Its sad that the water feature is not being maintained. Cannot help but to wonder where this honour role is and who the fallen are being referred to. "THIS FOUNTAIN WAS DEDICATED IN COMMEMORATION OF FALLEN MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN SECURITY FORCES WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THE ROLL OF HONOUR“
