The western food price here indeed price reasonably with various option, being the XXL set is the largest....however, in terms of taste, I would rank this as the 3rd best Western food reasonably price. 2nd goes to Uptowns Steven western corner and 1st goes to Ipohs Thum western

The environment is nice and the service is good also. Their pork knuckle tasted just nice. Overall satisfied experience dining here.

It’s a SOP to wait for 20 minutes before being served a table. Despite having lots of empty tables upstairs, the waiter still ask us to wait for 20 minutes before entering.Menu has a wide selection and price is very affordable. Food taste is average, but not expecting much for this price. Ordered a seafood pizza but there’s only a few chunks of crabmeat with cheese. But we enjoyed this cheese pizza.Will I return? Yes, to try out their desserts menu that look interesting.

Food quality is decent, good value for price. Need to queue for around 15 minutes at dinnertime. Would recommend if you are looking for affordable western food.

food is ok but serve damn cold french fries. After complained to waiter, then the waiter will reply that next time will give hot french fries. sigh

I would give 5star if they could improve the ambient and hygiene. The food is great, served fresh and hot from the kitchen. Good portion size and plenty of varieties. Great for family and friends to enjoy an evening meal together. Prices are affordable and reasonable. Will be visiting them again soon.

Friendly services, plenty of westerns & asian choices and comfortable dining place. Quite reasonable price with big portion food. Crowded during peak hour and parking can be a trouble.

Tried their signature Pork knuckle but felt is too hard, both skin & meat. Should be crispy skin & tender meat. Other dishes like grilled chicken is OK & sauce is good.Liked their drinks as well, nice milk shakes.Very affordable for valued meals.

Throwback a nice dinner with my wife recently at this restaurant that located in Puchong for western food.During our visit, it was full house and we need to queue for a while to get our seat.Overall, the food that we ordered for both Blackpepper Grill Chicken Chop and Blackpepper Lamb Shoulder were nice and tasty.

Reasonably priced with decent taste. However, quite a few menu items were not available for ordering. Be prepared to wait in line during lunch/dinner peak hours, especially during weekends

Have to say the food is ok, but the overall sauce and freshness adds half a star plus another half a star because of their great pricing. Would probably come again.

Food is of poor quality, food and drinks are served lukewarm, which is baffling. Atmosphere is substandard, too noisy and crowded. Service is extremely bad, asked the server to heat up lukewarm food ,but have to call several waiters before one responded , the food was taken into the kitchen and did not reappear after more than 20 minutes. The guests behind my table had the same issue with the same food apparently, the food was taken back to the kitchen as well 5 minutes after I made the same request , but their food came out of the kitchen 10 minutes before mine , it was just chaotic.Asked to speak to the manager , was told there was no manager and no one was in charge, just ridiculous.The only good point was the price , but it was just not made up for by the poor food quality and service.Will never go back again!Avoid this place!

The braised pork rice(滷肉飯taste like the worst I ever had in my life, and the coffee very sweet.Still, this is my personal taste. At least the price is reasonable and the portion is quite big.

Very Family friendly, lots dessert choice, surprisingly most the drinks not expensive, no more than RM7. RM5.90 can get Ribena special with laici.Non halal, price very reasonable and affordable, taste good!! Dont be deceived by the outlook of shop ha thought serving very high-end steak, is not, but rather a cozy western ambients with quite lots family bring along kids.There are also lunch sets, kids meal.Adults can order beer 🍺 to chill :D

The place is non halal western foods. If you are the Birthday host, you will get free waffle with ice cream free , 10%discount voucher

Foods ok with reasonable cheap price compared to others steak house. Is non halal restaurant with pork steaks. Various choice of foods and drinks. Only problem is restaurant is very packed. only ground floor is open, always long queue during peak hours. Must go early if dont want to wait.

Our favourite place for a good tasty Western meal with fresh vege and fries. Must never miss the crispy signature pork knuckle with its special sauces. Nice drinks too. Affordable pricing. Highly recommended.

Food generally is sub-par. What is worse is the escargot has soil and sandy taste. Then after feedback to the staff, all he did was say he feedback to chef and still charge us the full amount. But when he took our food to the kitchen, he did not replace back. There were still 2 more escargot on the plate!! Never coming back. Bad food, bad service

Many people come here maybe because the price is affordable. However when we arrive with 4 adults and one 3 years old want to sit outside, then the staff told us outside only can sit 4 adults max and they have SOP, only can sit inside for more people. He said the MPSJ not allowed which I find unreasonable. Please do come if you looking for poor service.

Definitely should book reservations beforehand. If not, youll need to wait outside for maybe 10-20 minutes. Service was okay, some foods took long to serve. I ordered Carbonara and they put way too much garlic in it so I give it a three star for it.

Overall the services and foods are good.. maybe Im the person who takes heavy taste.. the black pepper sauce and salted egg sauce is under my expectation, can be improved 👍

Almost full house when we reached here at 12.20pm, after seeing the menu I can understand why. Cheap prices, big portion. The pork chop tastes pretty good, not dry and very flavourful. The signature salted egg chicken burger is so huge, can’t finish it. The ambient wise, a bit noisy here, not really a place to chill or chitchat but good for hungry stomach.

We ordered 2 beef steaks, which reminded me of chewing a gum. It was so tough and the piece was so thin and overcooked. We asked the server for it to be done medium rare, their blank looks should have served as a warning. Coz they just cook it one way. We got one replaced and luckily it was something we could now chew through. We also tried their Chinese pancake, which was super sweet.Not planning on going back ever especially not for their steak.

Affordable western food in Puchong area. Portion is large and definitely worth the money youre paying. However, one drawback is that the food is really just average (similar to other reviews on this page).I came with my mum for dinner around 6.30pm, and we didnt really have to queue. The queue probably started around 7pm. So come early if youd want to skip the line.We ordered the spicy mint pork burger and the salmon platter. The burger tastes not bad, but after some time the taste because a bit "jelak" ... Or maybe because the portion is really huge and Im not a big eater. Salmon is rather dry (its like deep fried). If youre ok with fishes on the dryer/crispier side, then maybe that dish is for you.Overall I think its still worth a try since its not too expensive.

Nice and cosy environment with plentiful choices of food. Ordered their signature pork knuckle which is crispy and succulent. Its a portion of the hind leg. Just nice portion and not too dry with nice amount of fats or natural collagens (RM29.90Another nice dish is the chicken chop in mongolian sauce (tangy & spicyand grilled to perfection (RM13.90). Their fruit juices are priced from RM5.90 is also a must order as some are combination of 2 types of fruit eg. Carrot & Apple etc. Definitely a nice place to hang out with family members and friends as its worth every single sen spent.

Price is very reasonable for quality of western food which is slightly better than hawker stall Western food. French Fries was really bad. Either very poor quality French Fries or it was fried with recycled oil. Chicken very tender and soft. Lamb and beef was reasonable. Large variety of drinks available, even beer. However the draught beers were not available during the pandemic period. Ample parking available on a weekend evening dinner. Service was fast, good and friendly. Accepts eWallet payment. Outdoor tables available were also available but small tables for two people dining.

First sight from their menu and pictures, thought the pricing quite cheap, while the food been serving noticed that most of it are in a moderate portion, so the price quoted personally think is reasonable price.Their signature pork knuckle is nice, crispy and tasty. Mushroom soup very creamy, I like it.

Dine in on Sunday dinner time around 730pm, queue awhile for waiting the table. The herb pork chop and fries is cold. And pizza wait more than 40mins. Seems like they are too good business and hard to handle too many customers on dinner time. But their price is really cheap, cant expect too high.

Recently saw it opened in Kenari, Puchong. Quite crowded sometime, depend on the days and times, obviously.Other than that, nothing to complaint about when reasonable price with decent taste and generous portion. Considered one of the cheapest Western style with fusion taste cafe. Luckily during my time was peak hours, they served very fast....Wow! no kidding, quite big portion, exactly same as the menu, my Italian Creamy Butter Chicken 😋 only Rm$13.90 + 5% service charge + 6% tax...actually everything quite reasonable price.They have second floors, open if crowded and also outdoor dining too. Dont expect efficient services when most of the staffs are foreigner ( were actually so grateful, not to force giving tips like Western countries, even after tax + service charges included Definitely comeback for their various type of burgers here, all look appealing to me especially their prices included fries.🙂

Visited this shop during lunch time, many customers and the service is a bit slow. Ordered their signature pork knuckle, shrimp fried rice and coffee. Taste of the food is just fine and nothing special. However, the price is reasonable.

Monday night but it was really crowded, which is fine. Waited for my food for 40 mins only to find out that it wasn’t even placed in the first place, could say that it’s my fault as I did not double check the order sheet clearly myself, but it’s the first time I had to do that eating out at a restaurant. Additionally, I added on a glass of drink shortly after my initial order, but it did not arrive after 30 mins, found out that it wasn’t placed at all in the first place as well. I understand that it’s busy, but never have I encounter my order being forgotten twice in a restaurant, this is the first. The food tastes average, nothing special. Upper floor is severely short of staffs, management team needs to provide better training to staffs and look in the issue as to why there are so many negative reviews for this restaurant. Saw someone that seems to be a boss or leader sitting at a table beside the bar on the second floor giving a hard time to the staffs.

I supposed they just opened recently. Ordered their signature dishes i.e. pork knuckle and another one is pork chop. The pork knuckle tasted more like Thai style especially with its chilis. Chili and sourness reduced the stress of stomach as the portion was quite big. RM29.90 before taxes. The pork chop was not bad and cost RM13.90 before taxes. Quite many dine in customers despite CMCO and spike in new cases.
