Lactose and gluten intolerance doesnt allow for many pizza nights... but Romans is making a way! You can buy a gluten free pizza base, that is paper thin and crispy, but doesnt fall apart nor taste like paper! We order gluten free, with half the cheese so then add a couple extra toppings like mushrooms, garlic and some pepper dews, and the results are awesome! Must phone to ask them to only do half cheese though, cause the option is not availible on the app... Pitty the app also seems to be having payment issues from Standard Bank and Fnb...🤔 i order online and then need to pay in store on collection, cause the online payment never goes through... unless its just me, but Ive tried several times, weekends, cards ... still no joy... picking up and paying in store is quick and staff are friendly though, so its a bit uncomfortable but not too unbearable.🙂👍

If you ever want to be ripped off hugely please order from Romans Pizza. The pizza is extremely pricely and tasteles!

I always call & collect, but yesterday we decided to have it delivered (too lazy to drive). Note on app is that the turn around time is about 60 minutes...not problem. To my surprise, a friendly guy brought us our pizzas in less than 40 minutes. It was still hot as the smell of the pizza filled the house. Thank you very much for spoiling me (hot pizza & delivery service). May your business go from strength to strength.

Not too bad, but always a life saver when your in need for something quick, cheap and to keep the kids happy!

Service was great as usual.And the pizza to die for.Had the special of 2large pizza and a 1.5 lt drink for R149.90

The staff there are great, the pizza is even better. The only down side is them running out of their signature pan based pizza because it is so popular.

Ordered pizza, they told me to be there in 20 minutes. Had to wait another 15 minutes after I got there.Very skimpy on the toppings.The thin base pizzas are not crispy at all. The thick base pizzas are just like bread (but I guess thats what is to be expected if you order thick base).If you care about social distancing, just dont go there, because they dont.

Just love these pizzas. Best in town I reckon and local is lekker!! Love the pizza bases, thin or thick and just all the pizzas. My favourites are Tangy Russian and BBQ spare rib & pineapple. Even now with this Covid times we order and use delivery and still very fast. Thank you.

Very unsatisfied with the service! Ordered online for delivery, 2 hours later my pizza arrived and it was cold! Would have tolerated if the delivery was free but it was not! Very unhappy!

I know it was peak hour but the girl at the counter said 30 minutes wait and i waited for an hour before i got my order.

No social distancing in the store. Waited 45min for one pizza pie. There was literally on person in the kitchen and 3 in front. There are 2 contact numbers to contact if there is a complaint. I sent a message to the one number and got no reply, i should have rather phoned. So please be careful when you go there as I said no social distancing and no limit to the amount of people in the store.

Waiting time is getting longer. Please fix this or you will lose customers.

I would normally give them a 3¹/2 star, but after today, I dont even think they would get any stars from me 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The wait is only 15min with funny programmes running on the TVs to help shorten the wait. The foods always delicious and flavourful.

Great service, I have made an error on my order via app I contacted the store and the lady assisted and I got want I wanted a good tasting pizza👍

Excellent service every single time! I placed an order at 16h20 for pick up at 18h00. As I drove up to Romans just before 18h00 I saw a crowd of people inside and thought ..oh dear.....But when we walked in at 17h57 the order came out of the kitchen and was placed on top of the +-10 other orders that were coming out. Phones where ringing off the hook besides all the customers in the store who had to be help, but the staff are so on the ball and professional.

Best pizza in town

Normally I enjoy my pizzas from Romans, but tonight I am very disappointed. I support them every week, this week I am missing ingredients on my pizza, making a huge difference in taste. I wonder, if I pay for extras, do I get a credit / refund for advertised ingredients missing from my pizza??

Ordered and paid online to avoid standing in a long line. Got there after 25 minutes to witness how the walk in orders got served before me. Definitely not worth ordering online and have to wait an hour.

Will not go any weher else for a pizza. Service is excellent. Variety of pizza is amazing. Just sad they took banana off as an extra

Im deeply dissapointed in your Chicken Romana pasta. The sauce is all mouldy and there is like no seasoning in it. I dont know if its a ready made thing or if its made from scratch. You should take it off your menu if it does not improve. The pizza i bought today was okay. But the pasta, hell no. I just wasted R50 that could have been used for something else and whats funny I ask the cashier if it is any good and she said yes. Oh and the chicken and mayo with bacon pizza, it does not taste like it use to. By the way i bought my food at the paarl romans pizza.

It is vety cheap and good pizza

From all the times that I bought pizzas at romans, tonights were very unpleasant. The hot one, was not and the perri perri one hot, but no taste on both. My order number was 244. I am very disappointed.

Priced well and value for money, but mass production bases. Great for a family Friday or Saturday night treat.
