be standing outside for hours!

We stopped by here for a final lunch before taking a friend to the airport, who was going back home overseas.The food was incredible! The value very good, and the service excellent.Sitting upstairs and looking out over the city was also very nice and relaxing on a Saturday afternoon.Its also very close to the airport, only 10km (11min). So its an easy stop over for those who are about to travel or have just arrived, and dont want to pay the exuberant prices at the airport itself.We shared a plate of cheesy Nachos between 3 of us, before ordering our mains, but the Nachos themselves were very filling and delicious! Almost didnt need more food, but the rest was so good, we just had to order the others!

We have always found the management and staff extremely friendly and there is a good atmosphere. Choose a table downstairs for a more authentic ambiance, it just feels better. The margaritas are ALL awesome and the rest of the cocktails and craft tequila’s are just as good. If you’re wondering what will be good on the menu then the answer is simple; ANYTHING & EVERYTHING. It’s ALL delicious! This place is very popular for dinner so be sure to make a reservation or expect to wait around 60 minutes for a table if you don’t.

Delicious food. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere. Well priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The only issue is that the food variety is a bit limited (mostly Mexican with not much compromise). Great for groups, but fine for couples as well.

Really nice restaurant, with a great vibe. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend making a reservation as they get busy quickly.

While seated at a table of around 8 people, the service was satisfactory. A group of us ordered Tacos, where we all immediately commented about our disappointment when seeing the size of the portions. They were small. We were left feeling unsatisfied so we ordered a single plate of nachos to fill the gap, which was superb and huge! We all wished we had order that in the first place. Not quite sure how to sum it up, as they both under delivered and over delivered. The atmosphere is good and Id say the place is worth a visit.

22.08.2017 We have a new Mexican in town. Welcome to Salsa its so nice of you to join the East side. I know the East Randers definitely gave you a warm welcome. I was one of the lucky ones invited to the opening evening and Boy oh Boy did it open with a bang. Such a vibe, the place, the people. The staff were all amazing taking care of everyone. Making sure our glasses were full as well as our tummies.Its quite a large premises, loved the Pinata hanging from the ceiling. We got to taste a variety of dishes. The Nachos, Mexican Meatballs (definitely my favourite so full of flavour and kick2 different Salads and a Quesadillas, and rounded off the evening with Churros and Ice Cream. Lets not forget the Tequilas - Litchi and Mint and the El Jimador on entry.I also tried the Tipo Tinto Raspberry, that is going to be a real treat for the summer days chilling on the balcony overlooking our dear boksburg that we call home.Wishing the team all the success there is, i know you will do well.#FoodMusketeerApproved
