The staff are good, the rooms are clean and convenient. The location is excellent, easy to locate and the tranquility is just excellent. I was not quite pleased with the condition of the water in the room I used "Leopard" they should probably look into the plumbing of the particular room and also the state of the closet.

Nice place, but it is crying for refurbishment. Great and very helpful Staff, kudos to Ms Given (she is an all rounder and very dedicated staff member who goes out of her way to make you feel welcomeand Ms Mwiya and hey the Barman/DJ also very soft and easy young guy who just minds his own business. They need to sort out the Wi-Fi to reach the rooms and bar area, all guest can not congregate in the reception/lobby area, must also fix the electricity points and add a mirror and a shaving socket in the bathrooms. Something needs to be done about the water supply.

Well the pictures posted on Google needs to be replaced at how it actually looks.Walked in with my partner and was shown to our room yes it was just a sleepover but not worth the price.Bathroom,toilet and shower was dirty. No showerhead nor enough pressure to wash.Management of Royal Olympia Lodge take some time and sort out your accommodation.

I checked in around 04, but after entering the room this is what l found. Someone had been in that room as the toilet floor had water and was dirty: I paid K370. This is 10.50am off the same day l have already checked out. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel whatsoever. Very disappointed

Located in residential area near the Manda hill shopping mall, this property is suitable if travelling on a budget.. the facilities inside are accordingly adequate and one must not expect the luxuries and services of a branded star hotel.Frequented by mostly Zambian intercity travellers, one may or may not feel that security is an issue.The rooms have not aged well and show signs of lack of maintenance.The only advantage is the location but you will find better hotels in the same vicinity for a little more.

Its good place to stay ...I can recommend to anyone. Staff were nice but need to rectified some water pressure problem at bathroom otherwise everything is ok on economic price.
