Unhygienic, unmaintain hotel youll find in Bkt Indah. Nothing is worth a cent for you to pay here.Room is terrible af, u could see frm my pics. Bed sheets, pillows and blanket in yellowish color. I doubt they do laundry or been using it for past 10 years. Toilet cracks and spoilt wall stickers are visible everywhere.Televisions, wardrobe and hanging paint on wall are full of THICK DUST. Shower room does not provide shower gel/shampoo. Corridor walkways are dark and full of dust, like youre entering a construction building.So much more negative comments for me to type, lazy point out. Stay at your own risk.

The room is very bad there is a yellow stain on pillow sheet... Rubber thing on the bathroom door is peeled off. Staff cant wait. Corridor floor in 7th floor is dusty and theres a ceiling..

Worst hotel ever, the hotel lobby and the lift look so spooky, berhabuk, and the angry looking receptionist, when come to the room, teribble room ever!! At first i thought i got wrong room, because got foot step everywhere!! So dirty, go to the toilet, far from worst, like never been clean up before, toilet bowl not flush, macam baru lepas kena banjir the room, with habuk everywhere, no towel. So i cancel my booking, walaupon x dpt refund, much better dari x boleh tido mlm..and tak rasa pon nak tukar other room..then just add another rm70 got alot much better hotel, which is 4 star hotel, clean, secure and near to kedai makan and legoland..so so much better..plis be carefull guys. If ada negatif star, this hotel layak got negatif star..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

its a 3 star hotel with 5 star facilities. the bed and pillows is comfy. the hotel is near with laundry, family mart and mamaks restaurant. also near to tesco & aeon.

Classy hotel in the busy Nusa Bestari business area. Very clean, spacious & cozy room, comfortable king sized bed, bathroom with all the necessary toiletries, big scree television with major Malaysian & Singaporean channels, romantic lighting. The front office staff are friendly and courteous. Housekeeping staff also very helpful. Ideal place for enjoyable stay.

Check-in time poor punctuality : The room was not prepared for us at 2pm like it was meant to. Instead delayed until 3pm.Service was mediocre, and rooms were quite dull and depressing.Restaurant and facilities still not open as of the time of this writing.

Wanted to check in the hotel at 1230pm, as told not about to as room is not ready. Asked if they can perhaps prioritize and maybe let us have the room earlier, they refused. Strictly 3pm check in. Fine, wanted to check in first then pick up the keys later, this is fine, they collected from deposit but refused to let us have the receipt for the deposit, saying it will be provided later when checking in.Very very bad experience at the reception, even before getting into the room.

We stayed here as family home near by. Just need a place to put your head down, but still. Very bad housekeeping and maintenance. 2 room change but not much difference. Stain linen and towels. Moulded room with wall paper falling off and shower room. Bad room odour. Not a reasonable answer for close quite sometime for MCO. Guest rooms should be clean and dusted before you open back for business. Very disappointed and not even worth for the money with that conditions. Never to stay here again.

Though one thing you have to make sure is to not expect it to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. Im rating it according to its standard and not in comparison to a four or five star one. Firstly, it is close to a mall called Giant which is like a grocery shop so its quite convenient. The swimming pool is surprisingly small, but at least its there. The food served as breakfast here however isnt tasty at all. The staff here is really friendly and nice. The night time here is a bit noisy due to the neighbours of this hotel and parking is very very very limited. Not bad for one to survive but not good enough for one to enjoy and relax. There is no refrigerator inside and the plug points are limited. Overall, its an its okay place to be.
