Rum art hotel in As Salt

I have stayed in Torino hotel exactly 4 years ago when it was called rum Al waleed however and I say this very genuinely that with the new renovations Torino hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Torino hotel has it all from amazing rooms, incredibly fast wifi, and great customer service. Again I have stayed in hotels all around the world but I have never seen such great customer service as Torinos especially Ms. Marwa who from the first moment that I stepped foot in the hotel has treated me with amazing kindness, foolproof professionalism, and most importantly as someone who spends most of his time away from his family made me feel right at home.I definitely recommend Torino hotel to anyone who is looking for an amazing experience in Jordan hotel sector. Furthermore, I kindly ask the hotel management to truly utilize and invest in Ms. Marwa potential to elevate the unique hotel customer service to higher levels as she is the right person for this mission.

This isnt a 5-star hotel, and it doesnt claim to be. It is, however, very clean, comfortable, and reasonably-priced. My best friend and I truly enjoyed our stay while visiting Amman last week. The staff there is truly friendly and helpful, from the clerks at the front desk to the bartenders to the security officers who keep watch over the front door and the parking area. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with great air conditioning, a mini fridge, a coffee and tea making station, and a safe. We had a rental car, and we always were provided with free parking in front of the hotel, which the security staff keeps reserved for hotel guests. Breakfast in the mornings is very good with both hot and cold options. Even though the hotel is located in an area with lots of options for shopping, dining, and drinking, most evenings, we chose to stay at the hotel, which includes a really nice, friendly, and reasonably-priced bar as well as a separately-owned Italian restaurant with great food and an excellent staff. My friend and I truly enjoyed Amman, and were so much looking forward to going back there soon. We cant even imagine staying at any other hotel. I highly recommend the Torino Hotel for anyone planning a stay in Amman.

The area for this hotel is quite nice. Near ATM, grocery store and mall.Easy access. Staff in restaurants mostly welcome and friendly. Thanks for your hospitality. Love it.

The staff is friendly and helpfull, they helpMe navigate this beautifull city. Bro restaurant is serving tasty food. This atmosphre make you feel surounded by familly. Ghassan is really helpfull .

Good atmosphere hotel, clean and neat, I met with Ghassan his the one who prepared the breakfast for all customer, his a god man, Im really enjoyed staying in this hotel, I love jordan.

I have been in Jordan 5times, but in this Hotel first time.It was cozy and so beautiful. The food there was amazing, and the rooms are great and so comfortable, I really liked it.And the coffee was so great that I beat three glasses a day, but its worth it. I respect some people in staff They are AbuMahel and Basil who helped us every time.They take care of us.Isay"Thanks a lot. And I hope to come again in this hotel. I advise everybody this hotel.

it was an awesome experience even though we got some problems but they fix it very fast. very clean and comfortable, but what made me very happy is the stuff , appropriate, professional and always smiling , specially the women on the reception ( Iman she made everything pefect .special thx to her

My experience at this hotel was amazing. I stayed for 2 weeks due to quarantine so it became like a second home . The staff were so welcoming and so kind. There is this girl Iman she was always ready to help us in anything we need it. They also changed our room to a bigger one without any extra charge. In addition to being so clean and all the precautions related to covid were taken. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beware of these scam people. Just drink Red bull and got 550 JD bill .Big big scam stay away fro them. Really shame on you guys. You are destroying your beautiful country name. Not recommend at all

Awesome food, amazing service, and the most delicious coffee!We ordered 2 kinds of salad, 3 kinds of Pasta and grilled chicken with mushroom & lemon sauce.. Everything was the best Ive ever tasted in Amman! The waiters kept checking on us and were really friendly and hospitable.The orange Juice was fresh.The coffee at the end tasted like heaven.9/10 😍P. S. PRICES ARE REALLY CHEAP!

Worst reception to guests. As i had guests with me and it was 3 AM and i had to leave at 7 AM on the same day and they would let my guests (2enter just for these couple of hours just for us to rest and then check out. And the way they were talking was not pleasable nor reasonable. I would not recommend that hotel anymore!!!!!

The food service was awful, but the receptionist was pleasent and helpful.We skipped our night dinner in the hotel to eat outside, even though we had to pay extra.The location is far away from down town.

Second visit, things went really bad. Bad internet, higher price and no hot water in the shower.Not recommend.

Very bad hotel...No hot water all the time, heating system will make you feel colder.....

Solid 3 stars. Nothing else. Dont expect too much. Was OK for that $. Wifi works only in lobby area. If you are looking for breakfast before you start you day dont expect too much. At least you can have coffee and cereal with olives, humus and beans from can.

Near the Galeria Mall, thats the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Its an old hotel that really need a major upgrade. Everything looks old.

Had a good stay.. Street next to this hotel is looks like European region.. Really a nice place for staying..

A hotel with nice staff members but things do not always work, e.g. my window was left open in winter, leaving me wondering why the room was cold when I returned after the days activities; spray at the bidet kept dripping even after I got the staff to attend to it. But very accommodating staff members.

De chef restaurant is amazing

A mixed experience, the desk staff where very friendly and very helpfully and the food in the restaurant was great and at a good price. The infrastructure of the hotel however was not so great, the door key cards kept locking us out and needed to be replaced three times in one day. The vent in our bathroom door was missing leaving a large hole in it and the bathroom itself had some exposed wiring (not live however). The breakfast buffet staff, unlike the desk staff, where not great. One day would be the fine at breakfast, the next the tables would be piled up with dirty plates and simple requests like can I have some clean cutlery basically ignored. A mixed experience.

A great hotel with good sized rooms and decent staff. I would have rated 5-stars if water came free with the meals but unfortunately it doesnt. Otherwise all is good. We had a problem with our sink in the room, but it was fixed almost immediately. Great location between Downtown and places further out, also right next door to the Galleria Mall and Carrefour for any shopping needs. Id recommend for short stays for sure, though Im not sure if there is a lot of parking.

Very Good accommodation, service and facilities at such comfortable price.
