Ron's Cajun Boudin in Monroe

First time in the city in along time, seen it on google so decided to try it out. Boudin is fire (good. great customer service.

Mr RON ITS THE MAN...!!!BEST OF THE BEST IN NORTH EAST LOUISIANA BY FAR.If you see a 1 star rating on this place its just some angry and low moral values people to tell just the truth the way it is.

Mr. Ron is very sincere, genuine and kind to his customers. I got the seafood Boudin and it was amazing! I am very thankful I passed though Lousiana, I have been wanting to have a true cajun specialty and Rons Boudin hit the spot. I took one to go! If I could have eaten a whole pound of gumbo I would have got that too.

Boudin dogs are really good

Cajun food is great. I mean, I cant eat much of it due to a shellfish allergy, but what I can eat, I greatly enjoy.Especially the Boudin.Rons Cajun Boudin joint is convenient, has great prices, and more importantly, serves delicious food. Their specialty, the epomymous Boudin, was absolutely mouthwatering. Highly recommend.

Ron makes the best boudain weve ever had. We love stopping by when we are in Monroe. My husbands favorite is the shrimp boudain but he also really likes Rons new seafood boudain. I love the chicken beef and cajun bourdains. Ohio loves you Ron! Keep up the good work!!!

Best boudin in Louisiana. This is a more of a pickup and go type place for locals to buy boudin but they do have one table outside you can eat at. We met the owners and they were so nice and Friendly to us.

Food was hot and taste great

We decided to go here because it was so highly reveiwed.. come to find out they were out of almost all of their food options and didnt have change for a 20. We decided to take our money elsewhere.

I was raised a man is only as good as his word. I call an hour away to see if they were open spoke with Ron his said I will wait for you so I flew here made It in 40 minutes the place is completely locked up no one in sight. Will not be back!

Stopped in on our way to Wyoming. Was greeted as soon as we stepped out the car ...helped us with the menu ...very hospitable...all fresh ingredients came out perfect fresh an hot ....Rons cajun boudin is a must try when u are in monroe

This place was amazing! We happened to find it on Google as we were heading back to Texas. Will most definitely be ordering from Mr. Ron again.

Ron is great and makes you feel at home. Food was awesome! We had a burger, Ron’s (not Phillycheesteak and a Cajun boudin hotdog with secret sauce, all of which were great. Just passing through Monroe on our way home to Texas and Ron’s Cajun boudin was definitely worth the effort to find.

Loved it! Just a small walk up with one table outside, but Ron himself, came out to clean and wipe the table off, opened a window, and put on some smooth jazz for us. I had a Cajun boudin hot dog w/ secret sauce (bbq-ish). Really good! Friends had a cheeseburger w/ the "secret sauce", and Rons cheese steak (NOT Philadelphia :)). Burger had a nice chargrilled flavor, and the cheese steak was nice and cheesy. All big hits with us! Ron came out to check on us to make sure we liked it, and were happy. Very friendly, and takes pride in his food.Worth the effort to find this place and stop!!!He even sells his many flavors of boudin in bulk and ships anywhere in the US.

Bless this location. He needs to ride 150 miles south to some boudin. It was dry. No meat fat at all and very little meat. It was seasoned well but no cajun flair. I want to race and support ours but dude tried to convince me to buy a case before buying and he knows he is skimping. Our burgers were undercooked per my kids but they were tasty. Imma need him to put some porky fat in the boudin. And some flair. Good prices & just a short trip to the trip to the hood of Monroe.

Grabbed a bunch and brought back home to Bama. Outstanding boudin. Cant wait till the shipping gets squared away. Will definitely have some delivered to the house.

The food was decent but not anything special. I had to wait 30 minutes to get The Boudin and gumbo. The gumbo is frozen and defrosted in the pot so it wasn’t even fresh. It is also overpriced it was nine dollars for a 16 ounce serving.

First Ron is awesome. Super friendly and genuinely is concerned that you love what he serves you.Second the food is phenomenal, had shrimp and crawfish boudin.Dont be fooled by the appearances or you will be the fool for not stopping in.

Was passing through and had to try the local cuisine, the crawfish sausage with rice in it was delicious (tried it on a bun with bbq sauce and mustardand I would stop here again. Table is outside and the owner was quiet friendly.

We came all the way from Missouri for a horse show, and with so many places to eat in West Monroe, Ron made this the best dining experience Ive ever had in the Central part of the United States. Customer Service was Excellent. Again Thank You Ron for your awesome food!

Best experience I ever had! The food was terrific! Cajun Boudin and Crawfish boudin were perfection in flavor and the burger was top shelf! The staff of this restaurant are very friendly and appreciative towards customers who come to enjoy their food. I recommend this Cajun experience to everyone especially if you are passing through Monroe Louisiana.

Weve only had boudin twice and it was very different both times. Rons was super good fresh and hot and the sauce on the dog was delicious. Customer service as great and very friendly.
