Terrible service

When you order by mistake for the hour and you call and you tell them can you cancel the order and they say yes 2 min later they call back to say it’s not possible.It’s kind of nonesense they call me to say cancel it through Uber so I get charged for an order They didn’t do yet.Before you say I don’t know the systeme of Uber how it works, I run 4 franchise restaurant I know exactly how Uber works on the restaurant side.You are just greedy and know nothing about custommer service.I don’t like writing a bad review about a restaurant because of the hard time we having about staff and hard custommer etc… but my request was simple cancel the order I’ll be home around 6 and I’ll order after.It’s the fact you say yes I’ll cancel and you don’t do it, I find it greedy and believe me it’s not the 40$ that bothers me it’s the principe that you didn’t have the gut to say no I won’t cancel.

Wrap was good, but it should not take more than 30 minutes to get a wrap out when theres almost no one in the restaurant

First time ordering here. Delivery man lectured me about using UberEats instead of ordering directly from them. (Btw, Im new to Montreal and wouldnt have found their restaurant without using UberEats.Took more than an hour for my food to arrive; fries were cold and soggy. Its probably fine if youre hungry and in need of a quick fix.

Cancelled my uber order 1 hour before they closed. No idea why. & A second time as well. Tried emailing them based on their reply.. and weve no answer months later.

I would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service ever experienced. Been a customer for years. They always mess up my order. Twice had to go back for items forgotten. No apologies or anything. Dont go there their staff are not trained properly.

Food is good but whats the point of offering on line order counter pickup if I still have to come and wait for 10 to 20 mins everytime

Ordering online for pickup is seldom worth the trouble. It is often not ready.

Good place to eat something fast and cheap

The cashier on november 12th (lunchwas awesome, she is so sweet and the food was great. Low prices too for choix du chef.

So far so good not bad it all,Its way better than other chicken like Scores,St Hubert etc,prices it is on average ,location looks clean on the other staff very kind and helpful, on other hand delivery service good and fast ,although sometimes they make mistakes with orders they forgot bread or the bread with mold so please check everything you serve to your customers or you lose clients Thanks!!

Call for delivery the one on st zotique they transfer me to the one in laval ...laval say it not them that delivery to my address to...call st leonard they say its laval to...call back laval they still say its not them even after st leonard and st zotique branch say its them......I LIVE 3.9MILLES FROM LAVAL BRANCH AND LESS THEN 5 MILLES THE OTHERS 2 BRANCH AND ALL 3 REFUSE TO DELIVER TO SAUVÉ AND DELORMIER IN AHUNSTIC.......WHAT A BUNCH OF LOOSER...INCOMPETENTWHAT

The girls working at the counter are very nice! Great food & service. I also want to point out that I do appreciate ordering from here as they always get my order right. I have ordered from the VSL location in the past and they never put my extra sauce that I ordered! The problem is there is no way of checking until you get home since the box is all tied up. Since then I only order from the Laval location so I dont worry about a screw up in my order & I know I get good service there.

Fast service, friendly and the the food is fresh. Love there chicken rice soup. Try there hot sauce. Will come back.

I had a club sandwich. The sandwich was great and so was the coke slaw. However, the fries were horrible. They were like cardboard. Beside that though, the service was very friendly and the service was very fast. I would highly recommend this place (other than the fries)..

I went for the Tuesday special called the "Mardis Rétro" (Retro Tuesdaysspecial during lunch. The miscommunication between the front counter and the kitchen caused delays and frustrations.

Decent rotisserie chicken place. Service is always good but its disappointing to see that, when you eat your meal on the premises, most of the food comes in non-recyclable or single use trays ( styrofoam ).

Dear Mr. Owner,I would love to know as a regular customer (deliveryjust wanted to point that out $$, why after two failed attempts at cooking my rib meal and me driving all the way to the other side of Cartier to bring back that under cooked rib . Your assistant manager response towards my dissatisfaction is: Je peux rien faire pour toi! Il fallait que sa soit moi qui demande un remboursement.Very disappointed especially being a regular customer... Well not anymore.

Worst poutine I have ever had.It came in a large container of Luke warm French fries with cheese on top . the sauce ,again Luke warm , was separate so there was no way it would melt the cheese absolutely disgusting.
