First time at this chain while travelling and not impressed. Food was ok. Fries were soggy. The worst part was that the floor staff said the one dining room was not for children. Considering this was a family style restaurant it was very disappointing and left us waiting for a table on the ordering side of the building. Not sure if there were more bathrooms elsewhere but our section only had 1.

Not quite as other locations! The place is on the highway so it was rather fast food … but the cod was excellent! Cod!

Protocols followed. Chicken leg extra dry. Expecting a restaurant but it was closed. Just the diner was open.

They have menu with icons for items that are served fast.. as we had an appointment and 1 hr to get in and out we picked all fast items.. well after 45 minutes and nothing received we started to worry.. we had to eat in a hurry and call as we were going to be late.. they said it is because they had a group.. but we were not seeing any.. anyway.. as I do not live here.. wont have to go there anymore and will not miss that poace at all..

20 minutes for take out of a kids nugget box and a poutine, 4 employees in the kitchen with no hairnets or hats, but 1 with sunglasses on his head, 4 bottles of sauces on the counter, gravy on the counter, cooks wandering in and out and then touching my food without washing their hands.....there was a time when having St.Hubert on your resume meant you had been exceptionally well trained. It appears things have changed considerably. I gave 2 stars because the albeit hat-less cashier at least offered me a dessert to compensate, which I politely declined. 😒

It takes 35-40min to pickup an online order. Rude employees, very bad service...They forgot to put forks, the chicken was not done (it was all pink inside, not cooked )... Stay away!

Not so tasty chicken, and very long waiting time at the counter.Update (june 9I got this burger wrapped in a nice foil... Its not like menus picture for sure!

Well. Maybe it is because it is Dec 26 6:30 pm. But no excuse. The ribs served were cold. When I told the waiter, he said “they get cold fast”. But The fries were too. They took them back. This time the fries were new (and hotbut the rib (same piecewas now pretty dried. Server seemed to be more interested in chatting on his phone than asking how things were. I had to ask for more salad and the bill to someone else. I did mention about the experience to a waiter. After coming here some 25+ years, and having great service, today was the record low “score”. I hope it is an isolated case. Best regards.

Went multiple times, sometimes your food good and fresh others not , its very inconsistent. Servers are really good though, its really the food the issue.

I have had food varying from salad with chicken stripes to rotisserie chicken. Never disappointed.

Ever since Cara bought St-Hubert the quality and service have gone down drastically.

Stopped to pick up food ( poutineplace was just about empty, waited around 20 minutes to get it. Not to impressed.

Wow much better than expected from previous visits. Was invited to go because I did not intend to return after bad menu and food previously. They have much improved - at least at this location. I will return now

Everything on the menu is extraordinary. The quality of the service is on point and they are very family friendly.

Love the Portuguese piri-piri chicken and the St-Hubert poutine... love that they constantly tweak their menu with new choices and flavours. And St-Huberts chicken is always spot-on. The playroom at this location is excellent for giving parents of young ones partial peace while trying to eat....😁

Food like any st Hubert and the service is great.

The food is okay and prices are average compared to similar restaurants. We went friday night for 7 oclock and services were a little slow considering the amount of people present. The waitress was however very nice and i give 5* for their dessert!

I love what theyve done with the latest renovations. Lots of parking.

This is a food chain , they serve greasy food. The decor is very old style and the ambiance is boring.It’s perfect for family with little kids I suppose.The food is OK.

What a wonderful surprise! Reastaurant is brand new, fully renovated. A very cozy environment, clean and beautiful, with an excellent service (thanks, Christelle! You were flawless!). The menu is excellent, from starters to dessert and everything weve ordered was great, specially the fried ribs (omg!). Spaces reserved for big groups, plenty of parking (including an electric car exclusive). This is the place to have a very good meal for a very good price.

Horrible bland disgusting overpriced food.

Saturday night, newly renovated. Excellent décoré.Cheese Nachos lacked cheese. Chicken breast was very dry. Dessert was grate. Poutine was good. Fries on the side of chicken were cold and sauggie. Super nice service !

Last time I went to chicken breast was so dried. Expensive for what you get and there are now better alternative to this place.

Great if you have young kids thanks to the playroom. Food isnt anything to write home about, but its fine for the price.
