Terrible service. Bouncer to upstairs was letting guys in and skipping line. When I tried to go same way he said “ oh I let him in because I know him.” 🙄

Well God damm, the pizzas are the best in west palm beach, no joke. Read my other reviews. I thought this place was going to be terrible for food but its pub food done really really really well. Perfect crispy base but fluffy at the same time full of great flavour, seriously impressed. Writing this review after 1 slice. The wings look to good to eat. Well down kitchen crew

Still Roxin years later. They got this restaurant thing perfected. Very Clean and still very authentic. I have been coming here for 20+ years.

Good food. Irish type bar. In door out and have a upstairs balcony. Contemporary rock alternative rock sports games and pool table.

Arrived after the dinner crowd around 9pm. Sat at the bar and the service and food was top notch. Already recommended this place to friends of mine.

Have not been here in a while and started to stop by more regularly. This is a good place to watch football even a good place to watch Gators game as they are a Gators bar. Food is good and drinks are good also.

I used to love having lunch there since I work next door at the galleria. Very nice and pleasant. Food is great, service was fast, employees very professional. Was feeling good and positive about doing a Saturday night for once. The bad attitude from the employees and the bad service was surprising to me. Rude and unprofessional. Dont ignore the one star reviews for they are true. Was totally disappointed I would never recommend this place 👎

I have been to this establishment countless times and usually have a great time. However the last time I came me and my friends didn’t go to the rooftop. We ended up going to the first floor to have a drink. We ended up having a blonde bartender who was extremely rude to us. We didn’t do anything wrong or say anything to offend anyone but yet she had the worst attitude. She proceeded for 10-15 to walk by and make a remark towards our group as if we we’re talking about her? Just very horrible customer service from her and not a great work ethic. She needs to be reprimanded and a manger needs to remind her proper customer service. I’ve been in the industry for 5+ years and this is not how you treat your customers especially when we did nothing. Other than that I usually love this place other than the rooftop price and this past experience this place is pretty great

For being “bar food” with an Irish blend, this place has good food. They had their own unique sauces and flavors to regular dishes that separates the food from the regular bar food you typically order.Definitely recommend the loaded fries and wings.

Horrible - I would give no stars - rude staff - acted like they wanted to be any place but here ! I should have hit the reviews first .Bouncer was lucky he didnt get throat punched by the two girls in front of usHe was a real creep - looked like he was trying to memorize address rather than check dates !

I was harassed by the security guard for standing outside the business and he proceeded to use hate speech towards me. The other staff members smiled and cheered him on.

I’ve been coming to Roxy’s since I moved to the West Palm Beach area five years ago… I have to say that this place is not what it used to be. The food is good, but I have to say that the service is lacking.. the employees act like they don’t care at all…I used to go all the time, but it looks like I will have to find a new spot… I will say this, I miss Hunter.. she was always super cool, and you could tell she enjoyed her job and customers. The rest of the staff should learn from her!

This place has it all.. bar games darts,pool,and other fun games. All the food and awesome free buffet on Fridays or maybe for a small charge now.. good pour on liq and wide beer selection.. has roof top partys on weekends and holidays.. fun place lots of tvs and good vibes.

Rooftop bar - cool atmosphere with DJ playing dance music. Expensive drinks and bartenders need serious training (slow, rude, inconsistent prices).

I was here (soberone night with my girlfriend. Someone on the dance floor on the rooftop had splashed their alcoholic drink into her eye, which obviously caused her great pain. I asked the bartender for a cup of water to flush out my girlfriend’s eyes. I then asked where I should flush them out because I didn’t want to make a mess on the dance floor. The bartender told me to go use the sink in the bathroom. We then headed for the bathroom. As I was washing her eyes out, an average height black male bouncer came up to us and told us we couldn’t be in the bathroom together. I explained we were told to go there but he refused to listen, talking down to us in a condescending manner. I then asked where I could go to flush out my girlfriend’s eyes and he said nowhere. I said you’re telling me I can’t flush her eyes out, and he replied yes. My girlfriend said that is ridiculous and then he told us we could leave, and kicked us out. Such an awful attitude by this singular bouncer ruined the entire night. The manager talked to us and handled things well - told us we could renter the bar. But at that point we were humiliated and left. That bartender needs to learn manners and that he is not the king of the bar. Disrespectful, immature, and inhumane. Will not be returning due to the bartender.

Awesome food! Loved the atmosphere and the roof top is fun. Very friendly staff. Ive been for lunch and it was relaxing and also for drinks on the weekend and it gets pretty wild!

so so food. good drink selection. bit pricy. pretty empty place just a bunch of young 20 somethings. the staff (especially the tall black bartenderacted like I was annoying them by asking if I could purchase drinks and food. they were more interested in their cell phones and one another.

Great bar! They have tvs and pool tables downstairs and awesome dance floor with a great view of clematis street from the rooftop. Drinks are very well made, and worth the money and the appetizers are delicious.

Great down to earth pub where you will end up running into friends you havent seen in years. Great beer selection and welcoming faces.

Best selection of beer in town. Good service and you can smoke cigars on the patio. The TV is normally on so a cigar, beer, watching the world go by. What can fo wrong.

Pros: Good food, decent prices/happy hour, fun games, cute cozy Renaissance style atmosphere.Cons: EXTREMELY RUDE front of house staff, all the bartenders except maybe one or two act like you’re a nuisance to them and would rather ignore you than take your order. Another con is EXTREMELY loud music that just doesn’t mesh with the atmosphere otherwise.Roxys owners, if you want a 5 star restaurant, turn down the music and hire more polite staff (or give some training/warnings to the snobby bartenders)

Awesome place to dine, dance, and drink with friends. They have a pool table and jumbo jenga and rooftop where you can dance. Food is great. *Sometimes you’ll have to go to the bar to order food if it’s late*

Roxy’s was the first place I visited after arriving in WestPalm, fresh off the plane and starving. We went out looking for a heavy meal and Roxy’s was perfect. Cold beer, good food, and a great bartender to boot. I would definitely recommend.

POC Review: Wow! Please do not be discouraged by the way this bar looks or the pictures. The food is AMAZING! (And no we weren’t drunkWe went there on a Wednesday night at around 11 and everything else was closed. It was not crowded at all and we had to order from the bar since it was so late. But let me telllll yoouuuu…. These Mahi and skkrimppp tacos was slammin. The lemon pepper wings were great too. I’m so glad we stopped by :)

Amazingly this bar was relatively quiet while a few other places were jammed. Exactly what we wanted. Darts, pool table, gigantic connect four. Me and my sis had run of the place with reasonably priced beers and good service. We even saw a couple of dudes walk out with the atm. No joke. Hopefully they were authorized or we may have been complicit!

Okay, so the website is awesome. I have never been their and did my quote on quote research on good bars/restaurants in the area. I was truly disappointed in Roxys. It was so unpleasant and unwelcoming by the staff inside. They were just looking at us instead of speaking to us and asking us if we needed assistance. Nothing but looking. Until, I walked forward and asked for help on how to order some food and drinks. I will say that the kitchen staff was doing there job well. Surprisingly, the food was really good. Unfortunately, still very disappointed. I was truly looking to have a great time their.

The upstairs was a great mix of people and ages! Food was great as well music.

This is by far my favorite place downtown!! Irish pub vibe downstairs and the biggest party and hottest Dj’s in West Palm on the rooftop! Always ask for Hunter, she is amazing and the drinks that she makes are why I continue to come back to Roxy’s time and time again! The service she has given us for years is beyond what is expected and absolutely appreciated!! Roxy’s Pub is the best!!

It was my kind of rooftop. There were booths around the outside of the rooftop so you could sit down and even have conversations, But when you feel like dancing you can get up and go to the middle where theres a covered area and the DJ playing. The roof is big enough that you can go to the outside and be far enough away that its a borderline peaceful (all things considered). The drinks were about $10 each. The bathroom was pretty clean and they had an attendant in there with gum and mints and cologne and such. We paid a $5 cover to get in. Because of covid they were at reduced capacity which gave everyone a little more space, but because its a rooftop no one has to wear a mask so be aware that you could look around and have no idea theres a pandemic going on because no one was wearing masks.

Great place to chill, get a beer, great bartenders, you can see sometimes a fight going on outside but it doesn’t matter you can still have a good time!!Great wings a burgers. Been here couple times!

My wife and I were married here on April 20th, 2019. No strangers to the venue, we originally were looking to only have our reception at Roxys Rooftop. However when our event planner (Sam - who was amazing), mentioned everything else Roxys could do, we quickly made the decision to have both our wedding and reception there. They exceeded all of our expectations through their exceptional service, perfect rooftop layout, appropriate ambiance, delicious food, and quality DJ/sound system. Sam made sure our concerns were addressed, and she personally oversaw decorations the morning of - ensuring the venue looked the way wed envisioned.Thank You Sam, and Thank You Roxys,Lance & Haley Charles

Always a blast. Great atmosphere and unexpectedly great food! Beer selection is huge and eclectic. Upstairs dance area is beautiful and fun! Last time I went there I was 18....went recently at 40 and did not feel at all out of place.

Very well put together pub. Good combination of food and drinks. Very Spacey with a variety of jumbo size games.

The layout of the bar and comfort of the booths were great. The farther in you go, the more there is to do. Perfect place to hang out and have a beer.

Came for atmosphere got shunned and treated poorly. This is my place to hang till tonight. Ordered food for inhouse got a take our box. Had to search for food. Didnt feel very welcome for the price i spent on my food. I used to love this place.

The staff was super friendly! Food was delicious! concept keeping with the beach was really cool! I loved how I felt like I was sitting having lunch. I would like to see a better house sound system (powered as opposed to passive speakersbut, a side from that the food was great the people are cool the atmosphere is killer!

Not your average pub! The food is amazing!!

It may be considered a late night party place, but they really do have a great dinner menu with very good food. The Texas tacos are great, as well as the fish and chips. Party time starts at 9:00 pm, but you can have a nice quiet dinner prior to that.

This place used to be good back in the days lets say 2012-2015 the staff was great and the owner was nice. I went back in 2017 lot has changed the prices went up on drinks, the food is bland just out of taste. The only good thing about this place is rooftop bar and view that the only thing going well for them. It used to be the good hangout spot for all ages and now its mostly over 40s years old people you get to see in this place. This used to be a great place, unfortunately, its not anymore.

This is my go-to spot after having unlimited mimosas on Sundays. The owner is awesome the security team is on point the crowd in the music keeps the vibe positive and the crowd is usually a social one... they make my blue Long Island Iced Tea OnPoint every time
