Down-to-earth place with basic shopping, casual dining & medical services in a familiar atmosphere.
I like shopping here for cute items
Cool place to go shopping and get my prescription filled at the same time(Walmart)
Cute little mall ...winners , Walmart, shoppers drug Mart, dollar store, veggie store, shoe store, white spot, shoe repair and key cutting store....small food fair , purdys chocolate and a few other stores....nice little mall
Walmart dollarama save on foods all under one roof!!!
Everyday Items Japan sells fake Pokémon cards lol don’t get fooled by their low price!
Crowded but traffic flow was unhiindered, good variety of shopping options
Pretty good. Have issue with clerk at Rodgers kiosk. He was rude did not acknowledge that we were waiting for service.
Parking lot is a bit of a maze but the mall was pretty quiet and no lines anywhere
Its a nice place which is located in the perfect area, atleast has clothing shops and much more variety of eating place.
Nice small sized mall with lots of stores and small food court. Parking available roof level and underground as well.
It does not have a great selection of stores. Really only worth visiting if your doctor is located here and to go to the Walmart.Edit: theres a winners and a gaming store/comic book store now which makes up for the lack of decent selections otherwise. The book store is gone however which is sad.
Is a nice place to shop as it has a variety of stores. Good food court. Plenty of free parking.
Never rent a place there, specifically in food court there is no business it all and management is worst. Once you sign lease they will keeps increasing your rent. You will cry. BE AWARE
Small mall got some relativity decent shops inside as well as relatively decent cafeteria
Mall is a combination of offices, medical services and retail. Good parking and clean environment.
Nice place with a good store selection & spots to chill out
This mall has the basics - Big box store, pharmacy, dollar store , decent food court, farm market store , etc. Easy go to for anything and this was my choice mall to find a new cellphone provider and I’m happy with my choice .
Nice Mall, more stores than the last time I was there. The upper level is mostly medical offices, and other professional businesses. The main floor is retail, restaurants, banking, etc. The anchor store is Walmart. Free underground parking! Also a Save On Foods.
You would think with the temperatures being so hot outside they would open earlier.
I like Royal City Center as it is close to my home. I can get most of my needs and wants here with the selection of stores and professional businesses. Hours of operation are good too. It has a decent food court. Winners has been brought in while Ardene has left
Not a bad mall. More variety would be nice, but its still pretty good regardless.
LOVE that they had a leaking pipe that leaked all over the hood of my brand new truck and nobody has bothered to return my calls about it 🤬NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!
nice little mall, not very busy and you can get what you need fairly easily
I love this store so much I get all my anime figurine here 😊
Went to shoppers drug Mart and to have some dairy Queen across the street.love the ice cream sandwiches as well as banana split
Royal City Centre is a nice mall to visit. It is on the smaller side, with a Walmart and Winners as the main department type stores. There is a small food court with about 6 or 7 vendors from hamburgers, pizza, to chinese food or sushi.Lots of free parking, wheelchair accessible. Some of the staff at Walmart and other stores could be friendlier towards people with disabilities however. It is conveniently located near 6th street and 6th avenue. So if you find the prices of food at the food court is too pricey, there are options minutes away just outside of the mall.
Its a good place to get a coffee and wonder around, some good shops there...
This Mall is a smaller Mall by N.American Standards. Its anchor tenent is Walmart. There are other stores selling shoes, ladys wear etc . Apart frm White Spot restaurant, there are 4- 5 food outlets..& one serving Chinese foods. Overall an average place specially for Retirees to sit & have a coffee.
Royal City Center is a nice retirement mall, warm and calm.It is much quieter there these days, with the poor economy, but theres always a smiles to be shared, and almost any kind of housewear, outerwear, and even underwear of all kinds.Popular for walking laps upstairs for exercise and mingling and internet in the food court in the center.
Love seeing all the sweet seniors hanging out. Reminds me of home:). The mall has some cute cheap stores too.
I like the mall but the moldy smell from the carpets gets stuck in ur nose so hard to eat at food court
Its a good market which has a food court, Walmart, Dollarama, Walmart, Winners and many more good outlets
Very nice mall to shop as its not as busy as other mall but have most of the essential shops.
Love this place. I always end up buying something from here. They carry unique products.
The mall isnt the greatest, but it has T&N games and that store is so great that it makes all the difference. I really miss thr book store, though!
This mall could be so much more I only ever go for the Walmart, and winners. The one shoe store in there had $65 shoes and winners had them for half the price. Winners is there bread and butter for sure.
There’s not a hoard or crowd of people. Easy parking and has everything you need. Slightly outdated but who cares.
Nice community mall anchored by a Walmart and Winners. This is one of the crummier Walmarts on two levels, does not carry everything. The Winners is nice. Looks like a good place for people to meet on the community.
I visit this mall quite often... despite the relatively smaller size, theres still a good variety of retail and services...Walmart, Winners and Safe On Foods are the bigger retail names there. Theres a White Spot restaurant, a food fair (Chinese, Pizza, Sushi, A&W among selections, a coffee stall...BMO provides banking services, Kins Farm Market has a good selection of fresh produce. And you can get a box of chocolates at the Purdeys store. On the second floor, there are medical offices and services (a dental office is on the main floor), which makes this mall a very convenient stop to many. There are 3 to 4 levels of parking in the complex as well as rooftop parking as well.
Plenty of free indoor mall parking (4 hrs maxwith various supermarkets (Safeway, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmartand local shops/restaurants. Found relaxed atmosphere compared to other city malls. Transit accessible.
A quieter mall, as its always been. No complaints really. Its clean and has a few good shops. Kins farm market is great! Parking lot is slightly confusing. Food court is decent; the Grill n More is delicious! Highly recommend.
You’ll find everything you need here including a local fresh produce place, banks, a pharmacy, a x-ray and ultrasound, dental, home insurance, White Spot, & Save On Foods, & retailers – Winners, Dollarama,& Walmart. The bonus is there’s complimentary parking off Sixth Street. The mall is usually opened at 9 or 10 am.
I was in need of a new mobile phone and decided to try out koodo due to their special they had on and also because they use the same network as Telus does. I was greated by Umar and he walked me thru the contract option and the cost of the monthly plan. He also gave me option based on the whole plan I had with my old provider. He transfered all my data from my old phone to my new one and I am happy with the service so far.
A cute community shopping centre. Has essentials as well as unique local shops. A nice subdued atmosphere if a little geriatric at times. Upper level is mostly doctors and other medical offices.
Good little mall anchored by walmart and Save on foods. Im not sure if its reflection of the area but odlly ALOT of very old people. 80+. Nice enough but youll find the worlds slowest walkers are found in this establishment. The old people are always maskless in the foodcourt.
Went there to Wal-Mart for a Covid booster shot. Lots of underground parking, but signage a little confusing as to how to enter the stores. Mall area seemed quiet, a few empty store fronts and a small food court.
Good place but needs an upgrade. An oldie but a goodie! Not a lot of people come here so this is the best place to just walk around in a small mall without having to worry if there are way to many people like in Metrotown.Washrooms are updated but the dryer is weird. Food court is small but ok. Stores are also good.
I like this mall. It doesnt have everything but it has enough. Kins Market is fantastic. Winners, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, even a Purdys. And its never busy! Such a plus when you still want to maintain your 6 ft of personal space.
Nice assortment of independent stores with good value and merchandise assortment. Shops cover the basics with more than their fair share of cell phone stores to boot. Local community mall thats easy to navigate with ample underground parking and easy access. Good green grocer and fun Japanese dollar store kept us entertained. Shoe store was fun too.
A nice little center with the Walmart Superstore, White Spot, a fresh produce market, as well as a Starbucks, and a Savon Foods. Parking is abundant both on the street and inside the covered parking structure.
