Runaway Bay Centre in Glenmore Park

Renos have certainly helped brighten this shopping experience plenty of parking and lots of variety with stores

Foodcourt renovations are much better than they were- very open and clean. Toilet facilities need an upgrade. Always a little busy. Got all thd major retailers.

Can get busy but over all has a great range of quality shops, mobile phone technicians are great.

Gets really busy but they have a wide variety of shops. There is a lot of seating throughout the plaza for resting or waiting. The food court is really nice now that it has been updated. Still havent replaced the fruit and veggie outlet.

Good for grocery shopping but to many dress shops eating area just been done up not very good

Good shopping centre with unmanaged congested busy car parking.

It’s ok, but nothing special and the food court lacks variety.

This is a very good shopping centre and its recently been refurbished. However, Im assuming the rents are quite high because the takeaway food section is limited. We have no Chinese food, no noodle box, no fish and chips and no McDonalds. All four mentioned would be unable to make a profit while still charging market prices. High rents and staff costs make a huge indent into the viability of any business. There was a terrific Chinese takeaway with a lovely family operating before the refurbishment, but sadly they are no longer there.There is also not one exceptional pastry shop. The cafes which sell cakes and other sweet treats do not operate on a fresh daily basis. It would be great for example to have a Ferry Rd. type pastry shop where you know the cakes are baked daily. If you want fresh pastries its Bakers Delight, where baked daily applies. and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The cafe/food area is beautifully maintained and a pleasure to be in, but it would be a lot busier if we were offered greater variety.The remaining stores are fine and its great to have Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi availableOne very important omission is the lack of a hardware store, so if you want any small hardware item, you will need to track to Bunnings or Mitre 10.In summary this centre is clean and fresh, and good for supermarket shopping. Free excellent parking facilities are available.

Nice little shopping centre with canal access. Unfortunately, it also seems to be becoming the local waste tip and attracting vermin. The items in the photos have been there for weeks now. And yesterday saw a trolley dumped in the canal. I think it’s time RB Shopping Centre ensures this is properly cleaned - and maintained.

Nice clean centre with plenty of parents facilities and shopping choices for most needs. Disappointed that with the new upgrades they removed the measly play area they had and seem to have no intention of replacing.

Great shopping centre but needs MacDonalds back and more food eaterys

I love the Runaway Bay centre, the only thing missing is kmart, love being able to go from aldi to coles to woolies to get all the specials, awesome place!!

Good selection of food available in the food court. Sushi and Po Noodles were nice.

Its getting old use to be great and the newsagency up near big W the owners are very weird and rude dont go to that newsagency he walks around taking photos of people

Great shopping centre has a great variety of shops for all your needs

Centre is being renovated and looks great but they need to work on getting retailers to open for the correct hours.Twice we have been in to Coffee Club and been turned away because they were closing. Today (Sunday 28/11/21they turned us away at 1:30PM.

Runaway bay centre has everything you need from Woolworths to Coles and BigW a local butchers, News Agency, Robins Kitchen, Lowes store, book store, Specsavers, travel agents, Telstra, Optus, homeware store Banks and Post Office etc. Great food hall with canal sea views cafes and great food. The cafe is my favorite place for brekky sit outside and enjoy the peaceful scenery of the canal.

The EB games has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff out of every EB games ive ever been toGood stores but a little confusing of a layout, convenient for people that use public transport, always lots of elderly (can be good can be bad)

Everything you need conveniently located in one center. Love that 3 major supermarkets are there under one roof and Big W. The food court is lacking though.

Went to Runaway Bay as its the closest Big W got what I went for but sadly they changed the food court just wanted a coffee. A bit disappointed apart from Big W

Wheelchair access ♿ good but I didnt see any hoist in wheelchair toilet its about time for an upgrade Love the shopping center but food court is limited

Staff at woolworths are great and it is one of the better stores they have .Steak kings has great staff and meatThe people at bakers delight are an absolute delightGoldsteins is good for a sneaky pie and a vanilla slice shhhhhThere is not much else there

What a busy place it was. Ton of people shopping all the stores. Food court was good value thru the Coffee Shop.

Worked here on kiosk for 2 days and found it very clean and tidy. The music was also soft as compared to loud at Helensvale Westfield.

After a serious amount of improvement, the Shopping Centre looks new when inside.Food options are also plentiful. Sushi, Bakers Delight, KFC, and plenty of other Food Types.Always populay

Nice little shopping centre with everything one would need.The only thing that it doesnt have is a funeral home or a crematorium. It would be a great business idea to open one here because this place is full of OLD PEOPLE.

Havent been here in years.Centre has expanded inside and hosts a variety of new shops.The entry to the shopping centre is quite obscure and not pronounced.There is now a multi story car park and smaller parking sections, amidst other business houses.It is quite unattractive and a maze of parking/ buildings.Inside is the normal mixture of food, clothing and service outlets.

Good little shopping centre, all one level, Coles and Woolworths, Target and specially stores. Deli, butcher, fruit and veg, fresh seafood and flower shop.Small food court, with some outside tables and chairs on a deck. But in wet weather can only use part of it.

It will be nice when its finished. There was a smell of chemicals at the coffee shop outside the travel agents. Not very nice when eating or drinking.Now the centre has nearly finished the renovations its nice and clean its more open in the food court still a couple of place to open. When it is finished its going to be a great shopping centre.The food court is great. Very open with view of the canal. Some different places to get something to eat the food looks good . The greengrocers low prices on fruit & vegetables.

Great centre, so much variety of shops, loads of parking. Really liked this shopping experience. And the area, lovely. Was on holiday from Cairns, so I loved seeing new places around the Gold Coast, this was nice to visit.

This place is trash now days -Only 3 different places to get food now.If u dont like sushi or Carvery... Ur pretty much screwed.On the 7/1/22 they had some horrible preformer singing some really out of pitch songsHad to go outside just to get away from the screaming cat.What happened to this shopping centre?

We just love this centre. And Creamer coffee was as usual wonderful.

You have to watch out for the older crowd here. They walk in the middle of the aisles at a snails pace . Coles , Woolies and Aldi here so plenty of supermarkets to choose from. New Broadwater Markets add to Runaway Bay Centres appeal

Runaway Bay Shopping Centre is a fantastic place to shop it has a great variety of your well known retail stores Coles & Woolworths Big W, Target, Vodafone Store, Bank Facilities Commonwealth Bank, Nab, Heritage Bank there are also some Speciality Shops throughout Runaway Bay Shopping Centre.EB Games for the kids, Discount Variety Store Dollars & Sense, Goldsteins Pie & Bakery Shop, Bakers Delight, Boost Juice, BWS, First Choice Liquor, Bus Stop Is Just Outside Woolworths Back Enterance, Car Parking Spaces All Around The Shopping Centre. Plus a Multi-Level Covered Parking Building.

Good sized shopping centre not overly packed with peeps Woolworths target Coles Aldi etc here plenty of novelty stores.

Considerably big shopping centre in Ranaway Bay. Compared to Harbor Town shopping centre this place is less crowded. There are all the big super market here in the shopping centre with other departmental stores such as Target and Big W. There is a small food court. Also there are many other small shops with handy discounts.

Lovely local shopping centre cafes on the canel great priced meals lovely service. Lots of shops to choose from 2 supermarkets. Has everything uou need nice fruendly environment
