Didnt even get seated. Whoever was the hostess Saturday November 12th was horrible. She didnt speak to no one. Had a rude face and skipped people. Such a disappointment 😞

Accidentally ordered a pick up and a delivery order earlier this evening. I wasnt even aware of it until a representative from doordash called me because the restaurant had reached out to them to confirm I had placed 2 orders. I appreciate their attention to detail that saved me from being charged twice.Faye

We just experienced the brand new menu that premiered today, and its great. Tammy, as always, is the best waitress and takes SUCH good care of her people. The salad bar is still fresh and delish. The menu items look amazing, old and new. Well be back.

My friends and I ate here on 10/01/22. Big mistake. The food was not worth the money we spent, which was about $75.00 and made us sick the next morning . The quality of the food was horrible, not only that, I order some chicken wings that was $14.99. It was 8 wings barely the size of my pinky. Not worth the money at all. Our sign should have been the empty parking lot on a Saturday night. I advise you not to eat here.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger cooked medium. It was very rare and not good at all.

Better than expected. Some of the decor needs to be replaced but the waitress was great and all of the food was delicious 😋

My heart goes out to the hostess and I commend her for her professionalism due to trying to get patrons seated and they were short of help. Job well done. My waitress and another waitress that was assigned to a different table also made sure my family and I were satisfied throughout our time their. Thank you Ruby Tuesday staff.

The wait was 15 minutes and we ended up waiting around 25. They were a bit full so that wasn’t too bad.It took a REALLY long time for our food to come out we had been seated for about an hour and the only thing we’ve had is an appetizer and we are watching a bunch of other people around us get their food in a timely manner.The food is not good enough to be waiting this long with our server moving like a snail stuck in mud. I was very annoyed and frustrated especially since it was my first time here.Definitely don’t recommend

Johnathan was our server and he was very friendly and helpful! he was super knowledgeable about the menu and held great conversation. he made our experience pleasant and we will definitely be back!

Went for the endless garden bar and was not disappointed. It was indeed endless. Wings were pretty good, large in size. Wait staff was very friendly.

I wanted to share my experience as I was having a very rough day and I happened to stumble into this Ruby Tuesday on a particular Friday afternoon and sat down to have a drink at the bar. Liz must’ve had some intuition that I needed a little pick me up. She not only poured the perfect drink, she was kind, humorous and very witty! I had a nice little chat with her and she honestly made my day! It doesn’t take much to selflessly turn someone’s day around for the better. Thank you for being cool, Liz!!

Food has come out fresh and quickly my last couple of visits. I will return again for the salad bar.

Great food! Love the bourbon wings and salad bar. Waiter was very tentative tonite! Wasn’t too busy, place was clean. Food came out rather quickly. I will be back!

Where to start… worst meal this year other than Betty’s in Aiken…This place was not busy. Maybe 5% capacity at around 8 on a Tuesday night.I have not been to one of these in many many years because Ruby Tuesday in my hometown Orlando has mostly disappeared, and from what I gathered during my experience here at this location, the trend will follow. There is nothing to speak well about here. Nothing.Taste, presentation, temperature, quality, value, hospitality, and cleanliness were ALL mediocre to poor.The chain used to have honey butter and hot brown breadsticks. The salad bar used to be great.Presently, the salad bar at this Evans location looked messy from where you walk in. There were tortilla chips and cheese under the table on the floor at the table next to ours. The menu price for the salad bar is $12 which for that you can go to Jason’s Deli for less and get the bar plus a half sandwich and ice cream. The mandarin oranges on the bar tasted rancid, extremely acidic. Inedible. The pre-made salads were not to the same quality either as Jason’s. Thin and runny pasta salad. The food lacked flavor and quality. There was no feta cheese or Kalamata olives on the bar either. No bread is served anymore with honey butter (as was the standard at Ruby Tuesdays).My husband’s full rack of ribs came out super fast, but as to be expected, I guess, was dry because it was clearly pre-made. No grilling to order here.For $40 plus tip, we will be taking our business elsewhere! This experience was mediocre at best!The service was nice and was not the least issue here.

This was worst meal we have ever had I have eaten at other Ruby Tuesdays and they were great. Will never go there again.

Service was great ! Food was served hot, but dry. We had ribs, shrimp, chicken tenders. All dry. Even fries. No salad. Salad bar was not stocked and looked terrible. To bad. I was really wanting a salad.

Our favorite place for dinner at least once or twice a week, we try to schedule it when our favorites are working. Like Amy and Johnathan, but regardless the generally have the best drinks.

Received free Philly cheese hoagie. No taste or season. Meat charred on edges.Restaurant short staffed, but service great.

Great and nice staff :BUT the food is the definition of "MID". Its like, bare minimum. Tasted better when i brought it home as leftovers and put actual seasoning on it.

August 2022 we arrived at aprx 7 pm. The hostess had to bus a table for us. We went specifically for the salad bar, but wound up ordering off the menu because it looked like a herd of adolescent boys had run rampant thru the salad bar, which made it very unappetizing. When we left aprx 45 minutes later it still looked the same.

They are declining in service and food. If you order, get it to go. Every time we have picked up our food, its been really good. However, when we eat in, its been awful. Thats the best option. Besides the salad bar, their food is subpar. We were there last week and ordered the salad bar and the BBQ chicken nachos with extra chicken. We didnt get our nachos until 20 to 30 minutes later. Then, when we looked at it, it had no chicken. We told our waitress. Shes was about to bring us out chicken in a bowl. I told my husband to have them to take it off the bill. We didnt want it. That was ridiculous. Like I said, dont waste your money or time eating in this place. Youll be disappointed.

We come to the Mullins Crossing in Evans, GA location every Sunday right at open! We love the salad bar, friendly waitstaff, amazing bartender Carissa, and the overall cleanliness of the place, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Worst ever place to go. Servers are garbage. I had. Half gallon of tea spilled on me. After waiting for a good amount of time for a refill . The salad bar is nasty as hell. Looks like a day care took a field trip to the salad bar with a bus full of toddlers. This was my second chance with this place. The management staff is the worst ever from the top to the bottom . Just bypass this place by all means. McDonalds in south Augusta is better than this place. ! Minus 10 stars

Walked in and waited to be seated. When we were being brought to our table our shoes were sticking to the floor. It was terrible. Then I go to slide into the booth and the seat is wet. Both sides were wet. Didnt plan on drying the seat with my pants. Food was good though.

It was very dirty, salad bar was a mess, we almost left because of this. We ended up staying, all had the salad bar and it tasted good.

The entire restaurant was dirty to me. The salad bar was gross and not worth it... EVERY dish was dirty with lettuce/food stuck on them. Unsanitary!

I ordered a steak with Asiago cheese and parmesan cream. The order i received looked like slop. This is the only meal i ever order, and yes, I frequent this location. I only rated it two stars based on my experience today, which has ruined my many great experiences. The manager apparently made my meal, and when I spoke with her, she insisted its appearance was due to me asking for cream. Please note, this is the EXACT meal i order multiple times a month. When I asked to return the meal, they told me to keep it, and created a new meal without the cheese and cream. I was told to check my meal as I left, as if I was making an excuse for free food EVEN THOUGH I tried to hand back my meal.VERY DISAPPOINTED 5.28.22, AT 4pm

Server spilled a bottle of beer on me. Nothing was comped on our bill. My clothes and purse were soaked and would have expected the manager to make it right. Food was ok but not great.

Servers were great and friendly food was amazing. Definitely should try their honey chicken Mac and cheese. And if youre a cheesecake person they have yummy cheesecake too.

Food good, waitress awesome, bar tender trash. She made me feel like I wasnt nothing to be bothered with. Today is the 1st. I was in the location in evens 2and a half hours ago. I dont know if I will come back after the way your bar tender talked, saying it not people call-out or late I dont want to hear that. Not what I payed for.

What happened? Im sure like most folks Ive experienced the decline of a once great restaurant.Is the bread gone? Or just no longer offered?Salad bar is definitely smaller.Not allergy friendly and hidden allergens on what should be safe food. Sweet potato fries covered in flour! Gross and made my daughter very ill due to her allergy.Awful pasta w a slimy no flavor sauce served w the Chicken Parmigian. The chicken was edible, the pasta was not.Overall just yuck and very disappointed. Ive gone back to this chain a couple times over past 5 years when I saw it and sadly I dont think I will go back.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. This establishment is disgustingly discriminative towards disabled individuals, and additionally so uneducated to the requirements and standards their restaurant is required to be held to under the Georgia Restaurant Association’s compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). My father tried to fit underneath a table, and all of them being the same size were too low for his wheelchair to fit under. He is in a standard size wheelchair. This is the first act of discrimination, not having tables high enough to find a standard wheelchair. He went to try a booth, finding he fit perfectly underneath it. The hostess then runs up to me and says “my manager won’t let you sit there”. I was puzzled and asked why, and she said it was a fire code violation. With the booth, my father could have fit underneath it and there was ample room left over in the aisle (at least 6 feet). This was clearly a lie, because she had no information or explanation to support her statement. We have been to this restaurant multiple times and it has never been a problem for him to sit there. They clearly just didn’t want to deal with us. When mentioned to the hostess that they were violating the ADA, she just looked at me confused. To add insult to injury, the entire staff (except the manager that told all of the staff to not let us sit therecame out front and watched us have to leave because there “wasn’t a spot” for my father. We won’t be returning to this absolute atrocious place to see their staff members I had the unpleasant experience of encountering ever again. They don’t deserve anybody’s time or money.

Wonderful...food looked and tasted great. The did not forget my condiments and accessories for my order.

I order the Hickory Bourbon salmon frequently from here because I love it- at least did.Nothing worse than overcooking a nice piece of fish. Very dry and not flaky as it should be.Wifes steak was tough and chewy.

We have not been to this location before but came for dinner. We were seated in the front of the restaurant and the floor (carpetis sticky. A woman actually fell because her shoe got caught on the sticky carpet. My daughter tennis shoe actually came off as we were walking out because it got stuck on the carpet. When we sat down, it smells like the table was wiped down with a old mildewy rag.We had the shrimp fondue for an appetizer and it was okay. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon and did not like it. I took one bite and then had my husband take a bite. We both thought it was gross. I ate the sides- zucchini and sweet potato fries which were ok. Definitely not worth the $19 we spent just on my food. My husbands food and the kids meals were ok.

Salmon was good. They have zucchini as a side dish on the menu. Yummy!

I am only giving them 3* because their food was good. BUT, they didnt give me one of my sides & after paying extra for another side - not happy about that!The last To Go order I placed, they never put thru my order so when I went to pick it up, I ended up waiting 20 min for my food to be made. That is the purpose of calling ahead!Plus, we dont eat out so I dont want to be hanging around in a restaurant for 20 minutes. Esp6 around people not wearing masks.

Keep driving and go somewhere else. This is not the place to eat. I eat out a lot. At least 8-10 times a week, including lunches, dinners, etc. Never in my life have I been served a burger that was just mushy completely raw cold meat. I took one bite, couldnt believe it. Took another bite just to make myself believe what I was eating. That was it. I chose not to complain and just get the heck outta there. Anywhere that will send out truly raw and cold meat isnt worth the complaint. I will never step foot in these doors again.

Ordered through DoorDash. There were so little baked beans. (I took the picture before even eating it). I ordered it at work and we got busy so I threw it in the fridge until I got home. I reheat it and it tasted old. I called back and the manger basically said that because it was more than 2 hours there’s nothing he could do about it….I have had steak and reheated it from the night before and it tasted fine. The lady on the phone seemed nice but whoever the manger is needs to get his priorities straight.

Wow! Our experience was wonderful: salad bar, Smokey Mountain BBQ chicken, blacken shrimp and sausage pasta, and tater touches ALL FANTASTIC. The best server Carissa and manager Liz. Such a pleasure!! highly recommend!!

I liked the sweet but tangy BBQ sauce the burger was a bit dry but was overall a good tasting burger.They are offering takeout and now the dining room is open for service.So, if you are looking for something from Ruby Tuesday head over and check them out.

Took advantage of the Buy One Get One Free Adult Meal coupon. They were extremely busy but our server, Steph, was on top of it. She kept our glasses filled while we waited for our food. Great service! This location is highly recommended!

Me an my wife entered an the tables and seats where still wet. Next our appetizers came and my shrimp and her spinach dip was good. However my salad was full of hard salad stubs and it was not that big. The main course was ok hickory chicken was ok and my wifes steak was cooked well. But the resturant can do better with keeping it clean. Trash was on the floor and not to many people in the resturants.

While our waiter was rather energetic and loud and "friendly” with us, the food took a very long time to come out and it was ultimately bland and not very filling. My chicken dish tasted as if it was heated in the back with a microwave. The bourbon glazing tried to hide the fact but I wasnt happy with the presentation or the sides. My wife had a salad bar and she enjoyed it enough but ultimately decided it was also rather bland. Probably wont come back any time soon until they get their act together.

If I could add pictures of the place, I would. I took them just to showcase how atrocious and disgusting the place was. None of the tables in our section were bussed (5 tables excluding ours). Two more in the front left and three more in the front right were also not bussed on our way out. This is all about an hour before they even close. They had nothing on their menu. When approached by the manager, she was incredibly rude and could not accept feedback that was provided to her. Her reason for the mess and poor service—the place was busy. Busy enough that I saw 3 different servers going to the salad bar to help themselves to what they wanted. I stated, I know busy, I come from the fast pace of New York City restaurants, I know busy & that is still not an excuse. She stated: “Well this is Georgia.” Georgia or New York, no one wants to eat where there is food and trash all over the place and where you order food and you don’t “serve that” there. Unacceptable service. Disgusting Establishment. HORRENDOUS management (your back should also not be exposed in a restaurant, especially as a manager).
