I had to wait more than half and hour just to be served a quick bowl of rice and tofu vegetables and they told it was because they didnt register me properly on their system. Terrible service and very average food. Dont bother coming here!

Terrible service, place an order and come back after 1 hour, they said they havent made it and have to wait for another 30 mins. Absolutely a joke!

Limited opening hours for a city foodary. No rolls available at 11am. Disappointing

I placed an order here through Ritual, it told me it was ready for pick up. I arrived and they said their ritual machine is broken and don’t have time to make my order. Told me to get a refund through ritual. Didn’t apologise or ask if I would like something else to the equal value of what I paid. This Roll’d has the worst customer service I’ve seen. I will not be coming back to this Roll’d again.

Pricey but great taste & ambiance

Tried EatClub for the first time and made a booking. Couldnt access the building on Spring St, so we tried OConnell Street. Turns out the place had already closed (8pmbefore our booking time (8:05pmdespite the app advertising until 9pm.

15min wait. Staff all look a bit new. Didn’t get my order fully right.

Staff are not properly trained to serve here. I ordered every day from this outlet this week and for the first day, I ordered a Banh Mi with no carrots and chilli but with extra lettuce. The staff happily complied with the request. Second day I went in, the staff said no it cannot be done and won’t accept the request. Third day I went in again and they said yes, and complied with the request. Today I went in again with the same order and they said no it cannot be done! Absolutely perplex with the inconsistency of this place! For a shop that does not pre-make orders and have a lot of raw materials available on the benchtop (especially that shredded lettucebut cannot comply with special requests, this is extremely disappointing and management needs to look into it. Will never return.

It is good quick lunch. Good things you can choose size of noodles. Soup noodles are quite tasty.

Food came to me cold, i called the restaurant and spoke to the friendly Tung who advised me to call Uber Eats and also provided their number. After Tung offered to replace the items, Uber Eats refused to send another driver even at the restaurants expense. Tung then booked a normal Uber from his end to deliver my food to me quickly and even with some additional items thrown in. Then messaged me to make sure all was ok! Absolutely above and beyond service. 5 stars.

A bit disappointed with todays Roast pork and crackling Bun. There was barely any crackling and the crackling was chewy.

Pork roll + Drink = 13 dollars. Hoping the price met its quality, however pork belly was tough, bun was dry and half the size of what you usually get at Viet stores. Feel absolutely...Rolld

Fresh, tasty and quick vietnamese. The Banh Mi rolls are yum!
