They pull you in with low prices and when you try to book they are 5 times higher
Absolutely disgusted!I booked this place via Air BnB to arrive on a cold February evening, with a five year old to find the place was closed, looked like a building site, and was being cleared out by removal men (around 100 televisions sat in the foyer). We were stranded in central London without anywhere to stay and no response from the host to any requests. It cost us nearly £550 for three nights. Weve had to book alternative accommodation locally at our own cost without refund. This whole company is fraudulent, please do not book with them, avoid at all costs.
Lovely apartment and Abdel, the manager is so very helpful. We are about to stay for the 3rd time as I am having monthly treatment at UCH. Abdel goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. To give you the best possible room and is so welcoming. We will always stay here as long as we can get a room.
The apartment was disgusting and dorty and broken ! Bathroom walls were full of mold. And the balckony door was broken and they tries to close it with tape only and it kept opening by itself while it was freezing cold. Washing machine was not working. Towels smelled awful . Such a disgusting place I am surprised why it was rated a 4 star. Do not be fooled by the pictures they post
The staff, especially Jamie, went the extra mile. He allowed us to enter through a rear entrance that he held open for us. As this entrance was closest to our bus meaning a very short passage for us.He also recommended local points of interest and remained friendly and welcoming throughout our 3 nigh stay. I would definitely stay there again.

In comparison to the Canary Wharf apartment, Fitzrovia could do with an interior make over for sure! The location was great, and so was reception staff. The security guard was absolutely horrible, aggressive, and frightened my younger siblings whilst raising his voice and threatening to force open our door at 1am. Anybody could present themselves as ecurity at that time of the night and I was not willing to take the risk in opening the door regardless of presenting his ID. So I called up the night team to confirm the security guards ID etc. Once I received his name from the night team I asked at the door if he could confirm, to which he responded “oh now you want to talk to me?” and stood there in a sulk not willing to cooperate and completely ignored us. We then went back and forth with the night team to which we received a confirmation that the man at the door was actually the security guard “Alberto”, so we opened the door and I provided my ID as the person who made the booking. He then explained that he knocked on our door due to “noise”. I have no problem with this, however his approach was simply unacceptable. He made us feel unsafe and was quite frankly rude. My suggestion to Saco would be, if security guards will be knocking on people’s doors after 12am, then perhaps display a picture of the security team at reception so we’re already aware of who is who. Unlike the canary wharf branch, I won’t find myself returning here if I’m honest! The final night just left a sour taste in my mouth. My sisters were so frightened they were on the phone to the police.. that should say a lot! When speaking to the receptionist the following morning she sincerely apologised and explained the troubles they’ve had in their block previously with unauthorised guests and drug abuse, but this shouldn’t be a reason to spoil the stay of 4 sisters enjoying their time in london to celebrate their sisters bridal shower.
Large and clean apartments
From the moment we walked into the building we were treated very well,we were met by Abdel ,who is absolutely charming.We had an apartment on the 3rd floor...room 7.....it had everything we needed and more.No doubt prices will go up post covid but this place is exceptional value for money. AVOID SACO Fitzrovia -Me and my friend has been tested positive for covid 19 while being there - so we had to extend our stay to not be a danger for others. We decided to quarantine here (no other choice). 1- The reception didnt tell to the other people in the building that two persons are positive and that they should be careful. Which is ILLEGAL. 2)The service is horrible, no water for 8 hours 2 times - no coffee and paper toilet infill (only after 6 complainsand we paied full price no refund conserning the water problems - and the people at the reception are not wearring a mask, theyre not professional and theyre really arrogant. when we call them on phone for some requests , they just ignoring it. Which means we had to go downstairs at the reception by ourselves WHILE we shouldnt !!!!!! But we have no choice as they do not take our cases seriously. We had to call the police to ask if it was right or wrong as here they are completely IRRESPONSABLE and theyre not taking in consideration that the VIRUS should be taken SERIOUSLY. We had to call the NHS as well to let them know about it. And after calling the police + the NHS - the reception has finally payed attention to our cases.(+ one guy in the reception was 1 day before saying he would be happy if we do call them so they can put us out of the building, serisouly? kicking out two POSITIVE CASES? they still didnt tell the other people in the building that two cases are positive in their building, IRRESPONSABLE !!!thank god that the police understand OUR CASES and thank god that the police told us TO NOT MOVE FROM HERE TO NOT AFFECT anyone else outside.Some employees coming INSIDE the apprtment to bring towels and THEY ARE NOT AWARE that two persons in this appt got covid!!!! We had to tell them get out ASAP we are positive !!!!UNSAFE - IRRESPONSABLE
We stayed here for two weeks and will definitely come back! The apartments are very well equipped ( great for long stays), with a nice view over the city and the best location ever! Central London attractions can be easily reached by foot. Plenty coffee shops, pubs, restaurants around. The SACO team is very professional and always looked after us. Special thank you to Abdel.
security was awful to me and my guests . spoke down to us like we were children and forgot about their own rules abs regulations in place. such a shame as it’s a nice looking apartment

Really enjoyed our stay at the London Fitzrovia apartments which were right in the typically British centre of The British museum area. Yet the accomodation was quiet, spacious and of a calm bright decor. Will definitely stay again.
The apartment is in a central location walking distance from most places. The apartment was spacious and clean with great views. Most of all the host was great Abdel! Thank you for your hospitality

Pasamos unos días en uno de sus apartamentos, todo de fábula, era casi nuevo, incluso algunos muebles todavía tenían sus etiquetas.La única pega, es que era un segundo piso, sin ascensor y tanto a la llegada y la salida, era un poco incomodo, subir y bajar con las maletas, después de largas caminatas para visitar la ciudad, también las escaleras son un incordio.Estaba muy cerca del metro y de muchas paradas de autobuses.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kiddos ages 10 and 8LOVED our 9 night stay here in late March 2019!! We fell in love with the Fitzrovia neighborhood and could jump on the tube at Goodge street (literally 1/2 a block away, practically outside the front door it was so close!!or a bus and be anywhere in the city in 10-20 minutes...or walk 15 minutes to Soho and the West End for theaters, touristy stuff, and endless options for good food!!Location - Fitzrovia is a mix of offices and residential, we found it very quite, clean, and with TONS of amenities...1/2 block over is a main drag of chain restaurants, a M&S grocery store (better than the Tesco which is also 1/2 block away...so options!and tons of shops. The opposite direction are dozens of small restaurants, including the awesome Amorino gelato chain from Paris - YUM!Convenience and apt: The apartment is quite, like super quite, we never heard people above or below like you would expect in apartments or hotels for that matter, it was so relaxing...and on the 7th floor, facing E/NE we had incredible views all the way to the "city" and the Shard skyscraper...plus the other direction out the 2nd bedroom was a great view of fitzrovias residential area and the BT tower...so cool! It was by far the largest, most modern out of the apartments weve stayed in London. Its got a full kitchen, dryer/washer, safe, 1.5 bathrooms , a bedroom and a den (Basically 2 bedrooms from our perspective, both bedrooms had doors...though no locks. How nice it is to come home to an apartment so it feels comfy and not like a hotel. We enjoy being able to bring food home, heat up, and put things in fridge. Very comfortable.Staff: The front lobby has a staff member during the day, and you have a secure keypad to unlock the front door at night...having the staff allows for you to drop your bags off if you arrive before checkin (we did this and it allowed us to use that day out in the city!Plus they can help with maintenance items and once per week they clean the apartment...so its the best of both worlds...apartment amenities and size...with the security, help, and occasional cleaning that a hotel would provide.We just really enjoy the location, amenities, and convenience of Saco Fitzrovia.
Stayed here for 2 months and never had any trouble. Really nice location being just behind the tube station.

nice & clean, great bed & kitchen, more than you need for a business trip. it could in fact easily be used for a family vacation.also its in the center so close to all hot spots & my office

Apartment was fine, but no 24 hour check in and bath annoying to use - temperature control extremely stiff and hard to reach, had to use a knife to pull the plug at the end.
Clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a short break but would happily stay for longer. Friendly team too.

Terrible facility and serviceDiseaster boiler system. My family stayed three night. We wasnt able to take a shower for my family member, 3 adults and 1 baby. First day, when we got back to hotel around 22:00, I took a shower then the hot water didnt work. I called 24 hours service centre. He said he would send someone to fix. We were waiting until 12:00 a.m. but no one came to us. My family couldnt take a shower including my baby. Second day, I explained to staff what happened lsat night. He said sorry and kept an eye my room. My family were back to hotel around 22:00 and it happened exactly the same last night. Only one person took a shower and there was no more hot water. I called 24 hours service centre again and kept calling but no one answer for 2 hours. I wanted to leave a message, but it didnt work. Last day, finally, repair man came and fixed, but we were not happy with this apartment. Checking out day, I asked a little bit late check out to staff because of taking a nap for my baby who take a nap around 10:00-12:00 everyday. Checking out time was 11:00 a.m. But she refused my asking. I explained to her my bad experience during staying and this is the last chance to turn unhappy to be happy. but she didnt care. I gave up to keep talking.
Literally the most outstanding experience I’ve had at any hotel or serviced apartment. Painfully clean, spacious (I booked a 1 bed apartment, it was massive versus my expectation), all the things you’d need and really thoughtfully designed. Super helpful staff saw my wife and I arriving with our 9 month old and a mountain of luggage and they all scrambled to help us up in the lifts to the room. When I asked for late checkout which is normally charged for I was offered the extra time free of charge and told to enjoy my day. Sometimes getting the basics right amounts to one fantastic experience. Would stay again.
Apartamento 26. Muy buena situación de los apartamentos y en su alrededor tenías de todo pubs,Buenos restaurantes, buenos sitios para desayunar y la estacion de metro de Goodge Street a un paso. Lo que nos pare lo es que las fotos que aparecen por ejemplo en booking que fue donde los contratamos engañan un po o o tuvimos mala suerte con el que nos tocó. Las habitaciones una la matrimonial correcta ni grande ni pequeña pero la otra que habíamos indicado tenía que tener 2 camas pues iban nuestros hijos de 20 y 24 años, chico y chica era pequeñisima y con una sola cama. No entrana más que la cama. Añado foto. El baño con bañera y pequeño y un aseo enano. En fin. Que si todo muy bien y muy limpio pero el esa no de las habitaciones pequeño pequeño.. ..
