My family lives right around the corner from this location and raved about the special feature of getting a wrist band and being able to approach the taps and pour your own draft beer. We visited this location on Halloween 2021 and we all got different beers. One by one we all noticed that our beers tasted very, off, we notified the restaurant, they didn’t offer a refund, management didn’t seem to really be concerned. One time , no big deal.Well low and behold, we visited the restaurant again today and made the mistake of getting the wrist bands again. It was soooo much worse. And it isnt just one beer brand, it’s all of them!! There is clearly something growing in those lines, and they clearly don’t care enough about the customers to do something about it. It’s been an hour and I still can’t get that taste out of my mouth, truly disgusted that they didn’t do any work on it in in the past 3 months! Now we are at the bowling alley in Dublin and my sister is having tummy trouble. If you are planning to enjoy the amenities at this location, do yourself a favor and pass. I’m thinking of notifying the health board because they didn’t seem to care today either.

I grew up in The Bay Area with Round Table... ‘the last honest pizza’. Coming back to visit my hometown, we popped in for a late lunch. At 2p it was completely empty, and I quickly figured out why.One medium pizza with 2-toppings was over $21!? That with a one-trip salad +tax was $32. I think they need to change their slogan to ‘ the most expensive pizza’. The pizza itself is good, but definitely pricier than I remember.

Waited over 40 min to get my pizza to dine in, my pizza was super simple, half cheese and half cheese with mushrooms, asked about my pizza and they were looking all over the kitchen for it, out of nowhere they found it and gave me the pizza like if nothing happened, unacceptable

This Round Table is a super star. They are courteous and helpful. It seems that the owner and the management do a good job.

Best pizzas in Tri-Valley

A fun pizza place in San Ramon. Its very kid friendly, and has a decent salad bar. The pizzas are good. We had a skinny crust, and it was a tad over cooked, but that happens a lot with thin crusts, so stick with the traditional crust. The staff was really friendly and energetic.

Paige was very professional and the pizza was good.

Online order misplaced. Then they forgot I was waiting. Place is always filthy.

We stayed at the Hyatt and decided to order online for delivery I ordered a Half king Arthur and half Supreme with no onions or bell peppers and white sauce. Side salad and a drink. Spending $45. More than a hour later when I received the pizza (Hyatt is literally across the streetthe pizza was wrong. Instead of a Supreme with no onions or bell peppers I got a half pizza with NOTHING but onions and bell peppers! The salad was brown the tomatoes were mushy and the cucumber was old. The 2 liter of Pepsi was delicious! This is less than 1 star rating. We are here a lot for soccer and business and will never order from there again.

This place is terrible. I pay $25 for a small pizza, wings and a drink. After a 28 minute wait at my table, I guess they just decided I didnt want my appetizer first because they dropped off my pizza.They barely cut it, and instead of six slices I had five slices, with one slice that was almost half the pizza.Mind you, I told him I was dining in and they served my pizza at my table without a box, I went up to the register to get a refund on the wings. She turns around and hands me a to go box and says "sorry about that."So Im sitting at the table eating, with a to go box of wings on my table and the cook comes out trying to give me another set of wings, that werent mine( I ordered boneless barbecue wings, he brought out bone-in hot wings). He walked back to the kitchen and came out and dropped them off at the table next to me. They werent theirs either.I had to ask for plates, and I had to ask for my side of ranch that was supposed to come with. I guess I shouldve just walked out when she told me my total in the beginning.They really need to get their stuff together and join the service industry. Save yourself from the overpriced mediocre food and go elsewhere. I will be, next time.They get a one star from me, and thats just so I can put this review. If a zero star rating was possible, they earned it today.

Rude people at this restaurant. The Girl that picks up the phone had to yell and be rude because of all the background noise. I couldnt hear what she was saying and apparently she had an issue with that. Pathetic. The pizza that we paid for was very poorly made in the end... I wont be coming back. I will no recommend this place to anyone.

Called at 9:20pm. Told it would be a 90-minute wait time for delivery (even they close at 10:00). I live 2 blocks from the restaurant. I am never calling them again. Mountain Mikes is WAY better and consistent better service.

Older lady is Rude. No customer Service skills. Make sure you dont come at 9:30 cause shell tell you with a attitude that, " You only have 30 minutes" ..... Awful attitude!

I ordered a medium pizza online which should have been ready at 5 pm. I went to pick it up a little after 5 pm. I waited 15 minutes before it was ready. I think they started making it when I got there. The pizza was very good but they did not meet the delivery time. I should not have had to wait.
