This place is the worst because I had came in there with a voucher and they didnt even bother 😒 helping me. So the place is just..... overall I wouldnt recommend this place rather the one in town

It doesnt even deserve a star. The pizza is half cooked. It still has yeast inside. It was my first time buying there and Im definitely not impressed. Such poor service.

The staff were friendly and ready to present specials and explain certain things, the store was full because there was an event at Ikageng Gate Mall which also means that the shop had dirty floors but this is not normally the case for Romans Pizza. The food was delicious 😋

Went there yesterday to get some pizza, it was around 20h00. When we got there they just said its closed, and the closing time is 21h00. No explanation or maybe tell that its stock out. Im so disappointed

Im sending 3 stars cause overall the food is great. But your employees are exhausted. They look tired & are about to reach a meltdown. Why not get a few casuals 1nce in a while through rotation of departments. Imagine loosing your best employees to health risks just because of "reaching the target".. Trust me,with proper rest theyll be able to even be more productive.
