In all my years of travelling, this was the best place. I had an awesome view of Lake Victoria yesterday morning. The weather is friendly. The rooms are big and clean. My bed was very comfortable.

Very poor customer service particularly at the restaurant. Unnecessary delays for breakfast, it takes 45 to 1 hour for breakfast to get ready.The place did not meet our expectations at all.

Almost every aspect about this place is perfect. For accommodation, conferences, or just a weekends relaxation you will definitely fall in love with this place, with a nice view of Lake Victoria!

The hotel is by the lake so it has a beautiful view. Great service too. Went to eat with friends and their fried rice and sizzling fish is delicious. They dont have many options in drinks though...wanted a mojito but they didnt have any cocktails.

Its a beautiful hotel with outstanding view on Victoria lake. Good food, reasonably priced. Its not a new building and sometimes you can see it;But clean and cosy inside.

Had a great lunch at the facility, has a beautiful view of Lake Victoria. You might want to try it especially over the weekend. The staff are quite friendly and really helpful.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Definitely would recommend it. The staff is really friendly. Also the meals served in the restaurant are delicious. The pool and outside area is very calm and tidy. The view is amazing. So all in all this hotel deserves 5 stars. However right in front of the hotel are some street stores which you have to handle but its worth I guess. Also the surrounding is a bit less exclusive, but the hotel itself is as mentioned before without any negative points.

The best hotel I have stayed at on my business travels in Africa.The front desk was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, exchanging money and following up for me on my transport for the next day. All at 21:00.The restaurant food is great, nothing spectacular but wholesome, good and inexpensive. The service matched the food well.The room is very spacious with a TV, Aircon, mosquito net and a great view of the swimming pool and lake Victoria.All in all my stay here was an excellent experience.

Excellent hotel, very clean, bright and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, great shower. Beautiful pool. Great restaurant, delicious food. The only issue for me was that there is no space for non-smokers on the terrace.

Situated in Capripoint area, one of the best location in Mwanza. This hotel has got much to offer apart from luxury view of Lake Victoria. A nicely built estate with the luxury of scenic views from your room balcony which makes it a best place for romantic getaway! The rooms were quite spacious and bathrooms well maintained. Whole estate is maintained well with greenery all around and the hotel menu had a long list to cater everybody needs!

If you are looking for a well prepared meal I recommend this place. Its a bit pricey for the food (but totally worth itand the drinks are averagely priced so its a good balance . I recommend trying their beef options. The servers are both attentive and polite. The atmosphere here is chilled and has a good and extensive view of the city and lake. They have a pool but its only for the hotel residents.

Great and perfect place in town. Everything is great, rooms, outside area, the swimming pool and landscape.The people are very welcoming. You also have a restaurant in the yard and the gym.The hotel is very well price for Mwanza. I will recommend this hotel anytime.

For the same price you can find far better accomodation in mwanza with better food and better ambiente. Rooms are pretty much the same in most hotels here. Breakfast buffet consists of a juice of 3 fruits, boiled egg, bread and musli. Smallest buffet i have seen so far in a hotel. You can of course order scrumbled eggs etc. I would prefer to stay on one of these hotels where you have direct excess to the lake.

Absolutely fantastic, great place, clean, friendly staff and management. It was a very lovely and comfortable stay, I would say THE place to stay when in Mwanza. Keep it up guys !!

I stayed here for a month in 2015 for work. The pictures of the facilities were nice but the upkeep was not very good: there were ants everywhere and when it rained water poured in through the sliders on the porches (given the floor was tiled it meant it was very slippery if you tried to get up). However, the worst part of the stay was the staff. They treated me (and from what I saw they treated othersas ATM machines - they would smile if it meant it got them more money. The experiences I had with the staff made me feel unsafe and threatened - they were going to get money and tips no matter what it took - and I have not stayed there again when I have returned to Mwanza for work.

Nice place with good food and a view on the lake. Too bad only hotel guests can enter the tempting pool.

Good views ... Food was ok ... But it takes too long to get served .

The hotel is not bad at all but dont expect it to be a luxury stay, the breakfast buffet has limited options, small ants will be roaming the room so dont leave any open food and if you venture outside the hotel you wont find many places to visit, just some street merchants trying desperately to get you into their "stores" to buy bad quality paintings.Besides the aforementioned, the rooms are spacious, youll find a small fridge, AC, and a coffee machine!

Clean, nice view, friendly atmosphere

Well located, close to Mwanza town centre, walking distance to nearby attractions and market etc. Beautiful view of Lake Victoria from almost all rooms as well as the indoor and outdoor restaurant areas. Good food, good service, very friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Clean and well maintained.
