Nice place to taste the seafood especially crab, fish / shrimp grilled and many more. All fresh and so tasty. This resto have two floor with clean rest room and praying room as well. Fast service, agile, the payment also can be done by cash/cashless. In term of cost a bit higher compared others but in term of the food quality and the taste are still worthy.

Having wonderful lunch here on Tuesday 24 May 2022. Delicious sea food. Various weird but yummy beverages, try them. Nice view from 2nd floor. However, dining alone in Pondok Borneo is not recommended, in my mind. Share the nice moment with somebody else

Great taste. You really should try Kepiting Asap and Ikan Bumbu Rujak. As for veggies, Buncis Salted Egg is A MUST, A MUST!

The gurame bakar asap is delicious. So tasty but no spicy.High price, rate for a fish is about 200.000 rupiahs, and you could share it for 3-4 people. The serving takes too long to be ready.

I didnt get a chance to dine in due to the pandemic so i ordered for a take out although its just a glimpse the place has comfy vibeI would rather talk about the foodEventhough i only ordered the smoked crabFor a portion you got 2 whole crabs the size is not that big but i think enough for 3 person if you have quiet the appetite and the crab is quite plump but the smoking made the crab a bit dry ,for the seasoning im quite loving it its good with rice it has a coconutty flavor so its a rich seasoning although a bit oily

Must tried IKAN BUMBU GAMI in town! Really can’t get enough of this delicous mix of onion, chilli, tomato, shrimp paste seasoning, poured into the steam fish and served in a hot pottery plate.

Ikan bakar bumbu bakar pedas is very delicious. The price is expensive, however its worth considering its taste. Their udang goreng telur asin also delicious and of course their kepiting asap. The smell is very tempting when they grilled the seafood in front of the store. Would love to come back next time.

I order Kepiting Asap, bbq of crab. One of popular menu in Samarinda.The price 230k per portion. (the price not stated on menus). I choose cah kangkung.So far delicious crab.

This restaurant signature is grilled crab in alumunium foil but as a big fan of "patin" fish, i ordered a very monster size slice of it here grilled with caramelized soysauce in a quite costly price but the sensation is quite satisfying. Their crab omelete is quite good and thick, their stir fry fern with dried small prawns is also a good choice.

One of the most delicious crab I ever eaten. Make sure you came here while in Samarinda and order this Kepiting Asap or Smoked Crab. They even wrote Best Seller next to Kepiting Asap in the menu. Not cheap but very worthed it.
