Roxy Burger in Vancouver

The Roxy Burger (picturedwas good, bit was missing something... like that HP sauce or Lea & Perrins steak sauce kind of flavour. Lots of tv screens for patrons to watch sports. The bartender dropped the F-bomb, so perhaps its not a good place to take the kids.

Food was good and worth the price. However, the waitress ignored us multiple times and obviously there was no interest in hockey. Even after asking two times about the Canacks game not even one screen was switched to it. Even looked up this bar in particular since we found some recommendations especially regarding watching hockey amongst other fans and to-be fans like us.

Good beer but I think the food quality has been changed recently ( not for goodor It wasnt my lucky day

Just had lunch there and had an amazing good customer service, she was smiling, happy, problem solver and food was amazing.

There ok but nothing what it was like back in 2018 or before lots of good times over there years at this pub but as ao now I can see my self coming back as of that lack in costumer service as a pub

Really liked the bison burger

This place is hamburger haven for us! The sriracha honey chicken burger is my favorite and I don’t mind unhinging my jaw to eat it whole! The cheddar bacon fries have the right amount of cheese content and the monster chicken wings are spicy and dripping with hot sauce! The staff are very spirited.

Asked for medium rare, which seemed to be ok to ask for. Well done +++ love hockey up north and this was a puck.

Great service and in the heart of the action. Chicken wings, fries and burgers were very good

Disapointing. 1 server and 1 bartender for a sunday at dinner time. Apps where cold, food was greasy. Salad was not worth ordering. Bill came and an extra drink was on the bill - one of the drinks we ordered was gross and they wouldnt do anything about it. Locals where extremely loud and couldnt even hear out server.

Good music, grunge vibe well done, stale fries and bland burgers. Waitress really uninterested. But hey its open late so thats a plus.

Decent selection for cocktails. I like the "wings"- they are actually drumstick & the portion is enough for me. Got a reccommendatiom for a drink, i tried but hated it so i cant finish & the waitress took it off my tab so i can get another 👍👍. Both waitresses that day was very friendly.

Shout out to the staff who gave me water. I had been drinking a lot of alcohol (probably 5 or 6because of personal reason and I was alone. They really care about their customers especially when the customer is alone. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Worst customer service, ordered their chicken burger I was given microwaveable mac n cheese instead. Never spending a another dollar at this establishment. Go else where if you want a good dining experience

Im hooked on the Wednesday wings. Also cheap wine. Staff are attentive and cook/ chef is great.

If your looking to get food poisoning this is the place to get my chicken was medium rare.... and I was disgusted by the food quality.

The Burger is a no brainer for a pre/post event ....morning, afternoon or evening.food is consistently a 9 or 10.always a jovial atmosphere with great music or sports on.

Mmmmm, not that exciting. Nothing special about the food.We ordered steak bites, they were completely dry and not eatable, the answer that we got that its how they serve them.The burgers were ok, nothing special.

Great food and a great deal. I had the California burger and will definitely be coming back again for lunch.Make sure to ask for a punch card for a discount if future purchases.

I’ve always had a warm welcome and great service at Roxy burger, great for sports, love the food, the yorkshires are a absolute win.Staff are always fun and make me want to go back to see them.Great place for a late night feed and good vibes

I didn’t want to rate low, but as I should be honest so I rated lower. The worse costumer service ever I experienced. Imagine you are drowning in your circumstances and want to get rid of it for a bit and jump into here, suddenly you face your customer service being tired or maybe like me drowning in her/his circumstances! When I explained the bad service he/she trying to get nice with the fake smiles. Anyways I rated based on my experience. My suggestion to manager or the owner is; please be more close and friendly to your employees. I don’t want my rating bring a gap between the employees and the manager or the owner. I will visit this place again to forget this bad experience.

We had a charming redhead waitress with a nice smile. The Mac and Cheese was AMAZING! Definitely not the cheapest place when it comes to drinks, the food is reasonable and well worth it. Would return :)

Food and drinks were good as usual but had the most uncomfortable interaction with our waitress that I’ve ever had. She seemed very angry about her own mistake and thought that giving us attitude and blaming me was the way to go about it. As a waiter myself I found it both comedic and disappointing, but definitely a memorable birthday.

They forgot my extra bacon that was 2.00$ everything was kinda dry but tasted good and bartenders and servers were working well and everything in bar was running smoothly

The bacon cheese fries were delicious and our waitress was super sweet and attentive.

Late night meal after a show at fortune sound cloud. Danced our hearts out then ate burgers. This happened the Friday the masks came off! The last time I was here was 2 years ago after the Chris lake show at the commodore. What I am saying is this is the best place to stop with your friends sit around and eat after an awesome night out. They have delicious burgers 🤤 amazing fries and the drinks are good too

The waiters is not polite, I needed to waited almost 20 minutes to them bring me the menu. I asked a salad and they bring me a Burguer, they moreover the Burguer was raw and the fries too burned. I do not recommend this place to anyone. An awful experience

Got here between 8 and 9, place was a lil empty our waitress was very friendly. Ordered the happy hour wings and was pleasantly surprised when I got drumsticks! I could hardly finish the 6 I got, imagine eating 6 chicken legs...they were good too.

Basic bar food. We ordered a burger and dry spiced ribs. My ribs were dry. The burger was tasty. Super casual and music was loud. Younger crowd. I do have to give it to the doorman there that night. There was a upset/angry customer saying that he was being discriminated. But he was really calm and completely deescalated the situation and calmed the customer down without any issues. They hugged it out and all good.

I love my Roxy Burger! So glad the indoor is open again. Cant wait for the full menu and great daily features.

Absolutely top class service from Taylor, incredibly friendly and hospitable server/ barman. Had the Tuna Burger with the house made hot sauce, which I will add is positively divine. Honestly, this type of service is what I have missed most about indoor dining.Start to finish an amazing experience, four stars because the drink menu is not online but the rest of the menu is.Look forward to the next time I can have a fantastic dining experience at Roxy Burger.

Went there with my best friend Monday 2 pm and enjoyed the food. The server was very friendly and she was amazing. Delicious and wide variety of choices, drinks!!

Always consistent and great food.. Burgers are really good.. Beers are cold what else do you want..

Great staff. The food menu had plenty of options. The drink menu had alot of choices as well (look for the daily specials). Picture is the shrimp sandwich with bacon and avocado special. I took the house salad over the fries (trying to do better). Saw some plenty of beautiful people. Overall, you should check this out if in Vancouver (westend area).

Great place for "Monster wings" its $4 for 6 big drums. They got a handful of flavors. These drums are XL in size and are tasty. The service is great and friendly. They have different specials daily as well.

The poutine was amazing, I love the setup of the restaurant, and the staff was helpful. Just a short walk from our hotel, Im sad we didnt find this place sooner!

Monster chicken wings are incredible and worth the visit! The fries were delicious and smothered in bacon to the point of being a tad over savoury. Burgers however tasted as if they had never seen seasoning, but still an overall great meal.

Cant go wrong with the price! The staff are super nice and the food is typical bar food with good size portions. The place has a good vibe about it and has some great drink specials.
