I came here for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Great food and excellent service!

Was ok. My filet was slightly overcooked as were my shrimp. My cooked roll was far too fishy for me. Expected a bit more for the price point.

We really enjoyed the food. Our server Dewey ( I believewas amazing. He even made some awesome recommendations being as it was our first time there. Definitely will be going back.

A foodies paradise! One of the best meals of my life. Salmon, steak, sushi, sweet tea was all exceptional. Excellent service as well and not overpriced.

Service was wonderful. Nice and attentive. Sushi was ok. The rolls could of been better. It wasnt cut thru all the way so it fell apart as soon as I picked one up. We ordered 3 big rolls and a smaller side roll. Felt like my kid could of made the Cali rolls. Should just be called a habachi place. Its really more for a fancy ish kind of date place for drinks or a bday party (maybe). Youre paying for the atmosphere/service not the food. If the food got better Id definitely try this place again. Just youre average habachi restaurant. Lovely staff

Date night, this place Is fabulous,our waitress,Indiana,was on top of her game! The food was fantastic.the cooked sushi was awesome,we had the crazy dragon,chicken and shrimp and that was still enough food for a take home box! Will definitely be back.

Great sushi and service but really disappointed with the dinner plate. For the price I expected something good not non- seasoned precut filet mignon and bland rice.

We eat here alot, have been for many years. Tonight was the worst service I have ever experienced! We had food on the grill before we got salad, never asked if we need refills, had to ask the lady at the front for ketchup. asked for 2 different beer for 2 different guys.. 1 guy got 2 of the same beer other got nothing, lady said sorry you will have to pay for that he then had to pay for a hot beer because 2 was brought at once... waiter then whispers sorry its their language (blaming the bar lady for speaking Spanish and not reading the ticket correctly). The food was absolutely horrible, taste just like pepper(everything).. my family and I was all in Monroe 3 different vehicles. We all come in together but paid seperate bill (3)(3)(3)(1we had almost 100$ in gratuity added to our checks. I always tip as I feel is needed I used to be a sever myself and the service tonight was worth 0$! I understand completely if our 10 was in a bus. Or paid 1 bill together... We all was separate friends/families... we just sat at a grill together that holds 8+ people anyways! Then I asked for a Togo coke NEVER RECEIVED THAT.. bad bad bad 😞

(GoodFood is always good, I usually get sushi, the inside is clean and the wait staff are always friendly. (Badthe outside makes it look like its abandoned, trash everywhere, grass, weeds and bushes are out of control. If a friend wouldnt have recommended this place to me I would have NEVER eaten there.

The building, seats, and parking lot are all in disrepair. The restaurant does a good business, they always seem busy, but have spent no money on maintaining the physical facility. The last time I eat there my salmon was overcooked (like jerky), they replaced it, but not the ideal experience.

Sushi is not something most places get right, acceptable, but not great. Well this place does it & they do it well! Lunch with a dear food loving friend turned out to be one of the best experiences Ive had in a while. Theyre sushi is fresh & delicious, forgot the pic. The seafood martini was so phenomenal, the tuna, salmon & vinegary lime marinade is top tier. They overall experience was great & will be back soon!

The entertainment was fun, the food was great. Dishes are a little pricey but worth every penny! The waitress was amazing and the environment was a breath of fresh air! We will definitely return!

There for a 10-yr olds birthday dinner. Restaurant has policy to only seat the group once all parties are present. The 79-yr old great-grandmother stood for an hour because they have no seating in the entry area. The chef was rushed & ended up overcooking some of the steak. This visit was okay.

Used to go twice every week when I travel to town, had two bad experiences calling in to go orders before I hit the road. The second time I decided to talk to the manager about the poor customer service over the phone.The hostess claimed I cussed her out which is against what I stand for in terms of respecting customer service positions. I don’t want to go to a place which can lie about their customers to get gain with their management.Great sushi, hit or miss with the customer service.

Arrived at the restaurant and requested a booth in the bar area. Was told they don’t currently have a bar area, but we’re sat in desires location as requested quickly. Looks like the “bar” is currently being used as more of a sushi bar but no seating available to have drinks? Location does serve wine at least, unsure of mixed drinks etc. since no one ordered liquor with our party. Service was good, but not great due to a couple of oversights that aren’t important. Food was good, again not great. Only issue is knowing the quality it can be and what it has been in the past vs. what it was tonight. Store has posted operating hours online until 21:30 for (Monday). But was politely given the feeling it was time or go by the staff around 20:45. As soon as we exited, doors were locked and location closed for the evening. Will for sure be back though.

The food was okay! Not like it used to be. The rice was undercooked!! The chef was terrible. We got there 45mins before closing. I understand people are ready to go home BUT this is his job. We pay for them to do their job.. He didnt talk, do half the show they normally do didnt interact with rhe kids, nothing! I was still charged the grill fee. Id say a $200 ticket shouldve been treated better or management shouldve taken care of something..

Placed a take out order for Hibachi Chicken and Japanese spring rolls. Disappointed in quality and accuracy. No mention of sesame seasoning on the menu, received shrimp mixed in with my veggies. Spring rolls are pathetic for value & quality ($4.50). I travel here on a regular basis…second and last time I will be disappointed. Employees were nice but follow leadership. Additional consumer feedback…cleanup your parking lot- litter everywhere.

Without a doubt the best Hibachi grill Ive ever been to. Wow. I live 4 hours away, wish they were closer to where I live!

Have not eaten here since covid started. I love the cool dark atmosphere. We did have to stand in line a while to get seated. The cashier need someone helping her with the To go orders. There was a couple with a baby that had already eaten but had to wait in line to pay over 15 minutes. Now the positive stuff. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. We ordered our old favorite tempura shrimp and vegetables. The shrimp were big and awesome. It was nice to be able to sit and have a ladies lunch.I will be back. Place look realy clean. Wish the would cut the oleander bush so there would be better curb appeal in the front. A restaurant looks so much better when the flowers and bushes look like they have been tended to on a regular basis.

The food was great but our chef didnt do any entertaining when his egg didnt crack right. But it was cool. Had a drink that taste like syrup and our hostess fixed it. Great place. Beautiful fish tank. Friendly staff.

Top go-to sushi spot since Ive been in Monroe. I hit them up about once a week and they have not let me down! You will definitely enjoy their basic rolls or their specialty rolls. I stopped in this place once a week. Only time I was ever let down was with their fried rice. It was greasy and had been microwaved to the point it melted the styrofoam container. They losing a 🌟 for that. Although, I kept returning for the sushi and veggie spring rolls!

We love this place! Great customer services, entertainment(live chefs), and food! I recommend trying their scallops and calamari steak. Thank me later! 😉

This was our first time here. My daughter and grandkids loved it. They had never been to a hibachi restaurant before. This was a great first experience with them. Next time Im in Shreveport, I WILL drive to eat here again. Havent found any place as near as good in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Monroe, you have won me over, and thats not easy to do. My steak was tender, juicy and medium. Just how I like it!

Really didnt know what to expect , but was blown away with the service and our cook. The dude was an absolute hoot and amazing grill chef. He whipped us up some grub in minutes and it was awesome. The meat is great cuts and everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. Its not cheap, but price point is great for the quality food and a show. Our server was attentive and great!

Every experience here is nice and refreshing and the service is top notch!! Yum Yum sauce is to die for!!! 👏

I have been here several times now for different occasions but mostly for dates. The wait staff has always been very friendly and accommodating during all of my experiences. My drink has never been empty while dining here which is a major boon for me and should tell you how attentive the staff is to guests. The food itself has been great each time and I have tried many different items on the menu. It has become the go-to place for me and my girlfriend for these specific reasons even though it is a further drive than many other places we like. I will absolutely be coming back to this restaurant and recommending it to others.

Really good food, they have a great selection of sushi and drinks as well! We love eating here because of the great service and the food is always good and fresh! Everyone always finds something that they like, the fillet is really good as well. Defiantly worth a stop and get some good food! They are really close to the interstate so if your traveling through its a easy stop off.

My home town sushi spot. Of course its a five star kinda place. Fresh seaweed salad and high quality tuna and salmon. I love the grilled eel too.

Food was good. My steak was a little over cooked. I asked for med. rare, they gave me med to well done. But other than that, food was good, service was ok, but very pleasant, food a little on the pricey side. They are not cooking on grills at the tables because of the pandemic situation. We always enjoy our experience at Ronin! I came here to share this beautiful Samurai Sashimi Combo prepared for me last night. They were very busy and doing their best to accommodate everyone. Like most places right now, they will take your name and ask you to wait in your car until a table is ready. Service was fair, food was great as usual.

Been coming here for atleast 5-10 years. Amazing fried rice with seafood sauce the service is always great! And very good sushi everything is superb!!❤️🔥

Food was excellent and service was not too bad. Our sever did not check on us but maybe twice. And we were wanting to put in a to go order so we could leave by the time we got done. Little slow.

Every thing was great! Jason, our waiter went out of his way to make sure we had what we wanted and needed. Only complaint I would have is the shrimp I had was over cooked, good flavor but tough. Would go back again.

The place doesn’t look very attractive from the outside , but has a nice ambience inside . The food is average and very highly priced .

I let the our waiter know that I wanted the check, and she asked me if I wanted to take the left over food home, and I told her that we (hubby &Ididn’t like it, and she went to go speak to someone about it, don’t know why she did she brought the check over for us to pay for the food. We didn’t like the taste of the food, it all tasted the same, that we felt like throwing up. They also put way to much dressing on the salad, and the restrooms are extremely dirty, the floor was sticky, and they also smell bad. Was expecting better from a restaurant that serves expensive food. Our total came out to be $54.01.
