The Bistro has a limited food menu, but the food is well prepared, tasteful and the staff is very friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short experience here. Upmarket establishment, decor is great and modern, service very good and excellent cappuccinos. The winery is definitely well-worth a stop with superb wines. Oh, and the gin bar.....🤪 Highly recommended!

Nice place. Beautiful surroundings, but although the food is oky, the price is to high for the amount of food and coffee. You can see they are catering for a certain class. P.S a bigger coffee would be nice for the same price.

Chicken Schnitzel and Tramezzini were really good. Service was friendly and quick. Chenin was icy cold as it should be and definitely worth a few bottles for summer.

We love Rooiberg wines and stopped to have lunch at the new bistro. Waited almost an hour for our food and mine was lukewarm when it finally arrived. Lovely setting but not the best experience.

Some positives, great playground for kids, staff are super friendly, decor looks really modern when you walk in, but is a bit over the top and confused, too many things going on, too many themesBut unfortunately the food isn’t good. Wish they spent less on the decor and more hiring a professional chef. The food does not match the decor. Wine wasn’t great either, we ordered a bottle of the reserve and left the rest there

This is the second time l have had lunch here. The first was in December 2019. Even then it was a memorable occasion.Recent upgrading is almost complete. An eclectic style has been achieved. Soft background music enhances the atmosphere.Hearty full plates are served together with a colourful salad and "the best chips" according to our guest. My wine choice (Pinotage Reserve 2019was also well appreciated by all.Lunch, together with wine tasting, makes for a lovely day trip from Cape Town.

Really nice setting. Lovely food. I had the bacon, cheese and avo tramazzini, which was very filling. Bonus is that dogs are allowed (on a leadin the outside eating area. Chardonnay Reserve wine was also delicious!

Had a great pop in by this lovely stop, staff friendly good place for the whole family. If you didnt see it they have the biggest RED CHAIR in the world on there doorstep. So make a day of it and enjoy the peaceful county side.

Recently renovated Resturant and outside areas, it’s a must stop along the R60 just outside Robertson has a nice bakery and bar area as well as wine tasting of local wines.

Stopped here for breakfast on a recent roadtrip.The breakfast I ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The cappuccino I had was also good.The service was outstanding and the venue clean, stylish and comfortable.

Friendly staff and very welcoming with lots on offer if you hungry or just feeling for something sweet. Nice kids playground, keeps them entertained. The BIG red chair also offers a great view of the area.

I completed a very casual wine tasting - While you are experiencing the tasting you can have a look around in their store. There is no place to sit down and enjoy your tasting which I would prefer most of the time. This is perhaps not what they are going for. This was the most affordable wine I have tasted and its good value for money as most of the wine was tasty.

A delicious meal of generous proportions, served by warmly welcoming staff. Try the Sticky Chicken Burger - no disappointment there! The prices are friendly too. A bit of a wait for the food, but overall, a serious thumbs up!

Great, fresh food. An absolute delight

Bustling stop onroute to Robertson. Have driven past numerous, but decided to stop. Was blown away by the Chefs Salad! The wine prices were also amazing.

Place has really nice vibes although we didnt eat there we drink milkshakes which were tasty. It is very well decorated and has a decent amount of wine from the cellar. But the shop selling little trinkets could have been bigger.
