Ruby Tuesday in Waycross

Beware read your receipt when you go to Ruby Tuesday in Waycross. We went there to eat on 9/24/22. We ordered our food and paid for it. The bill was 80.00. I read the receipt and the server had charged us for 2 items we didnt even order. When we brought it to their attention she said we would get a 40.00 refund certificate in my email. Its been a whole week and I have not seen the refund. I called twice and was given the run around. The store manager said she have to talk to the district manager. Still no refund. So please read your receipt.

Very good food, great Salad Bar, waitress could have been a little more attentive. But all in all, had a delicious meal with family.

Leanna Leann, how ever you spell or say our servers name she needs to be taught correctly how to take orders. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of mashed potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese, she brought me a plate of buttered noodles. I then asked for some Alfredo to pour on the top of it and she brings me one single dipping sauce cup with alfredo in it not even enough alfredo to cover the noodles and fix a simple mistake. Then after eating the nasty noodles waiting for her to come back around for me to ask for another thing of alfredo to pour over it she brings the bill and proceeds to tell me that fettuccine is just noodles and i was like yes ma’am that’s why i ordered fettuccine alfredo and she walks away mumbling to another person on the other side of the booth about alfredo. Not to mention the fact that I was never brought the macaroni or the mashed potatoes she never even rung it in on my bill that’s the first thing i checked was the receipt. I paid with a card and she had me swipe my card the total was $27.19 on the receipt but I was charged for $37.42 with no option to tip or to not tip so therefore she gave herself a tip as well and told me they couldn’t print out receipts that she could email it and i still have not received my email of my receipt. Poor poor service and needs to be maintained better. Highly disappointed with my experience here.

I enjoy the food here, however the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The sour smell is overwhelming. I feel like the staff and management may be use to it. Staff is nice, but if a place smells, it ruins the experience.

The waitress that came to our table then took our order. Spoke with another table for 30+minutes and ignored her other 2 tables even though our food was up. The bartender even told her she had food up but she didnt care. Horrible service. Food was overly salty. Wont be back. We arrived at 615pm ordered at 630 then waited until 720 to get 3 burgers and 1 chicken straps. Our waitress was still talking so I think the bartender brought our food.

I love going to Ruby Tuesdays in Waycross. Its like going to a friends house for a great meal. Amber the manager is dedicated to providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, Kayla and Tiffany have given me the most incredible service experience and the rest of the staff are like relatives that are always glad to see you. The food is phenomenal and large in portions so I always have something to take home. And they are reasonably priced? I highly recommend that you pay them a visit!😊

The service today was pretty awful. They only had 2 servers, 1 cook and the hostess. The hostess had to end up bringing our drinks and took our order. Then it took forever to get our food. They definitely need more employees.

Great food and service, at an affordable price.

Service was a little slow but the food was great. You gotta try the smothered BBQ steak entree. Yum yum.

The service was better then I had expected . I got the coconut shrimp and the salad bar and both were really on point .. the salad bar had more choices then I was expecting and the shrimp was to die for. I would recommend to anyone .

Food was yummy. Restaurant itself was not the best. The hostess and waitress were both kind and professional. Although another employee was not. They were unprofessional and even used profanity in front of customers. The salad bar was not very clean.

This was my bday lunch and it was perfect. I got the 6oz steak cooked med. well and shrimp grilled with light seasoning due to my stomach right now. It was awesome.

Ribs had almost no meat on them and they were very dry. Overpriced!

We visited this Ruby Tuesday location for the first time. Our server Christina was amazing! She was so attentive and nice. She kept our drinks filled and was super friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. The manager Christy was very friendly and was busy helping the restaurant run smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Went there after graduation and even though it wasnt that many people working, Megan made sure me and my family were good.

On of the best places in town to go to for dinner and drinks! Never had a bad experience! I always ask for Tiffany Axom to serve me if she is working because she is an amazing bartender and waitress so make sure you ask for her special if you visit too. She always has a smile on her face and is so cheery and has such a vast knowledge of the menu and can always make great recommendations! She is very attentive to mine and my families needs and never lets a drink go dry! And speaking of dry… if she is working the bar you HAVE to get a drink (or threebecause her skills are yumulicious! Tip this babe good! She deserves it!

My server, Tiffany, absolutely made this the best experience I have had in a public setting. She answered all questions I had swiftly and with a humorous wit that elevated the entire evening. She had everyone laughing and in a good mood! 5 stars, 3 enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍 👍👍 and some of these -> 🤙🤙

My friend treated me to dinner here. I love the new Orlean seafood plate with the tilapia and shrimp. Tiffany is an amazing server and thats coming from a former server! Were always well taken care of and request her section when we make it that way. Good food and great staff!

Id like to give props to Tiffany Axsom! Shes very hard working, and always tries her best to make each and everyone of her customers are happy and taken care of!

No matter what Ruby Tuesday you go to. The same issues always seem to pop up, bad service and chefs that dont know how to make food edible.I will no longer ever be going to this franchise ever again.

Food ok, definitely had better. Service needs to be improved and this could probably be done by new management.

The hostess was getting bullied for doing things wrong when she didnt well atleast what i saw and she even cried she even said she was tipped for being nice and she gave it to the sever to be nice because they didnt get tipped nothing ruby tuesday needs to deal with employees being so rude to each other and if it was me i have kept them for myself

Food was ok, even though it was during lunch on a Wednesday it was not crowded at all. There were maybe 6 tables with people seated. It still took close to 35 min before we got our food.The waitress was great.

Just ordered food from Ruby Tuesday in Waycross, GA.. Just opened the piece of cheesecake we ordered and there’s a baby roach 🪳 on the cheesecake and honestly slimy looking in the tray.. Will NEVER ORDER NOR EAT AT THIS DISGUSTING RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! Going to add photos as well

Ok went to ruby Tuesday my husband my daughter and me we all 3 got the salad and something to drink and spinach artichoke dip tell me why the bill came up to 51.54plus taxs 55.95 and all we had was just the salad bar and that was not even impressing and we waited 10 mins before they even came to see us about drinks. And took us 10 mins to get our tickets so we can leave and what was bad is that they was not even packed

If I could not give any that’s what I would do, people that was in there working today between 3pm Ana 5pm really need to find somewhere else to work, no professionalism at all.Hostess was to busy talking when we came in had to be told we were there, waitress took our drink order no problem, brought drinks and took order, didn’t come back to table to see about refills, till food was ready, cooks talking so loud the few tables that had customers could hear them complain about making things, waitresses standing around at the hostess desk talking about what should be private life and let’s not forget about the waitress that couldn’t find her phone going all around the restaurant asking if anyone has seen her phone. So disappointed with this place

I went to the one in Waycross and after eating in the dining room i decided to get the ribs with the shrimps and broccoli.When I got home and open my box I didnt have no shrimps but some ribs and a bone in the box.No I didnt eat none of it.I threw it in the trash.I really believe it was left over from somebody plate.Jsmh

Ordered cheese sticks that never came, didn’t bring my sides with my meal My wife asked for marinara sauce for her chicken Alfredo that never came . After waiting 15 mins for my sides when it finally showed up my wife was already finished with her meal so I just took mine to go. We usually eat here at least 1-2 times a week and have never had bad service before but it was awful this time. All I can say is if you get John for a waiter you better move tables!

Horrible service, nothing on the salad bar asked several times to put dressing and salad toppings. Would not recommend eating here again. Nine people standing around and not doing anything.

We ate around 2:00PM, there were very few other customers. Service was good. The food was served promptly and was fresh and hot. Cost wasnt too bad, we had the special (an appetizer and two entrees for one price).

Great food. Friendly Waitress. They didnt have what I wanted so the waitress told me what I could get that was similar and it was delicious! They couldnt do an Irish Car Bomb. So I was sad about that but otherwise, it was a good visit! My first time at a Ruby Tuesday and Ill definitely visit them again.

This is my second review regarding the food order from this location and it appears my first review is no longer posted, that I found, and I’m not sure why. However, I placed another order today & again the baked potato’s I ordered, were brown on the inside, it was so over cooked that there was only a couple of spoonful’s of potato in each. (See pic)I called and spoke with the manager & he assured me this is not the norm. However, my order from 12/23/21 and today 01/18/22 both had over cooked potatoes. Today I ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta again, which should have had penne noodles, but tonight I got fettuccini noodles, the meal itself wasn’t horrible, but I prefer the penne noodles and expected the same.When you order online, you expect to receive a meal like you would if you’re eating at the restaurant, but I guess the person making the “To Go” order up, isn’t concerned with the quality of the food going out, since the customer isn’t there to complain. I’m very disappointed with the 2 orders I’ve placed so far and I’m not sure if calling the manager tonight or doing this review will make a difference in any future orders, but I hope it does. I’ve posted pictures of 1 of the meals and 1 potato.

Good salad bar and our entrees are regularly good. They are understaffed like everywhere these days, so expect service to be slow. Also be aware that fountain drinks are a ridiculous $3.

My mom and I finally had lunch together and went to her favorite place. The salad bar was fresh and the drinks were well made. No one ever came back to our table though. If we had chosen to place an order instead of just salad bar or dessert, it never would have happened. Once the drinks were brought to the table, that was it and I had to get up and walk to the bar for our tickets. We still tipped because I firmly believe in it but it brings the rating down for me.

Me and my boyfriend chose to eat here for Mother’s Day, and with no surprise the experience was phenomenal. We was immediately greeted by the host with a beaming smile. He escorted us to our table and politely asked for our drink orders, and if we needed time. As we don’t come here often for constantly being at work, we did need a minute or so to go over what we wanted. After the order was taken by a gentlemen, it was quickly prepared and served to us hot and fresh. Our drinks never fell below the midline of the cups, and we never had to wait on an employee to help us as they consistently checked on us with a timely manner. With that being said the overall restaurant was very clean, smelled good, all of the employees held a positive attitude, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. We will be visiting again soon!!!

Idk if they are always as empty as they were a couple days ago during dinner hour (today is 3/26/21but they really shouldnt have been. Only about 4 other tables being served. Wait for the main dinner items was about what you would expect (reasonably promptand the salad bar was great. The main items or meals were great too. Maybe it was randomly not busy or maybe folks just arent dining in. In any case we had the restaurant to ourselves and a good experience

We got our order to-go but the waitresses was very courteous and polite and our order was ready pretty quickly. The food was very good. Would recommend for any good lunch time ordering if you dont have the time to wait on your order you can most definitely order ahead and theyll have it ready for you when you arrive.

This is a great place to eat. We took a crew of eight and the waitress was very helpful, she was cheerful and even a little humorous. She knew the menu very well was able to get Everything done in a timely manner. The food was awesome! Thank you to the cook and Thank you, Trinity, that was her name.

We enjoyed our visit because it wasnt many in the restaurant at 1st. Most of the food & drinks were good EXCEPT for the baked potato. It wasnt baked long enough, it was barely warm & it had some hard or undercooked portions. The waiter was very courteous & attentive. For those reasons, I overlooked the potato.

The waitress got our orders wrong and then the replacements were nothing like advertised in the menu. A man brought in a tray of baked goods (apparently to sell to the staffand that occupied the staff for quite a while. Long story short, we waited about 15 minutes to pay for food that was borderline edible. I do not recommend this place and will never eat at a Ruby Tuesdays again.
