Nice little museum that is $5 a person to enter. Well worth the price of admission! Tree was awesome!To the response of the owner. I acknowledged I my mistake and adjusted my review. It IS a great little museum with a wonderful tree for people to admire and sit under. You could possibly do the same with your response.

I absolutely loved this place, it was gorgeous! So much history in the actual museum portion and then you go outside and see the most amazing and beautiful rose tree. 10/10.

Three stars for the largest Rose Tree in the world. 0 stars for the unfriendly guy with the attitude at the front desk who couldnt smile if you paid him. Find a job you are happy doing. Life is too short.

Very cool place when roses are in full bloom. Great historical artifacts. Male person working at door was unfriendly. Thought about buying a plant cutting but gentleman was so dour we left.

It was a beautiful peaceful experience under the Rose Tree in the garden type setting.

Truly a beautiful wonder in the desert! You can sit under the canopy and enjoy this amazing tree!

A must stop in Tombstone and with the trip if you are in the area. Their museum has lots of artifacts. Many labeled with their history.

The Guinnes Book of Records says, it is the biggest Rose Tree in the world. Also a nice Museum. Just 5 Dollar. When the Rose, called the Shady Lady, is bloming, it has one million blossoms.

Amazing rose tree and local history, my wife and I enjoyed it.

Its very nice its like a museum of different things throughout the town And theres a huge gigantic rosebush in the middle of this yard Its almost like the huge mesquite tree at agua quante park . Its $5 a person to enter but there is a really nice history museum in there shows guns and books and all sorts of things. Myself and my wife was happy with spending 10 bucks for it we spent an hour in there.

Charging $5.00 per person to look at a plant is asinine. Save your money and look up "the worlds largest rose tree" on the internet and enjoy the pics and videos for free in the comfort of your own home.

This place doesnt only offer you a tour into someones way of living back in the gunslinger era, "but" the beauty one captures with the human eye as soon as one steps into the backyard is like NO OTHER.... As much as I tried my "very" best to capture the beauty of the Rose Tree, I "just" couldnt... its that type of beauty that unfortunately can "not" be captured....And "I" for one, respect that to the VERY fullest, because somethings in life must be seen in person in order to get that "overall" appreciation of what Mother Nature has to offer....Truly a MUST!!!!

Rose bush was much bigger than I expected! A nice spot to stop and get out of the sun for a bit. Definitely worth the $5 fee

Worth it to see the huge Rose Tree (very picture worthy as wellbut also check out the other artifacts and static displays of what real life was like back then. Id arrive early as it becomes a little crowded later on during the day. One of the landmarks of Tombstone that should not be missed.

Absolutely more than worth the $5 admission. The history in that building is overwhelmingly amazing. It was so much fun wandering around under the rose canopy with Fritz the flirting cat following us around. I will come back here every time I visit tombstone. This place is magical. Definitely visit!

Very interesting and worth seeing. The best part was the suite that we rented with direct access to the courtyard. The crowning of the Roae Queen was quite entertaining too, with all the costumes.

Beautiful glimpse into a period home. History you wont find anywhere else in books or local museums and the Rose bush is beautiful!

Well worth your stop in Tombstone. The trellis rose tree seems fairy-tale like. The museum is also interesting.

Must see if you are in Tombstone. The museum is full of neat items but the worlds largest rose tree is great. We will be back in the spring when it blooms.

Me and the wife stayed at the rose tree museum. I believe they only have 2 rooms you can rent through air bnb. This was a beautiful spot to stay and very convenient. We could walk anywhere in town from our door. They say the best time come is in the spring when the flowers are blooming and it smells great. Lots of birds 🐦 in the morning around the rose tree sounds great. The rooms are very nice and clean and they have a huge shower and nice bathroom. They also give you free access to the museum. The museum is very cool. There is lots of great historical information. The owner is a descendent of the original owner who planted the rose tree. He is very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in tombstone its a great place.

jaw dropping. one of the most beautiful places in the desert, with enough history on the inside to keep you fascinated for hours. the owner lives inside the museum... i asked him what it was like and he said with a tired straight face “I live in a museum”. so there you go!

Very well detailed and preserved Tombstone history. The rose tree itself was huge! There was a set of stairs you could walk up to be able to see the top of it. Worth the admission price.

Interesting place! Wish there were more amenities - water fountains & dog pick-up stations would be a great addition. Also wish thee wasnt a fee to enter but I understand they need to make a buck to maintain the place.It was really cute, though!

I had been to Tombstone 3 times before, and missed this part. On this trip, we visited the Rose Tree. We were impressed, even though it was dormant, due to the season.

I have lived in Vail AZ for 15 years and it was not until recently that someone I work with asked me if I have ever been to see the worlds largest rose bush in Tombstone. I had NO idea what he was talking about, as many times as I have been to Tombstone. How did I not know about this gem of a museum/site?We made a special drive up, it was worth it even through the rose bush was not in bloom. It costs $5 to get in -- totally worth it (your ticket is a cute postcard you can send to someone). There is SO much history in the museum part of this site. So many cool historical artifacts. The rose bush is gargantuan. I actually just sat out there and looked at it for 30 minutes... there are little tables/chairs outside. There is also an adorable dog that pads around the museum, his owner mans the front desk as you enter. Any place that is dog friendly, is a place I am gonna love.

The Worlds Largest RoseBush took my breath away. You can really feel the years of history when you stand underneath it. Alot of cool history located in the museum. Very glad we stopped by.Do Not Leave TombStone Without Seeing this.

A lovely place that exceeded our expectations. We went in late October, the rustling leaves and sunshine through the leaves make it feel so refreshing and dreamy. The flower season is in April. We spent 4 hours in the town, definitely a cool place to visit.

Amazing history. I wish I could have been there in the spring to see it in bloom. Even in summer though, the rose tree was beautiful. The family history in the museum was also outstanding. Lots of time and love have been spent making this a wonderful place to see.

This was an unexpected stop. Full bloom and so worth the price of admission. I bought a clipping from the tree, its been 3 weeks and its still alive!

The whole museum is amazing and so informational! I felt like i was in that era for a moment! And the Rose Bush... Beautiful and jaw dropping!

Place is cool! I have been there 5 different times, the first time was back in 1997 and it hasnt changed much. (Its a good thing). Lots of history in such small house and the actual Rose Tree is impressive and hard to believe how huge and old it is. The place is very clean and organized. Very friendly staff. While in Tombstone is a must.

Absolutely gorgeous!The gal at the desk gives you post cards with your admission ($5 per person regardless, children 18 and under free w paid adultthat have a picture of the tree from around turn of the century next to a more recent picture of the tree. My step daughter wanted one so we bought a couple extra for her.Definitely pick up a couple more post cards from her little gift shop behind her.The walk through the house is short but gorgeous. Lots of artifacts and info about the owners and the rose tree. We walked around the outside in the back where the rose bush is and got some pictures from a walkway they have put there of the top and overall abundance of the tree. I highly recommend doing this. Even with the sun and heat, take a few seconds and take pictures.I feel like no matter what you do in tombstone you’re going to love it.

quite an interesting place! when we entered the place, we didnt notice the sign that says there was an entrance fee of $5. so the curator stopped us. the bush was amazing even though it had no flowers at the time of our visit (as you can see on the picture). the place was rather small but they have interesting things inside which museum lovers would appreciate.

We really enjoyed this and have never seen anything like it ever! Weve been to a lot of Botanical Gardens and beautiful locations but this was truly amazing. It was just starting to bloom. For a bush its more like a banyan tree. Very amazing! Im so glad we didnt miss this one! The artifacts inside are interesting too

Very interesting place. Something slower paced - you can be really quick- or spend several hours there. Depends on how long you stay outside and how long you want to look at museum exhibits. The museum is not very big. Ive been there several times and Im always glad Ive gone. Its only $5 for adults. Unfortunately this visit the Rose Tree was not in bloom, so that was a bit disappointing. But it was just the time of year. Still absolutely incredible to see it! Im always amazed at the epic size of the rose tree. You can also buy clippings from the rose tree! Very neat!

The rose tree itself is incredibly impressive. There were a few flowers left on the tree when we visited, but I can imagine how stunning it would be in full bloom. To say that the plant is massive would be an understatement. I was just expecting to see the rose tree on my visit, but I was incredibly impressed with the museum they had on site, and the staff were very friendly. This place is well worth your time if youre visiting Tombstone.
