Infelizmente não foi a escolha correta. O colchão era desconfortável, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, penso inclusive que a cama possa ter percevejos.Das três noite marcadas só fiquei uma apenas...valeu a simpatia do proprietário.

If I could give ZERO stars to this so-called “hotel” I would, and I would add a middle finger right next to it.Even if you are desperate and need a place to stay overnight, still AVOID this place!1If you book this place and then get a random WhatsApp text asking what time you will be checking in, it’s already RED FLAG 🚩 because there won’t be any front desk or receptionist with a computer and a phone like normal, professional hotels and hostels do.What you will get instead is someone who will meet you at the door to hand you the keys and he’ll disappear. Now, you’re on your own!! Will there be any emergencies or you’ll need to call front desk for help, there’s no such a thing.2The room. The one we had was large but no air conditioning, no ventilation, no child-safe window screens or bars so be aware if you’re traveling with kids. At maximum you’ll get white sheets but comforter/blanket is multicolor (red flagthat has a really really bad odor. The room itself has a bad smell, I’d say mold mixed with sweat. When I mentioned the smell, the guy who checked us in said there’s an air freshener. Have you ever checked in to the hotel or hostel and had air freshener in the room? What smell do they have to block with air freshener?3The shower. Dirty, old, smells bad, small shower with door that is about to fall off. Imagine taking a shower and having huge glass door collapse on you!? Well, this is what you will get here.4The moment we arrived to the hotel, we were greeted by someone who did not introduce himself, he doesn’t have a name tag, no professional uniform or anything, some random guy who asked us for our passports and took a picture of our passports with his cellphone. Then he proceeds to ask extra 8 euros for city tax because it’s not included in the reservation. When we hand him credit card, he wants cash instead because his credit card machine “doesn’t accept credit cards”.5As soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room, I decided this place is not safe for myself and my minor child, therefore we walked out and informed the “hotel guy” standing outside the hotel that we would like to cancel our reservation because did is not what is advertised on Google, to be specific on Booking.com. First thing the guy said was he will not refund our money. This tells you that all they care about is money, not costumer service or client satisfaction.The pictures they have for this hotel does not represent the actual place, they are edited and made look nicer. This place is DANGEROUS!This place is not a hotel or hostel, this place feels like a prison, very unsafe and unclean.Safe yourself a headache and book your room somewhere else.It is a BIG SCAM!!!

Camera ampia e pulita, staff gentilissimo.Insonorizzazione pessima.

La stanza dava sulla strada, abbastanza rumorosa ma non troppissimo considerato chebera di sabato. Una presa elettrica non era funzionante. Bagno in comune abbastanza piccolo, cucina ancora più piccola. Ottima posizione.

Stanza con prese rotte e pericolose, rischiavi di rimanere folgorato solo a caricare il telefono, comodino pieno di polvere, il lato positivo è che si trova a 800 metri da piazza del duomo

The receptionist was really kindly. He gave me a better room for the same price and he let me left my baggage there until I needed. The room was clean and everything okay for that price.

Gute und saubere Zimmer und der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Steckdosen sind teilweise etwas komisch (mal geben sie Strom mal nicht so gut)Bedecken und Handtücher waren sauber und der Ventilator und Fernseher war auch vorhanden und haben gut funktioniert.Nur die "Küche" hat geangelt. Nur mikrowelle und wasserkocher sowie Kühlschrank.

Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était adorable et disponible, nous avions son numéro en cas de besoin, et sa boutique était à proximité. Chambre très spacieuse, ventilateur performant, serviettes fournies, ensemble très propre. Proche du centre.Salle de bain ok. Nous navons pas utilisé la cuisine.

Ottimo il costo. Posto centralissimo con vista sulla bellissima terrazza della dimora storica del palazzo Pandolfini. Eccellente laccoglienza e la disponibilità.

El lugar no es el que aparenta en las fotos de Booking, si bien arrendamos una pieza doble, nos dieron una para 6 personas, sin ningún aviso previo. Habitación en deterioro y algunaa conexiones eléctricas a la vista.

La struttura si trova in zona strategica molto vicino al centro. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo

Luogo ben collegato con il centro di Firenze, stanza un po fredda e personale al checkin che non parlava bene la lingua italiana ne la parlava, però nel complesso andato bene

Если сравнить с другими Guest House по такой же цене, то этот ужасный, ванная комната для всех одна. Из туалетных принадлежностей только мыло и гель для душа(одна вода), старая мебель, двери, туалетная комната. На окнах деревянные жалюзи. Не рекомендую

Muito bom. O gerente foi muito atencioso conosco. Fez o chek in antes do horário marcado, porque estávamos com bagagens e deu dicas de como conhecer melhor a cidade. Muito obrigada.

Lalbergo è in buone condizioni. È vicino al centro, a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La nostra camera per 4 persone era semplice, ma pulita e spaziosa, il bagno anche grande e pulito. Mohammad è un bravo ragazzo, molto gentile e attento ci ha accolto molto bene, in tutto ciò che abbiamo avuto bisogno è stato quello di assisterci. Ti sono molto grato per la tua grande attenzione nei nostri confronti ... A presto Firenze!

Sitio deprimente sin aire acondicionado, algunas habitaciones sin baño. Estuvimos cuatro personas en un cuarto poco limpio, incómodo y asados de calor. Y para colmo las sábanas tenían chinches. Una experiencia nefasta por un precio que no se merece.

Posizione centrale. Lhotel si trova al secondo piano con ascensore. Camere essenziali, pulite, bagno grande

Never informed us or put us in the whitelist for the ZTL zone, never helped, terrible rooms terrible bathrooms and in general probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Crappy Airbnb’s look like palaces comparing to this.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, en mi experiencia fueron muy amables ya que nos dejaron ocupar la habitación desde antes y así mismo la opción de dejar el equipaje despues del check out. El lugar es limpio y muy cercano a varios lugares turísticos.

Sérios problemas com o banheiro compartilhado. O aquecedor não aguenta dois chuveiros ligados e então a água sai gelada depois de 5 minutos de banho. Tem que torcer para ninguém no hotel tomar banho junto com vc.Além disso, são 9 camas usando um único banheiro. Fazer um xixi pode se tornar uma espera interminável.Ao menos a staff brasileira é solícita.
