This was a last minute find for brunch, and it was a great choice! The food was superb and the portions were very generous. The fresh squeezed juices were AMAZING! They don’t make reservations and it could be pretty packed as the day gets on. Make sure to have your entire party before being seated.

Had a great experience - stopped in for a before dinner drink and got a free couple wings appetizer that we would totally have wanted!Great place.

Best brunch ever with the most friendly staff. Had brunch here with my mom for our whole stay in Florence and we loved everything we tried on their menu. The selection is incredible and there is no way you cannot find something for your taste. Not only this, but we enjoyed the vibe of the place, the cleanliness and the people working there which were incredibly friendly. Definitely coming back for our next trip to Florence! ❤️

A great spot if youre craving a more American brunch experience. The juices are delicious and beautiful! The pancakes - out of this world! When we were in Florence for a month we are here twice because it reminded us of a cool place wed eat in Nashville or Austin. Very friendly staff!

The food is probably nice, but to enjoy that you have to endure through very loud music. That really kills the atmosphere of having a nice brunch and creates a vibe one usually associates more with cheap disco.

Dined at Rooster’s today, I got a bagel and hash browns! It was delicious! I 100 percent recommend visiting here for breakfast or brunch if you’re in Florence! You won’t be disappointed.

Food was great all in all the atmosphere and the restaurant itself was great. Staff was awesome. The foul vulgar rap music that play non-stop was over the top. Sitting with my kids and the constant profanity over the loud radio was uncomfortable

They have the nicest people working there and great food! Anything you will try will taste delicious. The vibe is great and the entire time I’ve been to Florence I’ve been eating breakfast at this place because I know that it’s not gonna get any better than this and that I always will be received by the sweetest people!

All the staff are lovely. Was seated within 10mins or so but then they weren’t taking food orders for a bit (I assume to let the kitchen catch up). Luckily they did take drinks orders so could have that while I waited. A much longer stay than I had anticipated but I wasn’t in a hurry. Pancakes were nice but not amazing. It seems they used to do a vegan pancake batter but it had been crossed out in the menu 😔

Had the French Toast Special. It was fantastic. Very cute decor. Very friendly staff

Polite staff, great atmosphere, good music, overall great place to start your day in Florence. They even have a space for you to leave the bags if you are travelling.

This is the best place to have breakfast IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!There’s nothing that doesn’t tastes good. Everything is just perfect.The lox bagel with salmon, the eggs, the grandma style pancakes. OMG!In my time of being in Florence I was having breakfast here literally everyday.

Worth waiting a bit in line if needed! Went there twice during our stay and everything was as good as it looked, staff is friendly, good place no matter what time during the day. We tried smoothies, coffees, bloody Mary, eggs benedict, pancakes, avocado bagel,..all of it was delicious !

This came up under vegan restaurants on a Google search, there are some vegan options and oat milk is available but the chips etc are not vegan due to the cooking process. Ended up having a dairy free option. The portions looked good and the drinks menu was extensive both for cocktails and smoothies. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Probably better for omnivores

Great staff! Very energetic staff. The food was good. Expect the plates to be American-portions. Meaning the portions are really huge. I had an omelette that I couldn’t finish because the portion was too big for me. Other than that the omelette was good, so is their American coffee. Btw, if you order an American coffee, you’ll have free refills. Thank me later.

The RoosterServing American favorites like hamburger, bagels, and pancakes in American sizes 😀. Hubby and I were craving an American meal last Sunday and ordered a couple of caffè lattes, a stack of Grandma style pancakes, and chicken and waffles. Paid €32.50. It was a little past 11am on a first Sunday - a busy tourist day in Firenze - and the joint was full and a short line had formed. Luckily we were able to get a seat in 10 minutes.Pancakes 🥞 are not like the way we make them in the USA- they’re a little bit more like a cake 🍰 texture inside. The chicken had a thick crust but the chicken inside was moist and tasty. The waffles 🧇 were thick but were not as waffle-fragrant as I remember them to be in America. Not perfect, however, it was good enough that we have this restaurant in Italy!

I was bummed that at 2PM on a Saturday they had run out of tomato juice for a Bloody Mary when it’s one of their signature drinks. Their waffles were VERY dry, but someone had already told me that so I was expecting it. However, their chicken is VERY well seasoned and super yummy! We also had banana pancakes which were good. We had good service but many tables had to wait very long to get their food so I’d recommend coming when you’re not super hungry and arm yourself with loads of patience.

Benedict eggs are good. They didnt have their waffles, but what concerned me some mess with waiters. They couldnt get order for drinks and food in one time even we were ready and we got our bill for bar right after they brought drinks before even food.

Great eating and drinking spot away from the main tourist crowds. Can get crowded in the morning, with wait lists upto 1 hour long.Pulled pork sandwich was huge, and the avocado toast with salmon was great. Smoothies were a bit bland, but nonetheless, refreshing.

Very cozy! Excellent place if you seek drinking your coffee quietly and peacefully. Staff are nice and also speak English which is an extra.

Amazing food and service. Good diversity and nice environment. We took our luggage because we were on our way to the airport and they were very quick to accommodate us and find a space to our luggage.

Loved their vegan pancakes!!What I didn’t like is that they charge 1€!! For any plant based milk which is excessive as that’s almost how much a whole bottle costs and coffee is already 3-5€. People drink plant based milk so it’s not like they only open it for you. That’s why we didn’t have coffee as we couldn’t pay that much for veggie milk. In other places is only 20-30 cents.But giving 5 starts because the pancakes where very good 8.5€

Barman very cool and drink very nice ...is a must...if u like tequila ..best Margaritas on the city ..ask of MartinNot only that is one of the only place in the whole city of Florence that serves American brunch and amazing drinks all day ...good spot next to ponte vecchio and lots of the most beautiful square of Florence....very beautiful design and amazing atmosphere inside .....the coffee is great ....the filter coffe is sublime... seriously ....Be back soon to try a special Tommys Margarita and some other special cocktail by Mr Martin ...Good service and amazing white wines....aperitivo ....try the Pecorino ...light body to medium body white wine with a very interesting mineralogy....If you are in Florence is a must !!❤️

The staff is polite which is the most important for me. We had our drinks which were super tasty (excellent job barman! hi5and we also ordered an avocado toast(the rooster versionbut i was expecting it a bit different, i mean tastier. I will definitely go back though to have a brunch and taste more foods. Because the atmosphere of the bar is amazing ! I really liked it and i recommend it for sure if you are in the area !

You gotta stop by here at least once when you come to Florence. Dont miss out. Its pretty dang good, breakfast or dinner.

If you’ve been in Italy and are craving an American style breakfast, this is the place for you! American coffee costs €2 with free refills and it actually tastes pretty true to drop coffee. The food portions are generous and could definitely be split if you’re not super hungry. This is definitely a good brunch place and will keep you full past lunch so you can explore the city! Prices are reasonable, my veggie omelette cost €9,5. I will say the “seasonal” veggies were kind of funny, zucchini, peppers, and carrots but the cheese more than made up for it. The potatoes were seasoned quite nicely and there are ketchup packets available for the table.The English breakfast was hearty and no one in our table finished their English breakfast plate fully. The French toast was actually quite the star, it’s made with multi grain bread which tempera the sweetness and gives it a nice balance of hearty with sweet. The servers speak great English and come around often. They do not take reservations on the weekend, but if you come before 11 I think you have a good chance of getting in. We walked in at 11:10 with 5 people and were seated with no issue but it did start to get busy after that. Overall, really love this place and will definitely be back if I come back to Florence, 10/10!As a note, they do allow splitting of checks.

American style brunch ✌️ delicious and satisfying 🤗 However, do not come after 12.00 on Saturday and Sunday. Probably, you have to wait approximately 40mins... It is not because of this delicious place, i think it is because of there is not such a satisfying brunch in whole Florence. So, everybody comes here during the weekend 🤷‍♀️

I would give them 3,7 points. Had to wait in a line for 30 mins, we thought it’s gonna be something exceptional because the restaurant was full but it was just ok. English breakfast is not super tasty. They say that they serve sausage but it was just a meat cutlet. The been are horrible though. It’s just not tasty at all. It would be much better with the tomato sauce. The egg and pancakes were good. The most delicious think was a cocktail with strawberry, mango and chia seeds.The hash was also just ok. Nothing special

The best Americano Coffee I tried in Florence, and the food is so delicious. The food portion is big and enough for two. You must try this restaurant if you’re in Florence, you won’t regret it.
