Perfect for a single family for month to month

Rooms were filthy and the manager was so rude. Would never stay here again.

I had bad service and was kicked out the second day of my stay .Very rude very judgemental, labeling, bullying and harassment

Manager has been extremely helpful and has made a lot of positive changes to the motel.

Comfortable

Reasonable prices, they have monthly rates, cable TV, wish they had cable😉, nice rooms, quiet, close to all sorts of shopping, bars, restaurants, convenience store.

Well Im currently in a rut in a living situation and the lady was very nice and kind hearted and served me with respect.. but if you choose between a roof or a bridge, this is by far better than soil..understand alot of places have rules and it is totally understandable.. love how this place has turned around!! Would recommend this place

Management is awesome its quit and affordable. Close to shopping and interstate

I was there for a whole month and loved it management good rooms good water hot as hell close to the interstate shopping centers and much more and I will stay there again prices reasonable

Ok so they have a refrigerator and microwave they have 60 price and hot water. But they have roaches the floor has not been Mop in I dont know how long. Wouldnt recommend this place I travel alot. They do have dish cable also does not have heat and no light in the shower

Sidney Powell is staying there which tells me everything I want to know about your Hotel!! When you play politics with peoples’ lives, it is appalling!! 🤮🤮🤮

Gave someone a ride

I was greeted with friendly service however after paying $520 for two weeks, I tried to pay ahead & was told by April that I was paid until the end of March. I went back to my room & all of my stuff was gone & I was told I was behind $520. I kept my receipt but was unable to get it because my stuff was already in storage.

Love the manager! Very friendly and straight forward. Clean rooms and great service!!

So my husband stopped in after I called to get a room a lady walked out said that it was her day off what was he doing there and was really rude to my husband well they lost his business instead of letting him just get a room and mind her own business on her day off wont recommend this place to anyone ever

Knowing Cathie is not there anymore is probably a good thing. Ok I will try again soon. My stay at the Nites inn was great though.

No toiket paper only 2 pillows kinda small. And smells funny

Rushmore has unique small town charm, with a view of history. Ive noticed management is really trying to turn this motel around! The staff extends great customer service with outstanding hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely would recommend a restful stay here to any of my friends.

Clean and decent looking.

llhis was definitely the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The manager who is female appeared to be drunk, hungover or intoxicated on 2 separate encounters I had with her. I prepaid for a 2 week stay as I am waiting for a rental apartment to become ready. On this day which by my documentation from the office should be housekeeping day, I was not given clean towels, toilet paper, sheets nor was the room cleaned or vacuumed. I have been lodging here for one week now. I spoke to the hotel manager who was and is rude, unhelpful and is in no shape mentally to be able to execute her role in a professional and customer service environment. I was refused the service in which I have a signed agreement for. This beleaguered and haggerd lady hung up on me during my phone call about my room needing to be cleaned, vacuumed, restocked with supplies and towels and sheets. I requested my money back for the 2 nd week that has not began and was promptly refused a refund! Every one you consider yourself warned and do your self a favor and warn others to ,so that my experience can be a lesson that none of you would have to live through since you were warned. Never again will I stay here.

The motel is a nice to stay. And the staff are a bunch of great individuals. When I did have an issue with something it was handled quickly.

Miss Kathy is one of the nicest managers I have ever met. Shes never rude and always courteous.... I have never had an issue here and I wouldnt mind staying ever again. It is very nice, and very well kept

The apartment that is a rental, is nice. Just remodeled, is alot better than the regular rooms. Trent for it is 800+ no wifi though.

Its a horrible place with a horrible lady. She was never there for me to get my mail or pay my rent. But never hesitated to add the late fees. I will warn everyone this is not a place to stay

Older location but I was surprised to find that the place is being well taken care of. The room I was in was kind of small however I did not need a lot of space for a few hours of sleep. The lady at the office that checked me in was kind and professional. I can see in her attitude why the standard and condition of the motel have been kept and maintained to a travelers expectation for a quick stay. I found that the cleanliness of the room was spot on and the exterior property was clean. Not often in this world do you really find that the less you pay the better you get. I was charged $50.00 for my stay (made me wonder what I was purchasing); however given what I found I easily would have paid more. Places like this are far and few in between, there was not corporate training in her hospitality but a genuine care and compassion in the greeting I received. You cannot teach genuine and I am pleased to have found this small place where you feel like your being welcomed home. When traveling I will stay again and I will stay with the confidence of the genuine.Thank you to the lady who checked me in and thank you for representing true southern roots, it was a pleasure.

Kathy is always nice, very courteous, and always available to answer any questions. We have stayed here a few times within the last month, and have never had any problems with any staff, or other guests. 5/5 stars. Definitely will stay here again.

This place doesnt even deserve a STAR. The classy lady that runs this place is RUDE! I will never ever recommend this place to anyone after asking for a new room due to mold growth in my room, she became defensive and accused me for their poor conditions. The issue is that they need to replace their exterior of their place, stuff is falling from second balcony where people walk and stucco missing and deterioration of the stucco and water leaking into the window sill. Anyways, my rant is done, if you love rude staff, weird people who wear long coats, and a moist moldy environments-you will absolutely fall in love with this place. Id love to get a hold of the owner and show them the video of the mold take over and of the lady running this place being very rude to people.

Rude staff/owner. Pulled up ,owner walking her dog on top of hill in front of me,reversed to park by office ,she ran behind me then yelled and tried to claim I almost hit her which is impossible if I backed up and ur walking 3-4ft in front of me. She asked if I need help advised yes wanting to rent a room. Friends that needed the room got out to pay for a two week stay one pregnant one black man . didnt even get into the office, owner caused a issue right away about 2 a couple staying in one room with one bed? She then asked us to leave . so they where getting in the car so we can leave and she immediately started yelling to get off her property when they were clearly getting in the car to leave then when I was pulling away she was yelling profanity and racial slurs I had 3yr old children in the car hearing this. She is very racial, rude , ignorant, not professional at all!! Would never rent from there ever, very run down and ghetto looking hotel. Horrible business doesnt even deserve 1star let alone a star at all rate this business a 0.
