Service is terrible. Been ordering from this restaurant for years. Usually you could change the coleslaw for an extra sauce, but now they dont do that you have to purchase the extra sauce so we can throw the coleslaw in the garbage. They charge $1.49 each extra sauce. Then we purchased the extra sauces and they dont even deliver it. Our food wasnt that warm either. I called the restaurant about the missing sauces and they said they will deliver it. After waiting 45 minutes we received the sauce, of course by the time we received the extra sauce are food was completely cold. While we waited for the sauce I called back to make sure they were on there way and the lady laughed. This was very rude and terrible customer service laughing to a client. They have never hear the saying "It take years to earn the trust of a customer & seconds to lose one" This restaurant has went completely down hill. We will now after years of ordering from here our future orders will be with St-Hubert BarBQ. St-Hubert has just gain a new customer.

Open late and close to were I live, so Im biased, but the service is always good, and compared to some other locations this one feels pretty fast to prepare food.

Chicken was VERY undercooked in some areas. Other places it was like jerky. Not returning there anymore, i dont want salmonella.

We were craving rotisserie chicken, and this was probably not the best spot to get it from. The chicken was dry and the fries were soggy. I dont think i would come back, I gave it a second chance and this was very disappointing

Whole order was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. The ribs were stonecold and I had to cook them in my oven for them to even be edible. And even then, they were disgusting and absolutely and utterly horrible. The cheese sticks were cold. The chicken was dry and cold and tasted really weird, had to throw it away from salmonella risks. Poutine fries were stale and cold. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. After looking into the restaurant reviews on google, I discovered that Im not the only one having issues with this restaurant. Ubereats should seriously consider removing this so-called restaurant from their platform because their carelessness is dangerous. I had to throw away the whole order because it was absolutely unedible and had to shamefully find another way to feed my guests.

Tasteless chicken with lots of guewy stuff, tasteless poutine. Hot Salad...totally overpriced. Never ordering there again

The food is great but their delivery is loooong. I have been currently waiting for over 2 hours.. I ordered at 7pm it is 9pm30. No signs of the delivery guy. I called the rôtisserie two times each 45 mins interval and the waitress told me it is normal. Way slower than the Hochelaga one

Worst nightmare! Order was not delivered after ordering 45min called and they told me on the way another 30min later nothing came! Spoke to the manager Jacob told me he will send it out now after over 2 hours I got my order! The manager I spoke was not friendly at all told me off the phone you don’t speak French you order will come and hung up the phone! Never going to order here!

By far the worst BBQ Chicke Ive had in years. Ordered 2 chicken legs which were overcooked and dry, the fries were cold, stale and tasteless and the coleslaw was extremely dry. Ordered a chicken and rice soup as well and it was basically water, I could count the number of rice and chicken pieces in the bowl. On top of that, it took over an hour to get delivered and the restaurant is 5 minutes away from address. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I order from this establishment and the food is pretty sub-par from their competitors at St-Hubert bbq. They always tell me an hour for delivery, but it seems like its on the hour and 45min mark. So my food both times came cold.The only nice thing about this place is the pretty little boxes they give, so its easier to throw out without eating.

Order hot chicken sandwich with Mash potatoes, when I received it it was fries. When I called to complain they told me nothing they can do, and to make a online complaint. Will not be doing that I will go to St Hubert in the future. Service sucks.

Ordered online, got a confirmation that it was received, and when I called they told me they never received it. Better call if you actually want to eat there! ;)

Ah-MAZING!!! Worth the visit for sure. Might as well grab your fried chicken from young locals than from a franchise branch. Honestly, you wont even regret it. Cest #dansyeule

Love the new sandwiches in the menu however the lack of locations around my hood makes the delivery impossible, my only option is to drive here to pick up which usually can take up to 30 mins driving otherwise I will love to have one of this store nearby.. This one is clean and the guys at the counter are friendly, they have tablets outside in the summer...

This is my go to for roast chicken. It is ghe best I have found in This city.

Beware that sometimes they lose your order in their system and they nevar delider... so, be sure to have a Plan B if you are really hungry...

Fast take out service good chicken and fries and ribs good prices during the summer months

used to be good.Chickens are smaller,prices higher and delivery is terrible. Took over one and a half hours today for a 5 minute car drive and the food was cold.Should tell people when placing orders there is a long delay. Unprofessional.Will never order fro them again.

Back in the day was called Au Coq RIco. Today au Coq the BBQ broiled chicken is still the best. Have been eating from there for over 40 years. They have been at this same location since I can remember. Take out only or delivery.
