Roma D'Italia in West Chicago

Pizza is fantastic. Had an unfortunate experience with having a piece of “screw like metal” in our pizza that my wife bit into. Fortunately, she was fine. After that, we decided it was best to stop eating the pizza and bring it back with the piece of metal in a plastic bag. I asked for a refund on the pizza and they gave me $10 back since we ate half the pizza. Manager stated he has never seen this before in his over 20 years. I totally understand that. I have also never seen this before but understand things happen. I felt uncomfortable during the situation and felt attacked. At the end of the day, it almost felt like this was my fault for what happened. That’s just my opinion. The situation could have been handled better. Again, pizza is top of the line but wanted to tell my story.

Stopped by and picked up a cheese and sausage pizza. The crust was nice and crispy. The crust at the edge was flaky and crispy. Pizza had plenty of cheese and was topped with oregano. The cheese had a good fresh flavor and big pull. The sauce was thick and rich and you could see plenty of spices in the sauce. The sausage had a good flavor and had just the right amount of fennel. A good pizza and a place that I would make a return visit.

Their posted hours on Google, Yelp, etc. are frequently not accurate. Have tried to order from here multiple times but they are unreliable. Unfortunate since their pizza is delicious.

Ive worked at the body shop. There slices were so good I had them at least twice a week. Prices are fair.. only problem I have is there hours.

Tonight was my first time trying this place out and I must say I am HOOKED! For starters, the guy who took my order over the phone was very nice and polite. His attitude and tone of voice were very welcoming. The pizza was AMAZING!! I mean really good. Found my new go to spot!!

This. Pizza. Is awesome! The sauce is great and the thin crust (the only one I getis perfection! We used to order from a nearby competitor, but tried this once and were hooked. My gf drives all the way from wheaton for this pizza. Definitely get some!

Im sorry, but the cheese was not tasty.Fettuccine Alfredo had too much black pepper, and I feel like it needed more flavor.

Ordered the Lasagna special today x 3. Was the best I had in years. Salad and garlic bread great as well. I will definitely order from here again.

I get the pizza slice lunch special all the time from here. There crust is amazing, a generous serving size, and the taste is waaay better then surrounding pizza joints. If youve never tried this place, do it. You wont be disappointed.

Ok - WOW. Went to this little gem on a whim & absolutely blew me away! The pizza is scrumptious, its the crust that really did me in. The staff and (what I believe to bethe owner all seemed to treat each other like family. Very humbling!

This Pizza is Mouth Watering. The crust is perfect, the sauce is delicious, the ingredients are so fresh and the sausage is off the charts. Best pizza I have had in a long time. I did carry out but they have a nice quaint checkered tablecloth Restaurant. I cant wait to try their ribs and salads. If your in the Warrenville area you have to get a Pizza from here!!!They have a full menu too Soups Appetizers full dinners desserts..yum yum yum Id give 10 stars!!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Delivery was on time. And they even sent plates and napkins I didn’t ask for. Now , I will say it was a little more expensive than a lot of places , but it was worth every penny. Oh , and it was literally the hottest pizza when delivered I’ve ever had. Could almost have been straight out of the oven , was awesome.

Tried them on a recommendation from the guys at Warrenville Ace. We’ve had pizzas, beef combo, various other sandwiches & lots of orders of meat lasagna w/meat sauce. I like thier crunchy, well done fries too. We’ve never had a bad experience. Every bite delicious. The owner is cooking & doing something right.

Doesnt know the difference between garlic sauce and garlic with alfredo never did I ever ask for garlic as a topping your staff who takes orders over the phone clearly cant understand peoples requests either and when. You call and complain they wont resend owner said the garlic isnt whole or In chucks but I cant even eat my pizza GFYS

My job ordered food from here and the Chicken was amazing everything else i could’ve made myself. I called in on Saturday to place a order for delivery and the Manager Mark took my order and he was very rude and unpleasant. I asked if I could have a four piece wing and substitute the breadsticks for pasta and he began to go on saying you’re asking about chicken and pasta which one do you want. I asked him his name he said “Mark I’m the owner I’ve been doing this for 20 years” and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend this place it’s not worth dealing with the rudeness.

Food was pretty good/fast and the serving sizes are large. I was not a fan of the garlic bread though. They actually tasted like they were defrosted, and not fresh. They also weren’t very garlicky; only a slight garlic hint at best.My other annoyance was that the pasta dinners For take out are served in metal containers. If you eat out of them with a metal fork you get a super gross magnetic/metal taste in your mouth. They should consider switching to plastic containers instead.Other than that, the place was good and would come again.

Woah, we came by here accidentally and we are so happy we did. I only wish we lived closer. I had eggplant parmesan and the wife had a meatball sub. The sauce is to die for. The eggplant was cooked just right. The kids had pizza and it was a large slice and delicious. The price for 4 meals was ridiculously cheap.

This place is amazing the pizza is just phenomenal I live 20 min away and i will drive here just to have there food the fried mushrooms are one of my favorites and the wings!!! But what makes this place the best is that the customer service is even better they are nice and fast at bringing your food out they are will to do everything to make sure your visit here is the best this is a place I will come as long as i live here! I would give it 10 stars of I had a options and Im not joking about that

Rona Ds is one of My favorite pizzas I have never been unhappy with any pizza Ive gotten from there.

Me and my family stopped by, to dine in. We are not from the area so we checked google maps. This place is more carry out than dining in, even if they have 3-4 tables. The lady at the cash register was not friendly or polite with us. We had chicken wings and the house pizza which were good and affordable. One gentleman from the back , I guess was the owner, was extremely polite with us, asking us if we need something all the time.To order from this place I strongly recommend, since people were coming in and pick up their orders continuously.To dine in .....................

I used Roma Ditalia to cater my outdoor wedding. Food was wonderful, Greg was very helpful and easy to work with when planning, gave me everything I needed and I didnt have to worry at all. The food was fantastic! I only wish I had a chance to eat more of it. Me and my husband will be coming in soon to get a plate of what we missed! Thank you!

My wife and I love grabbing a slice here for lunch! We get delivery quite a bit as well, definitely get the beer nuggets!

Some of the best pizza around! The Roma D chicken ranch pizza with bacon added is a creation fit for gods! Italian beefs with mozzarella cheese, fried mushrooms, fried chicken, its all good!

First off let me say this. If youre going to Roma D for ambiance and looks, dont. Its a small little place with a few tables and chairs and if youre a shallow minded person that will not bode well with you. That said, I go to Roma D for one reason, the Italian Beef sandwich with Mozz! The best Italian Beef next to Buona Beef. I highly recommend it as well as their pizza. Again, dont go in expecting opulence, you wont find it, simple food for simple people. Prices are decent, its not a save you money thing but reasonable for the fare.
