The service staff were so friendly and helpful, readily allowed us to change the olives on our pizza go pineapples (cos we dont like olives lol). They also have vegan options of pasta, pizza and steak. Great place!

Mains came out before the starters, and then when they did come out they had to be sent back as all the pizza toppings were incorrect. Service was very slow and inattentive and left not only us but several groups waiting to be seated (without even a hello). Food when it arrived was tasty but didn’t make up for the poor service. This all happened on a Monday afternoon and was not very busy.

Two stars only for the food. Service is terrible. Half empty restaurant and we were waiting to be seated for more than 20 minutes. We also were waiting more than 30 minutes for cold food. Hire more people for high season

A very comfortable and nice restaurant at the very center of Rovaniemi. The place was rather crowded due the tourist season, but we got a table pretty fast and all the staff had a friendly attitude.Kids got some coloring pencils as default and the food was well made.Recommended for pizza/pasta lovers.

Its good restaurant located in city centre. Pasta is tasty, spicy. The salad and bread are included. Desserts are delicious, but tiramisu was small for the price. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

S-Group concept Rosso is downgrading the quility of food everywhere in Finland. But have to say, this was by far the lowest case Ive visited.My dish was salmon with mushroom sauce and vegetables. This was stupid of me. I knew that it was risky to choose salmon as it costs quite a lot for restaurants to keep it fresh. Well, the salmon was not fresh or it was taken from freezer. Either way, low quility case.And the meals for kids... Well, over cooked deep fried meatballs, sausages and French fries together with old carrots. What can you say.And finally, when considering the covid-19 situation, the personnel seated people really close to us when they should use more space.

A nice place to take your family for lunch. Friendly and fast service. Reasonable priced meal option. Centrally located. Another year, still very nice. Covid-19 safety demands well fulfilled.

I came here in August 2020. The staff were friendly and nice. I ordered the Al Capone pizza, which is really a Hawaiian pizza minus the blue cheese. It was delicious! The dough wasnt too glutinous or too salty. The only drawback with the pizza was that it wasnt sliced when they brought it to the table. When I asked them to slice it they brought me a knife and fork 😊. This didnt take much away from the overall pleasant experience.

I ate here yesterday. Nice atmosphere but bad service and personell. Staff is not attending to the customers well and quite ungrateful. Food was undercooked and my chicken arrived cold. Dont go here please. Only suitable for familys with children. The menu is not very Italian orientated, feels very American.

The food is very good for a fair price

Good hearty italian meals that are served on warm plates which is always great when its winter. Well balanced flavours as we had bruschetta mozzarella, beef steak and pizzas. Staff were cheerful and nice. Such a cozy restaurant and highly recommend it.

It was a quite cozy and warming restaurant with a really nice service. The food came surprisingly fast even though there were seemingly many customers. The Pizza I eat was very good with not to much of anything. Personally I highly recommend this place for others!

The place was.very busy but it was over the new year period hence the wait period being over half hour.I had the fish, my son the pizza and we also had a child pizza. All was well made tasty and served when expected.

The food was incredible! We went here for our anniversary and had a great dining experience. I ordered the vegan risotto but not vegan (I just wanted all of the veggies that come in itand added chicken. It was creamy, flavorful and delicious. Highly recommended.

I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars.Bland food... I had chicken breast with pork tenderloin with risotto, and my wife some sort of bolognese. What a mistake!Maybe the pizzas are better.The salad bar has 6 items on it.Very disappointed.

It took a while to get seated. Once there we waited another short eternity for a waitress. Once we did get a waitress though service was good and mostly prompt. The pizza was cooked wonderfully, unfortunately I did not like the flavor pallet (we got the salmon and shrimp one). Thats not on the restaurant though thats on my particular tastes.There was a free, salad bar that was very scant, but hey free is free!Beverages skew clearly toward wine being that there was only one draught beer there. So dont go expecting to pair a beer. I did, however, enjoy the one they offered it was a basic and somewhat full bodied lager.

Good atmosphere, good food, excelent service regardless if you are a solo traveller like me or with friends or family. Natalie always had the warmest smile and personality and thats why after walking around Id always end up in there for a glass of wine to warm me up and a nice dinner.Do recommend. :)

I went there with friends for lunch!We all ate! I drunk beer and my friends water with the lunch! As we ask for the bill they charged € 3.- for the water (3 people)! This is a bad service if you have to pay for the water when you eat! Our bill was over € 70,- ! Tap-water should be for free with lunch!

Its an ok place...We had the recommended "Finnish" pizza and another more generic type.It was good, but nothing to write home about.Staff was very friendly and smiley.

Great food, great customer service. We went twice in our stay in Rovaniemi because we felt save with our food allergies (milk protein and soy), we could even eat pizza with vegan cheese.Kids have a small room to play, and colors and paper at the table. And left with a Rosso teddy toy for each.We celebrate a birthday there and they gave a free dessert for the birthday person.

Waitress service is a five star. Food very delicious. Our 10 and 9 years old loved the kids menu (Lasten ateria😊). Recommended for a family, groups or individual.

Good food with good customer service althought a bit slow at first. Eventually, the waitress helped us around a food allergy and the restaurant offered us a birthday sorbet. Really nice.Negative point was my 28 euros Lamb. The meat itself was good. But serving was really small. No more than 100g of meat. Maybe... a shame.

Enjoyed my meal here. I was seated quickly with there being no issue taking a booth even though I was eating alone. Ordered a porcini risotto and garlic bread. It comes with access to the salad bar which was super fresh. Great atmosphere, and it was nice and warm here during my visit in mid March 2019. Highly recommend.

All Things Italian...with even Vegan food was good.Falafel Pizza Pasta Alcoholic Non-alcoholic wines...you name it...they have it.Long Tables for Groups and 2 seater 4 seater for Couples and families makes great Impression.Chose Alacarte....or make your own combo...both side you are the winner.Menu in multiple languages makes ordering easy for good international tourists.There are also helpful staff who make your ordering easy.

Beautiful food, a bit expensive though everything is expensive here. €123 for 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals. They were really good tasty quality, but I cannot justify the price.

Horrible service for a half empty restaurant. Waiters are too busy to attend customers or heed their requests, wonder how do they run this place if or when its close to capacity. 1 star just for the pizza.

Food was good. Ordered risotto and white wine. The risotto came with free flow to salad bar. It took sometime for the food to be served and can be crowded during dinner time especially December peak season. Staff were pretty polite. Reasonably priced restaurant

Nice place to warm up with a very expensive glass of hot wine after one or two hours of doing almost nothing in Santa Village.Very slow service. The waitress were sleeping on feet.

We ordered a pizza in half and two starters for brunch. Staff was nice and the food was delicious. Cons were somewhat slow serving and the window to outside was somewhat dirty.

We visited twice during our stay in Rovaniemi. The first time was great. Good was good and service was great. The second time was complete opposite. Food was okay but service was horrible. Our order was wrong, she forgot drinks until we asked again, and it took her 20 mins to bring us the bill after we asked for it. Then she brought us bill and disappeared after saying she was bringing credit card machine. You could see her in kitchen talking and having soda. We went up to counter to pay bill after waiting additional 5 mins for her.

Highly recommended!We had shrimp risotto and chicken pasta and they were very tasty! Service was great and we really enjoy our lunch here. The restaurant is quite spacious and with a coffee house just next door.The restaurant is just next to the Main Street, so very easy to find it

Lunch and their menu is good, but if you are vegetarian or vegan, they have nothing to offer in their menu.
