Worst experience ever...I went there to purchase classic 350 but they imposed accessories and insurance on me... They told I will get my bike only when I purchased accessories and one T shirt and insurance should be done by showroom which was 4000 costlier than others....Staff is only work for their commission with insurance provider.They dont care if someone is purchased their bike or not...Now I lodge a complaint against them to Royal Enfield customer care. lets see what they will do.

I would have given them a zero star if possible. I called them thrice and no one is ready to take a call so I went down there asked them to send somebody to fix my Enfield.I canβt bring my motorcycle bc the valve is broken and air canβt be inflate. Stupid staff !

Thanks a lot for the workshop manager Vikramjeet singh and crew. Great Support from the team, for a call manager and crew ready for service our classic 500 on a ride from kerala to Ladakh with in minutes in a Sunday (holiday). Manager treat me and my friend as a special guest. Thanks for the great experience from the NexGen Royal Enfield showroom at Kurukshatra.
