Service was great! The bartender was serving tables & was very welcoming! We all enjoyed our visit!

My wife and I went there on a Tuesday to get the burger and fries deal for $5.99. After waiting to be seated we were next to three ladies who said that they would not be coming back. Then we waited 5 minutes to be served by a waitress with no one coming to check on us. The one waitress we did see was wearing an airpod and dealt with the ladies next to us but didnt say anything to us. We got up and went to Cracker Barrel.

Excellent service, the food was great, nicely seasoned. The server was the only person and he didnt miss a beat.

I was in town and decide to come to Ruby Tuesday. Due to the fact the last time I came I had experience the best home feeling in a while from a young gentleman name Jeremiah. What an awesome, awesome establishment.

I came in and sat at the bar. I ordered the spinach dip and had some drinks. The manager Jeremiah came right before I left to ask me to do this review on him and the restaurant. But now to say the least the food was great. The manager Jeremiah was amazing and shaniqua 10 Stars. Ill be back to see her and to Jeremiah. Here you go bud.

The food is much better. The salad bar was amazing. I ordered the New Orleans seafood.That’s always my go to. Friendly waiter Kevin. Not to forget the manager who greeted us with a smile. Great 👍 man Jeremiah.

I came in tonight. Not so busy and the service was amazing. The manager Jeremiah came and checked in on us along with shanequa taking care of us. Great team!!

My family and I had a great experience. The GM personally came out and greeted us with a warm welcome. All of our food was cooked perfectly. I would definitely return.

My wife and I went to Ruby Tuesday on last Sunday. The young lady that greeted us, Dylesha, was all smiles as she took us to our tables and whenever we had a question for her. The General Manager, Bernard, spoke to us and was very personable. Our server, Keisha, was very attentive to us making sure that our needs were met. The food was delicious. I had the salmon with broccoli and rice. The broccoli was cooked just like I like it. I loved his ribs, shrimp and chicken tenders. All in all it was a great experience.

After not having the best experience a couple of weeks ago, management (Bernardreached out to us. So we decided to give Ruby Tuesday another try. The greeter, a young lady named Dylesha, greeted us with a beautiful and consistent smile. Our server, Kisha, was very attentive to our needs. Bernard, the General Manager, also came out to speak with us. He is doing a great job at the restaurant and has a great bedside manner! All in all it was a great experience. I had the Hickory Bourbon Salmon which was delicious! The broccoli was cooked just like I like it. My husband ordered the Triple Play and absolutely loved it. We topped it off with New York Cheesecake (meand Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet (hubby). We both loved all our choices. I had them to slice my cheesecake into 2 slices and trust me there was enough there for 2 people. Go visit Ruby Tuesday at 2435 Delk Rd in Marietta, Georgia. I believe you will leave a satisfied customer.

I ordered a hamburger and fries it was not ready when I came. There was only 3 customers in there. The carpet looked nasty and gross. The bartender came around the counter omce my order was ready use one glove and put my food in a to-go container and touching my fries with his other hand that did not have a glove on. This palace has really went down over the years. I am very surprise they still open. Just gross!!### I will eat her again.

The place was empty when I walked in except for the man at the bar eating his lunch. Remember I said the place was empty so why did it take 23 minutes for the gentleman to come over and take my order. By time he came over two or three more people came in. However he got the order wrong lol and I tell you it was not busy. When he brought the order back again wrong I walked out of the restaurant. Obviously I didnt eat the meal lol

Well... We got here and sat down and we looked online and already knew what we wanted so we put the order in and i got a lemonade and 30 minutes later i finally get it but its just water with a hit of lemonade so i have to walk up to the bar and get it my own and now weve been here for 45 minutes and our appetizer isnt even out yet. Just wanted a nice meal with family.

Waitress 5 sat us in area a wait from crowd good we had to clean the table off ourselves we had sanitize wipes she didnt stop us stated closer should have done it. the cook fries re dipped fries they were brown instead of white or tan the ultimate chicken plate was dark brown crispy from re dropping in grease or the grease needs to be change. Half way through a wasp was trapped in a paper table topper . a member of my guest went to get manager he came and step on it I had remove the topper from table and dropped on floor with wasp still attached Im stage 4 TNBC the last thing I need is to get stung. I meal wasnt even offered to be complimentary we were no offered anything but Im sorry. Im sorry to. I will not be going to dThis location again 2 weeks ago a manager and employee had a screaming match cursing each others out the food was sloppy that day as well. Burnt bread sauces from your sandwhich running over to your fries . thats enough for me. Some of the workers care some dont.

I love this restaurant, the bartender Leslie is the best. He is so inviting and welcoming. Everyone go see Leslie.

Came for the salad bar and it was amazing the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the salad bar guy talked my ears off while I was fixing my salad and he came to my table and talked to me while I was eating the entire time . Me and my husband could barely enjoy our salad. We didn’t want to be rude but he should be more focused on the salad bar not interrupting the guest. I can understand a quick conversation but 20-30 mins is too long

I normally go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar. The salad bar here was "alright". Most of the items looked fresh, but, a whole bowl of lettuce at the bar looked like it was decaying (dont know why it even was put at the barand there were several items that could have used refilling. One of the customers informed the staff about the bad lettuce and it was promptly changed out.

Terrible experience from the drinks to the food that came out almost cold. Drink that you paid for top shelf nothing but sour. I use to love going here but, the quality of service, food and drinks is not good at all. I must say that the salad bar was great as usual.

The server was great the food was good love the mash potatoes with the red skin first time trying them that way

I Never Comeing back here again I took my sister and my dad out for Fathers Day we got in there hostess Roll her Eyes out us said we all Bright and she did sit us down and never told is your server be right with you and we wait and wait and seen other group people came in and took then to there seats and waiting on them so we walk out and I look back I seen our hostess run up to Table Wipe it down They Rude and Need to Be Close Down my dad is 80 years old they no caring for him

Delicious food with fast and friendly service. I forgot my servers name but he was fantastic! Great experience all around.

Waitress was amazing. Food was good but salad bar was not good. But it was nice to have a fresh meal that was just made.

This RUBY TUESDAY in Marietta GA on Delks rdIs so horrible at the Salad Bar!!!!!I wish I could upload a pics of it! I came just for Salad Bar and all the types of lettuce was BROWN 😡The SALAD BAR WAS SOOOOOOOOO NASTY LOOKING’ MESSY AND YOU CAN TELL THE FOOD BEEN UP THERE TOO LONG!I made mention to waitress and she informed them and the Lazy unconcerned Salad Man came and walked away like FORGET IT!!!!He didn’t even try to clean the mess up on Salad Bar nor Replace the Old Lettuces!I understand why so many of RUBY TUESDAY has closed and this is the only one like 15 mins from me’ but when you get UNCONCERNED WORKERS that halfway does their job and management that doesn’t check on their workers to see if they are doing their job correctly, then the Restaurant will eventually CLOSE 😔I love RUBY TUESDAY but they have to do better with this SALAD BAR

Me and my party was treated with disrespect, staff and management was unprofessional and rude, plus we were uninformed from the minute we arrived. After a long day of fourteen hours of travel, we made it to local hotel and wanted to have a simple dinner.As soon as we walked in, their was immediate hesitation to sit us or not. It was around 8:45 pm. We waited a while for our food but eventually got all of it around 9:40.When it came time to pay, we were told they had to either put all the orders on one ticket or split it in half with the divided total.I explained to him that this would be impossible to do because we all didnt all have cash and to give to one sole person to use their personal credit card. When we asked for a manager, a lady comes out with a HUGE chip on her shoulder and repeats what the server Just told us.She walked off and we waited till 10:25 pm for her and served to come back n write down everyones order, Again! When repeating our orders, she attempted to critique one of my students for saying " New Orleans " incorrectly.We finally got back to out rooms around 10:45 or later.This was the worst treatment myself and my students had to deal with, especially after a long day.With all of the arguing and disappearing that occurred, they could of done their job correctly the first time and we would of left a lot sooner and happier.

I visited this location for my lunch break. I was very pleased I made the choice to eat here. The bartender was very polite and waisted no time to take my order. I received my order within ten minutes. Not only was it fresh and hot 🥵, it was delicious 😋

Only one server, but he did an awesome job!! Much respect for that young man!!!Went for the salad bar, well it was slightly unappetizing...lettuce was old and wilted.. however within a few minutes of requesting fresh salad and.lettuce choices, our request was carried out...All in all . A good experience...

The food was very good, steak was cooked the way I ordered it but like alot of other restaurants they was very short of help so our waitress was unable to check on us.

Definitely worst service ever, it took forever to finally get greeted an the phone kept constantly ringing, they were basically making the statement were not here to serve you but keep calling just to frustrate yourself. Then every which way I turned tables were so dirty it was gross. The only reason Im giving it a 2 is because the man in the kitchen was by himself all night an he was pushing out order after order an he held his composer the entire time just knocking them out 1 by 1 even if it was a long wait. An the other reason is because there was a girl there didnt know her position but she was in the back an then came out front to finally clean all the dirty tables she wasnt smiling but at least she was trying so she can get a point also. I went there for a free birthday burger an to be honest I would not come back next year, not even if it was free, thats how bad it was. Turn around unless there lunch has better staff because theyre night time service needs some practice on customer service.

The hostess was totally ridiculous, she literally looked and acted like she rolled out of bed and came to work. Hair not combed, clothes had stains on them. U walk in she looks at u and starts walking to a booth. Our waitress was sweet and attentive but they didnt have several items on the menu. The food was good, the salad bar was ok. A lady was tending to it but several items were out. She literally brought one thing at a time out. I think this place will eventually end up closing.

Spent over $20 for a gray ribeye I had 2 bites of. Should just had the salad bar. The manager didn’t apologize just gave me $6 off. Keep your $6 and offer a better option. I will not be back.

I had a Simple Grilled Chicken Salad and it was huge. It took me a lot of grazing to eat it all. LOLThe onion rings and their signature bbq-based sauce was great.

The place was busy, even late. Very clean. The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and helped us get our meal very quickly. Their salad bar was well-stocked and very fresh. We took a strawberry cheesecake slice to go....it almost didnt make it home; it looked so good! It tasted even better than it looked!

Service was overall okay. We walked in and the host stand was unattended. No one acknowledged us by saying "someone will assist you momentarily"or something. We were 5 seconds from walking out when the young lady (who was also out waitressfinally made it over to give us menus and seats. We ordered a sampler appetizer and the garden bar. The chips that came with the spinach and artichoke dip were greasy and raw. The young lady brought some more as requested but they were no better. The chicken "wings" which should really be called chicken nuggets were served with no dipping sauce. The garden bar is overpriced for the options available. I was reminded why I stopped patronizing Ruby Tuesday all together years ago and will continue to do so as the quality of food is not worth it. Our waitress was nice however and did what she could to make our visit remotely enjoyable.

So i ordered take out through door dash and waited 72 mins to receive my order. When the dash driver delivered the order to me it was the wrong order. I brought the order back to Ruby Tuesday and spoke with the manager and explained the him that I received the wrong order and that I would like the order I paid $58 for. I was told that they had run out of sausages and that he couldnt do anything. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They do not care about their customers and will not replace or redo anything that they have messed up on. The Manager is a joke.

Came here because I hadnt been in years. Guess I wont be back. Not the worse in the world but definitely not good. First took a while to get greeted. Second I ordered the happy hour spinach dip, was charged full price. Ordered the happy hour drink was overcharged a dollar. The glass was ridiculously tall and the drink way too sweet and weak.The salad bar was cold which is good and stocked. The iceberg lettuce needed to be tossed. Brown spots. The ranch dressing was practically empty and even when I went for my second round it was empty.The biggest disappointment was the pasta salad. A few years ago they took it off and then put it back. It used to taste like my grandmothers. This has zero taste and the sauce they use, which should be the consistency of mayo was more like olive oil.The chips for the dip were horrible. You can see the oil sitting on top. They were stuck together and were soft.Server was ok she was walking around so I cant really blame her for the restaurant being understand.No one was running food so my food came out dead,. I asked them to refresh it for me and I heard the cooks complaining. Actually the food runner should have never have delivered it and had it refreshed before it left the kitchen.I use to like Ruby Tuesdays. The menu has nothing exciting on it. The food is ok.I got the shrimp pasta and the shrimp was so tiny. Im not sure if its the restaurants fault but you dont put tiny shrimp with a penne pasta. Watch a cooking show every now and then.At least the sauce was good, and the pasta was cooked al dented.Wont be back.. of well

Today I was really wanting a salad (rare but still). I didnt want it portioned out for me. I needed it as a meal and Ruby Tuesdays did that for me. I was able to get as much as I like with the Endless Garden Bar. I had a variety in choices from the greens to the dressings. It wasnt crowded during the lunch time hours. The company behind the bar and around me was very enjoyable. Definitely has a recommendation from me to you for your dining experience.

The food was amazing! Perfectly cooked, simply delicious! The service I received was something else. I was served by the rudest server / bartender Ive ever come in contact with. She was brisk, unfriendly, and just rude. The rest of the staff was pleasant and kind and a joy to be around. Not Mimi. Maybe someone should let her know that we are in the south where southern hospitality comes from.

Great experience at this location! Waitress Lisa took care of our large party and did a fantastic job! Everyone’s order came out CORRECT! Lisa had a great attitude the entire time with taking drink orders, taking food orders, etc.! She stayed on top of making sure we were taken care of! Bartender Mimi did an amazing job as well! She made your drink with experience and knowledge, that kept us coming back! Mimi is friendly, patient, and has a great attitude! Thank you ladies for a great experience while we were visiting Georgia! I recommend this location if you’re nearby!

For being extremely short staffed due to the pandemic I will definetly hand it to the Manager and staff for the attentive service. For starters, We had the salad bar which was fresh and had alot of variety. Wasnt fond of the artichoke spinach dip but the chips were light and crispy. So good. Cheeseburgers were cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean but some of the furniture was in need of upgrading. Overall a good experience. Sept 08, 2021

Many years have passed since I have dined at Ruby Tuesday. Honestly, the main reason why I came here (besides being hungrywas because it was the nearest restaurant that was open at the time that offered dining in.My order:Awesome Burger: For being a plant-based burger, I was satisfied with how filling it was and yet shocked that it was only 80 calories. I do not count y calories, but low number of calories was shocking to me. The brioche bun was nice and toasty, and I enjoyed that with the burger. I did not modify the toppings on the burger (lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles); however, in the future I would want to top it differently.Service wise I was happy with my waitress. She performed her job well. I felt bad because it seemed like she was the only one in the restaurant. Consequently, the service time was a little bit longer than it should have been. Management should do a better job with staffing their restaurant so that speed of service may improve.

Great dining experience , one thing I did like the guy who was I server made sure you didn’t contaminate the salad bar I liked that, gloves / mask etc and it was clean orderly and inviting to go back for seconds 😀

Shots out to the best manager of all time...Ms. Christen (Delk Road Managerand the Chef...Mike. This is the place to go if you want GREAT food. I used UBER EATS. Delivery was fast and my food was still warm. There was a problem caused by ME. The staff quickly adjusted and still made sure my order was delivered in a timely manner. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs. Im still licking my fingers. Yes...it is that good!!! And I got enough "leftovers" to make 2 more meals.

Food was OK. Service was really slow. They took forever to get drinks & were out of Coke. My pasta dish was OK, but my friend got the chicken parmasean & some of the pasta was cold. Pricey for lunch & not really worth the cost. The dessert was good.

original review below and updated review now: I have been coming here for years and always have a great time. Many bartenders (including Jereehave left but the most amazing person ever is still here. Bobby is the best. I feel bad for not leaving a review sooner about Bobby. If you want top notch service ask for Bobby. And big shout to Leslie. And if you happen to sit at the bar you may enjoy a few drinks while talking to Laura. The managers seem to rotate but you can be sure to have great service in the company of Bobby, Leslie, or Laura. This is my second visit in this month. Food was good. We ordered couple of dishes but out of all Cajun shrimp pasta was spot on. It’s delicious. Food is good and service is good . Atmosphere is ok but over all it is good place to visit

I just came from Ruby Tuesdays the people have an attitude. The place look like its in a recession. I usually go for the salad bar the salad bar had no eggs no bacon they look like theyre slicing the cheese themselves. Everything that had signs on it was in the wrong place. The host had an attitude like you should not ask him any questions. The quality of their food is not that great for the prices that they quote on the menu. They look like theyre about to close down look at the container your paying $10 for a to go salad. When you hold it in your hand its very tiny. Usher no I wont be going back there

Hickory Bourbon Bacon Burger - this burger was everything! The flavors were absolutely awesome. I usually get the Colossal Burger but I decided to try something different - I was NOT disappointed! This will be my other go-to burger.I wish the Alpharetta and Woodstock locations hadnt closed but the Marietta location is nice.
