Ruby Tuesday in Philadelphia

I had gift cards to eat here. I wouldnt choose to eat here. I didnt like the coconut shrimp. They were soft like the shrimp had been soaking in water. The Buffalo wings and salmon were okay but Ive had much better.

Had lunch here waiting for our layover. The service was fast and extremely friendly. The food was hot and tasty. Well recommended!

I was not so pleased with entering the restaurant and seeing the young lady at the front desk with a pink bushy wig on and pink and gold glitter on her eyes. So unprofessional.

I ordered for take out 31 Aug 22. I dont know who prepared the order, but they should be embarrassed to serve that garbage. That was burnt, hard, and Much too much salt. Will not be ordering from there again.

Overall okay restaurant. If you are staying at the nearby hotel and don’t plan on driving anywhere, this will be a quick and easy meal. The food isn’t anything special and the beer (bottledwas a bit burnt. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the bun was a bit dry. Also tried the crispy chicken Mac and cheese. If you are craving high school cafeteria mac and cheese then you are in the right place

When I first arrived, the place seemed empty, I thought they were closed down so I called. They were opened and the food and drink turned out ok

This place was not good at all!!! I ordered a glass of wine that tasted like it was watered down. I tried their new brisket sandwich. It came out looking like a grilled cheese sandwich. The cheeses were barely melted like it had been put in microwave. The brisket seemed like it was roast beef and it was underseasoned. My husband had the New Orleans salmon. Fish wasnt good at all and the sauce looked like it had also been put in microwave. My daughter had the smokehouse burger which was good although she asked for no cheese. Terrible. I was highly disappointed

It was very convenient to our hotel. The staff was nice. The service was good and we enjoyed our meal. I had a Burger that was cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious. Prices were fair. Good experience.

The food was delicious, the service was awesome, and the Martini was the best 👌 all in all an amazing experience

Intimate and cozy restaurant and bar. Our waiter was Phenomenal! Knowledgeable about the menu, excited to have us taste the food and always seemed to anticipate our next need.

I placed my order online for pick up. Picked up my order at the time I requested the greeters were nice and professional. Everything up to that point was fine. I was looking forward to a nice dinner. I was somewhat disappointed with my food. The taste was good but my ribs and chicken fingers were over cooked. For the money I paid this review should read how satisfied I was. Please do better Ruby Tuesday with your cooks!

Horrible service at the bar. Bartender didnt acknowledge us at all, on his cell phone during whole service, just a miserable person. If you are visiting from the airport then ok service but not if you are a returning customer. They work for tips right? Food good, service not.

This place should be condemned. Ive been to bathrooms in 3rd world countries that are cleaner. The entire place is gross and could stand to be pressure washed from the inside out

Service was slow even when staff. Waitress working bar and tables. She only cared about the bar. Food was below average. Waited 30 mins to get drinks.

Trash took 20 min just get someone to serve us probably cuz we were dressed normal then 20 min to get drinks then food came my brisket was so hard to chew my teeth hurt. Waitress never one came to ask us if we wanted anything and had the nerve to stare while pressed the tip on the machine. Avoid this place

Quality of food is Terrible. I got 8 lil xhicken wings for 15.99. Hotwing sauce on the side. Never again.

The hostess was rude,rolling her eyes,when I asked her to let our waiter know that we like a check she didnt even bother to have a eye contact with us and just said ,he be here when he can. I dont think that she knows anything about customer service and chewing her gum was disgusting. She was a young black lady with braided hair , our waiter was a tall a little heavy young guy also black or mix race( sorry I didnt get the names,he was amazing, friendly,helpful and ge deserves the props.

I ordered a pasta and the sauce was dry, asked for ketchup more than 5 times, by the time the waiter bring the ketchup I was done with the French fries. Not. recomended.

My co-driver had the ribs and they were fork tender and awesome. I had a bite with and without the BBQ sauce and it was awesome both ways. I had the smoke house burger had the right combo of ingredients and no one thing dominated making for an explosion of flavor. Was so full had the strawberry cheese cake to go. Staff was friendly and checked on us without interrupting the conversation. Very polite and courtious.

Terrible atmosphere, music,lack of bread, condiments, etc. Would NOT step foot inside again! The only good point was the service by lovely, helpful server Katie. Thanks, Katie

I would have given this restaurant 0 stars if it were possible. The service was sooo slow. We received our meal before the cocktails were served. I picked up my margarita and the bottle of my glass fell off into my dinner, soaking my pants, shirt and face and the rest of my meal. We told the waitress, she said Oh. She didnt offer replacement drink, replacement meal, a credit on the check or even a towel to help dry the table, seat and me. No manager or anyone else seemed to be in charge or interested.

Had the salad buffet. Decent price and veggies were fresh. No labels on dressings. Service was ok.

I love coming here for a quick lunch especially on a Tuesday! The Tuesday deals are GREAT! I mean a burger and fries for $5??? You can barely get that at some fast food drive thrus. There is lots of parking available. No riff raff as this location seems to have a lot of regulars. Bartenders always seem and kind. Think Ill pay them a visit this upcoming week!

Ok service. Greeting staff was very rushed, although it was half full. I guess they were low om staff. I was told 1 hour, but they seating two groups behind me on the next 5 minutes. I suggested that i take an empty chair at a small bar table, but the door staff just said "you can go to the bar if you want", and seemingly were never planning to seat me now . Luckily a waiter just decided to serve me anyway in bar area. The waiter was a pro, and made up for everything at the door And the food was a little better then many in this chain.

Dislocation is grouped with a bunch of hotels at the Philadelphia international airport. The service was great and the food was kind of meh. Not bad, but not that good either.

We only had a short wait to be seated. We had a large party and our server made sure everyone received prompt service.

My family and I had a great time at Ruby Tuesdays. We visited 15 years ago and one less child, and this time we ordered our favorite dessert - the famous brownie!

Food was very good and came prepared as requested, however the wait was FAR too long. I understand that many restaurants are running light on staff, but we sat for an hour without so much as a word on the status of our meals. Highly disappointed by how long we had to wait for our food and the lack of communication.

We had a late lunch. The menu has changed since we were last there. Its limited with less entree selections available. We had a burger and grilled chicken sandwich. Both were good. Dessert was yummy.

Long wait for food but worth it. Nice sized portions. Good spirits options. Salad bar is also available.

I missed Ruby Tuesday so much after they closed the one inside of Liberty Place in Center City! I didnt even remember this one was on Bartram Ave. So, our server Rob was Great! The Salad Bar was Delicious! However, I have to say I was disappointed with the Triple Play; Ribs, Shrimp and Chicken Fingers...The Shrimp 🍤 changed to a smaller one, no longer the butterfly Shrimp, the chicken fingers were kind of dark and too hard(change the greasemy fries werent Hot/Fresh and the Ribs they sent out were also Hard(Not Tender/Falling Off The BoneThey were Sent Back!!! Rob did try to make everything seamless and rectify it! I ordered something else instead, so Ill see how it tastes as leftovers tonight! Lol Im going back for the Salad Bar! :-)

Wanted to take the wife out for a burger, since all the other R.T. are closed, we traveled to this one. It took way too long for the waitress to take our order. She apparently lost time talking with another customer who was leaving. Any way, we put our order in, but you could tell she needed help. She couldnt properly take care of everyone. She forgot the mayo so I had to get up and try to get some. The server at the bar gave me this crazy look and asked me in a curt manner what I needed. I said Mayonnaise, he gave me two little packets and looked at me and said something under his breath. Please tell the servers not to talk over the food and drinks when they give them. It might have only been a burger, but it was lunch with my wife.

Food was decent, smaller portions. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms could use a bit of work but nothing horrible.

I almost never do review but this one is a must. To kindly put it the place sucks. They only take few people at a time even though a lot of space available (perhaps undermannedhowever, the bigger issue is the customer service and the food. The staff is rude and as mentioned in some other reviews the food size is much smaller than seem. Their soda has more sink water taste to it than soda.

Worst ribeye I have ever eating, friend shrimp was gross along with broccoli nothing was fresh. If your going to charge $25 for a steak please make it better then a $10 diner steak. At least the beer was cold

Waited over an hour for appetizers only to get raw chicken. This was my first and last time going to Ruby Tuesdays

The salad bar did not look all that appealing, shop were passed, even though that was our primary reason for going there. Prices have risen steeply & food was so-so. The ultimate crispy chicken sandwich was decent, but almost laughably small. Service was fantastic, even though our server was also playing the roll of host, sitting customers as they came in.

The food is not cooked correctly, my dinner was not hot, it tasted like it came right from the freezer it don’t have a fresh taste. The food is very dry.

Dante was probably the best waiter Ive ever met. He was very polite and helpful. He had a great attitude and was very patient with our large party. The food was good too, especially the cheesecake. Thank you Dante for your excellent service!

Good food, good service! I frequent this Ruby Tuesday pretty often and their food is consistently good. One of my go to places for a quick bite. Spicy chicken and turkey burgers are made to perfection. If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, the awesome burger is made well also.

Absolutely horrible & the management is horrific. Served ice cold food. BBQ ribs not fully cooked & my husbands steak was not well done as asked. Slapped all of our food together in 1 container.

Last night we sat on one of the booths by the bar, no one approached us to offer a menu or ask if we needed anything. After 10 minutes I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for menus and if I could place an order with him. He was nice enough but visibly annoyed when he mentioned that we needed to place an order, rushing us because the bar was filling up. Not sure if the booths were assigned to him or someone else. Ordered fish and chips, 4 tiny pieces of fish for $13.99. The person sitting next to me asked if I had ordered a kids meal. Not much flavor on the fish, it was provided by the packaged tartar sauce.It’s really the only place around the hotel within walking distance-availability, so the lack of options makes this an inevitable expense.The $5 daily drinks (top shelf Tuesday margaritaswere good.Today went to order to go, Jeffrey (different bartender from last nighthas zero charisma and zero costumer service skills. He’s just there, slamming cooler doors.Added another star, ordered a carbonara $14.99 to go and it looks promising.

I dont know what to think of it. Should I give a 5 or a 1. The food was great. Service was great, drinks were good but I dont think this place is making any money.The bar tender pockets all the cash transactions in to his pants.I watched him ask customers if they were paying cask or card.Card transactions he would do it in a small card machine.Cash transactions he would grab all the cash and look around and stick in his pockets.our check was over 200 dollars. When I asked him for the check he just told us the amount, no paper check, no receipt.I gave him 240 and he said Ill be right back with your change. He went around the wall, I could still see him. Pullout a big wad of money out of his pockets counted my change and came back from around the corner and gave me my change.Its kind of weird that the whole time we were there. He never once opened the Cash registered, perhaps it was broken, i dont know. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt.Yes it may not be my business but it looks fishy.So, I dont know, maybe I am seen things, but not what i am use to.

Pretty busy early (5:00 p.m.in the dinner period on a Friday evening as the pandemic recedes (we hope!). The shrimp platter was very good, as was the chicken corn chowder soup. And the peach tea beverage was truly amazing! My wifes steak was overcooked, but reported to be tasty and tender nonetheless.

I was given mashed potatoes instead since they told me afterwards that there werent anymore baked potatoes, but overall the food was good.Also, just make sure servers/staff are washing/sanitizing hands and wearing gloves when needed and be mindful of what is being touched in between of food/drinks (icebeing handled.

The food today as superb! Must have hired a new cook? Well, they have stepped their game up. The Parmigiana Macoroni and Cheese is a winner! And not to mention the service was above average. I appreciated the experience.

I love Ruby on Tuesdays or any day really. I do miss the salad bar post COVID but I totally understand and can eat healthy another day lol.Ordered the Classic Sampler which includes: house baked pretzels with queso, spinach artichoke dip and mozzarella sticks. Delish...that pretzel surprised me.For my entree I had the Triple Play - Crispy Shrimp, hand-breaded buttermilk chicken tenders and a half rack of ribs. Service was so slow. Bathrooms were filthy. Plates and dishes were left on tables all around us and not cleaned the whole time we were there. We got two appetizers mozzarella sticks and spinach dip. The mozzarella sticks were okay but the spinach dip had a funny taste to it and was cold. I got the burger and my friend got the chicken strips. The fries were cold chicken strips for very dark. There was no ketchup on the table we waited. Our waiter didnt come back to see how everything was. We had to flag down the manager so we could get what we needed and then that took a long time. Two of us order the appetizers, entrees and desserts. They were out of one of the desserts and we asked if they could replace it with another one our waiter asked the manager and he agreed but only gave us a half of portion. Didnt really understand that one. My friends or I will not return to this place. The overall cleanliness of the place was pretty much just regarded. All the staff seem like they were in a Time Warp
