Sehr schreckliches Service, sehr unfreundlich!! Habe nach Piña Colada gefragt, kommt aber ohne Sahne, als ich nach Sahne gefragt war der Kellner voll aggressiv, also nie wieder

Beetje een ‘underground’ sfeer met muziek helemaal naar mijn smaak en super lekkere drankjes. Voor een woensdagnacht was een bezoek sowieso de moeite voor ons.

Sehr teuer, aber man bekommt extrem gute cocktails und sehr zuvorkommenden service für den preis🔥

schöne Location aber sehr teuer, man zahlt ca. 20€ für ein alkoholisches Getränk.

Die Bar hat in Frankfurt schon einen gewissen Ruf. Und man scheint auch bemüht zu sein, diesen zu verteidigen. Recht unfreundliches Personal bis man mit der Kreditkarte winkt - ab dann ist alles top und die zweite Flasche Ruinart wird von einem hervorragenden Service begleitet. Warum nicht gleich so?

Service ist top notch. Preise dem Ambiente und Flair entsprechend.Das Essen war hervorragend, die Auswahl an Weinen, Cocktails sehr stark. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre einheitliche Bekleidung der Servicekräfte. Einen Besuch kann ich jeden ans Herz legen der schön ausgehen möchte in Frankfurt.

The Duc Ngo..es kann nicht dein Anspruch sein! So riesig war die Vorfreude umso größer die Enttäuschung! Gefüllt 10 Personen im Service die man nicht von den Gästen unterscheiden kann, weil jeder in strassenklamotten rumläuft und gar keine Linie hat, bauchfrei, offene Haare, (was im Service eigentlich ein No Go ist, und erklären muss man sowas einen gastronom nichtlégere bis zu sportlich. Tischbetreung war am anfang in Ordnung aber das wars dann auch.Das Essen ist leider komplett durch die Bank durchgefallen! Ich verstehe es wenn man etwas mehr verlangt durch die Lage, Ambiente, Service und Küche..aber die Gäste sollen bitte auch was für deren Geld bekommen..für die Preisklasse gibt es definitiv bessere location..hier erwartet man top Qualität und top Handwerk..wir haben aber leider Gottes das schlechteste Lebensmittel Verarbeitung des Jahres bekommen..die Personen die das essen hinter dem namen von The Duc Ngo zubereiten sollen sich aufgrund und Boden schämen..es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit solche Leistungen mit solche Preiskategorie aufzutischen! Der Respekt gegenüber den Lebensmitteln fehlt in jeglicher Art!Die Zielgruppe ist definitiv nicht Leute die gerne essen gehen mit den entsprechenden Atmosphäre..lieber fokussiert ihr euch auf die die ruinart saufen und tempura Garnelen fressen!Aber dann lasst es sein mit dieser falschen Mühe..gewollt aber nicht gekonnt! The Duc Ngo das kann doch niemals dein Anspruch sein!

Absolute Frechheit.Hatten für ein Meeting, einen Tisch für 4 Personen an der Bar telefonisch reserviert, die einzige Bemerkung die der Herr am Telefon mitteilte war das der mhv. Bei 400€ liegt.Als wir dort ankamen, wurden wir vom netten Herren (Selecteurwortwörtlich aussortiert, da wir nicht ins Bild passen würden und in dieser Konstellation mit 4 Männern würde es ja gar nicht funktionieren.Ich hatte extra für ein Geschäftliches Meeting reserviert und dies auch am Telefon mitgeteilt. Unsere Geschäftspartner die eine 2 Stündige Reise nach Frankfurt hatten, waren ebenfalls sehr enttäuscht wie so etwas bei so einem gehobenen und „professionellen Laden“ passieren kann.Ich kann den Laden absolut nicht empfehlen, Vor allem für wichtige geschäftliche Termine, da man leider Zutritt trotz Reservierung nach Lust und Laune bekommt.

Leider Licht und Schatten. Generell sind die Drinks top, hatte hier aber auch mal einen sehr schlechten (cloverclub). Preislich ist die Bar auch auf top Niveau, dagegen stehen die langen Öffnungszeiten, wenn es spät wird hat die Roomers Bar meist immer noch offen.

Update 22.05. David Guetta bei Wisch bestellt? Ich weiss nicht ob der DJ neu ist oder wielange er schon da arbeitet. Wir sind zwar Stammkunden, aber achten mehr auf die Drinks. Aber dieser grotten schlechte DJ hat wirklich das potential einem mit seinem bescheidenen Können den Abend zu verderben. Es nervt einfach nur noch was der da macht.Wir werden jetzt einige andere Cocktailbars ausprobieren.........Konkurrenz- und alternativlos in Frankfurt aber nicht für jederman geeignet.

Wie so oft im roomers, ein Genus für Geist und Gaumen. Sehr freundliche Barkeeper, sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Selektion. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich das man um ein Uhr Mitternacht mit 15 Personen noch in eine Bar kommt. Mein Beileid geht raus an die armen Türsteher die sich diskriminieren und beleidigen lassen müssen von Gästen die sich in ihrem Rausch nicht unter Kontrolle haben.Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Bar top! Was katastrophal ist sind die Türsteher. Oder jedenfalls einige davon, die Minderwertigkeitskomplexe an gut-zahlenden Gästen kompensieren wollen. Nach etlichen Getränken und auch verzerrten Flaschen wird man an einem Abend, wo die benannten Türsteher da sind nicht reingelassen. Der weiblichen Begleitung wird der Zugang dennoch gewährt - Frechheit! Trotz adäquatem Auftritt in der Kleiderwahl, sowohl auch Umgangsformen. Einfach traurig. Hier müsste der Eigentümer eigentlich schleunigst reagieren, um nicht noch mehr treue Kundschaft zu vergraulen.

Richtig Gute Hotelbar, oft mit Dj! Top Musik, Service & Drinks!

The best bar in Frankfurt!!

We went to the bar 2 nights in a roll. The first night, a guy at the place told us that there was some technical issue so it was closed. He also suggested us to come back the next day. So we went back the next day, a lady politely rejected us as we needed to do a reservation first. So we went back without being able to get into the bar for 2 consecutive nights.I totally understand if we need to book first due to the covid regulations. However, it would be so helpful if the guy told us on the first night that we should have done so. I felt that we just wasted our time….Very disappointing.

Überforderter Service, Unisex-Toiletten ließen sich nicht abschließen (?und geschmacklich herausragender Whiskey Sour wurde dadurch getrübt, dass er trotz expliziter Bestellung mit Eiweiß anstatt ohne serviert wurde.Für die Preiskategorie erwartet man mehr Professionalität. Vielleicht war der Kellner ja auch neu, aber selbst dann kann man erwarten, dass man die Tischnummern draufhat und erstens nicht vergessen wird und zweitens einem auch das Bestellte serviert wird.Location architektonisch hübsch anzusehen, auch der Außenbereich sieht einladend aus.

Wir sind regelmäßig in der Bar und heute war die Hostess besonders arrogant und herablassend Ihre Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig auch wenn es resavierungen gegeben hatte wäre es ein zuvorkommen gewesen wenn wir zumindest an die Bar gekonnt hätten ihre Aussage war so schnipich und davon abgesehen war die Bar um 21:30 immer noch leer. Die Hostess ist unmöglich!!!

Szene Bar? Ehrlich? Location ist toll aber nichts besonderes. Die Hälfte der Gäste würde in München aussortiert werden. Preise etwas höher, dafür kein Eintritt. Riesen Pluspunkte, das vorhandene Dj-Pult und der sehr freundliche Service.

Wanted to go for a few drinks as the bar tender of my hotel at “Le Meridien recommended this bar…I think it was around midnight when I went to Roomers bar and was denied entry due to no reservation, which I usually would understand. What I don’t understand is that ppl infront and after me were allowed to enter with no reservation as well. I’m a Gold Bonvoy Member and would actually think that this counts sth. as Roomers is part of Marriot Group.Anyway, the lady was friendly in her rejection and the place was crowded, so I guess it’s a good location. Maybe they dont want single drinkers there which is sad for a hotel bar as us business traveller are often coming to places like that to relax

Great drinks made by REAL bartenders. Nice atmosphere. Jenny from the service was super helpful. I didn’t complain but I said it’s a pity that they don’t serve the hot lava cake in the restaurant anymore, when we went to the bar and she managed to talk to the chef and get me that delicious piece of heaven 😁Great service. Very nice and very crowded. Too much smoke. Long wait on the bar to get your drinks but the barmen were doing their best to provide good service. But I keep going there every time Im in Frankfurt. 😊

I had such a great time for their halloween party. I’m not sure what they do normally but there were three different sections that played different music. One thing I would like to mention though is that there was a bartender who was very rude to people. My friend was ordering and she just turned all of a sudden and talked to a different customer. Overall it was amazing. This place is definitely where cool people hang out.

Very cool bar, great atmosphere and music. Bar staff are top notch...and I mean seriously top notch. One warning, it is a smoking allowed bar and if you dont like that, you wont like it here. Outside of that, well worth the visit.

restaurant: the ambiance and deco is very friendly. Staff is smiling and attentive to your needs.Food is excellent, not a single comment about the food. It’s just magnificent!! The staff however needs a training on some points. When we didn’t ordered a starter, the waiter took our forks and knifes and used it (while we were lookingto set the empty table next to us! I couldn’t believe my eyes. We used the forks to put some lemon in our water. When we pointed out to him that it’s not done to reuse flatware like this he looked at us if we were annoying. When we explained that we used the flatware, he was relieved that we warned him. But he didn’t realised it’s not done and he should never do this again. Same as the girl cutting bread in the restaurant and eating pieces while preparing the breadbaskets.

We had few cocktails and some champagne and were happy about the good quality drinks and the excellent service

Love this place

It is quite the experience. Quite laid back, dimly lit, gives you the feeling of era gone by. Loved the bar tenders there, for a change it was nice to talk to someone who really knew their spirits. The food (mostly snackswere quite appetising as well. I can totally see how you might not get in on a busy day tho. From my end, go for the ambience and a chilled out evening. PS- ofcourse smoking is allowed inside.

The Club Sandwich is a must! WOW!!! The employees are doing great and the drinks are great, too. Youll probably not find a single thing that actually bothers you. :)

There are better bars in Frankfurt than this one. The staff is rude, drinks are average but not value for money. Space is too small with live music and smoke everywhere. Skip this place and go to some other bar in city.

A very quiet Thursday night here...apparently no Riesling but plenty of German Sauvignon Blanc. The barman tells me things will pick up after midnight let us see....meanwhile the restaurant seems to be thriving.....wish I ate there rather than the Intercontinental.....

A must-go-to when in Frankfurt... hard to describe but well worth the somewhat exaggerated prices. Enjoy it!

The Bar Decoration is beautiful & General atmosphere is ok and its smoking Bar. unfortunately the stuff is very rude and unprofessional communication especially this Guy called Edi he should work in the Bordel I think this location is not for him. very negative Service there is plenty alternative Bar in Frankfurt with better Service.

One of the worst bars ever in Frankfurt...bas music...bas service and very rude staff...it is overpriced ...I had a beer and a cognac with a cigar...it was a very bad experience... Another time I came back with my friend we were not allowed to enter because the bouncer said it was full and there were no place for us to wait... He was very rude... Never coming back... It is not recommended at all...
