Royal Palm in Sylhet

Room service is not appreciable . They havent provided any pillow cover in the room, no floor mats, an uncleaned mirror with lots of scratches and even they have a good amount of electricity flow in the shower tap too, which was really disappointing. The rooms are too small compared to the price . There are many chances to improve their overall service. I would never recommend a regular tourist to spend a night here.

This is an awesome place for staying, the bed, AC, service is outstanding with intercom system. Its really a recommended Hotel for staying in Sylhet.

Their manner was soo professional and their overall service was outstanding. We went there with our bike, by comparing others hotels parking safety, here you can get the best parking space for safety issue. Their Hotel was very neat and clean and inside rooms stuffs were well decorated and hygienic. last one thing they are worth for money.Happy Travelling.

This is one of the good budget hotel in sylhet. The staffs are very well mannered. The only drawback I found their restaurant. It is very small can contain few number of peoples. The location is good.

Very cool everything is new here. New room, NEW Roof top restaurant(foods are delicious), Coffee shop to the ground floor.. Staffs friendly and room price very comfortable to their facilities.

Neat, Clean and well interior. Still they are asking higher prices than its service. In some rooms air conditioners were not working properly. The management was not keen enough to solve these problems.

Where there is good , must be bad also , i found they dont offer complementary breakfast in a room cost like 2k. And most disgusting thing I found they dont even offer water also. I order for it they give us water in a jug. !!! And staff behavior is not satisfying. And only 2 or 3 flore is complete rest of the hotel is under construction it might be risky .So my recommendation is to look for other hotels in same budgets.
