The check in process is really slow, room maitanance leaves alot to be desired. For a hot city like Ouagadougou it would be useful to provide guests with drinking water in the rooms but nothing and also breakfast lacks variety.On a good note...its clean

The Royal Beach Hotel is fine but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and facilities. Why is the menu list in French only? This is very problematic for English speaking nationals. The hotel should be welcoming for every guest. The structure itself needs to be renovated due to the dusty environment it is located. Average.

This "new" hotel in town needs serious, continuous maintenance and repairs. Within the two weeks I spent there in October 2016, they have made me change rooms four times. 1. leaking roof, 2. flooded bathroom after you take a shower, 3. low water pressure, 4. A/C not working. Im not impressed.

Nice pool area but service and overall style is in need of improvement. The entrance hall is from the 80:s, service not that skilled. But a nice getaway from the bustling streets.
