Rockstone's Office [Rockz Waakye / Django Bar / AftaWerk] - Fast food restaurant in Accra, Ghana
Best night waakye in the city.Location is perfect ! Good vibe.Anytime you are out late, and want to eat or something to wake-up to eat after your night out without stepping out of the house, Rockstones waakye is the perfect meal.Would recommend this place for anyone. You will love the food and the packaging.
Very fast no delays
Had early Saturday morning waakye here with the family. Very pleasant atmosphere, lovely vibe. Some of the ladies could do with training in customer care (they need to be a bit more courteous and warmand politeness. Otherwise not bad at all.
The waakye was goooood. It tasted authentic and local. Well done to the team. My only gripe is that the pieces of meat were quite small and t was quite expensive. But otherwise the quality was there. Great job!
Very bad...shito burnt...oil for stew bad....worse waakye in Ghana.Too bad..
The waakye is great actually. Ill be returning, hungry for more
Nice waakye venue on a Saturday morning, either before you go home from the club or after you finish your morning walk... the food is on point.
I am very picky when it comes to food so I never tried the food here, but coming from Abidjan and visiting friends in Accra, it seems like this spot is where folks get food after the club. My friend loves the waakye (made out of rice, black beans, spaghetti, and a boiled eggfrom here. I love the way the dish is served in a banana leaf. We came in around 4:00 am and we got the food in few minutes. Service was excellent.
Overall the waakye is good and shito also good and spicy. My only concern is the shito has too many visible hard seeds in them. It won’t hurt to grind everything properly because 1 in 50 people consuming it might end up with appendicitis. If it’s smooth, it’s safe for everyone even kids. Please consider it.
Love the place... Waakye tastes delicious.. Good customer service..
I did not go there when there was a crowd. But I realized the big parking space ... Very easily accessible.... And lastly the convenience of security. I was impressed.
24/7 waakye available. Kudos Grandpapa✌️
The best waakye in Accra, open 24 hours Friday through Sunday. They could be charging 50+ but its only 30 and definitely worth it. Reggie is one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet and always a fun educational experience talking to the hiplife originator.
Killah waakye! The best in Accra, hands down. 10/10
Waakye Off the chain ⛓️ amazing
Food was good as well as the cocktails. We sat downstairs so music wasnt too loud which was very good and the owners are very pleasant
Place suitable for food orders and night pub.
Waayke on point. I love the shito. It brings back nice childhood memories. My waakye plug anyday
The waakye was superb and the shito was so good....great experience
Was a privilege to meet Reggie Rockstone...such a down to earth legend
Best waakye I ate in Ghana, with different toppings too. Great staff, great host
Nice place for late nightout. Food and pub/clubbing on point
Chill to the boneLove the place like crazy and the waakye is impeccable
Great place to eat and enjoy.. 👌
Amazing waakye, the shito was flavorfull but very spicy. 👌 wele Ive ever had
Cool space for relaxation yhe Afta Werk. And the waakye try and thank me later, good for travels. Packaging on point
The waakye was great. Worth the hype, however, i waited close to an hour at the car park to receive my order. Customer service can do better. Some renovation will also make the outside especially look attractive.
Very polite workers. Ive picked up food from here on many occasions and I must say they are always on time. No customer has complained to me about their food before. You must know that Rockstones office is not just a restaurant, it has a lot of activities going on there
Rice and beans (waakye), had my meal out side. The mixed flavors and textures is the bomb. Well cooked rice and beans, excellent seasoned stew, crunchy veggies and just right soaked gari accompanied with fried plantains topped with a boiled egg served in authentic leaves on a plate. Shito (pepperon the side. My my my! Rockz Waakye ROCKS!! Your pick of drinks.
A good place to hangout after work. Rooftop, good music from the famous DJ Grand Master Nii.. Had too much to drink, their waakye can destroy any hangover.
The only place in the world you can find Waakye in a jar. Great food and good vibes. Ask for the owner Reggie Rockstone
Some of the best wakye you can find in town! Decent portions with the right flavor in the gravy and the shito
The waakye is unremarkable, and the place is run down. Not consistent with the Rockstone brand. Still, a few touches here and there could bring back the glitz. I will not bet against Reggie.
Rockz waakye, cant go wrong at dawn. Charle the waakye increased my life span. No joke!!!
Really tasty waakye. Excellent food, though its more on the pricey side. Also they could invest in renovations of the place with air conditioning running while business is in service indoors.
So Lovely and Sweet, will Visit Again when Ever I come to Ghana 🥰🥰🥰🥰
One of the best waakye joints in the heart of Accra. Customer was on point. The traditional presentation of the food adds a lot of fun to the food. I bet you that there are only few places in Accra to get such kind of presentation. The pricing is moderate per mid-class income earner. There is enough parking space and disability friendly.Pass by one of these days and thank me later!
Great ambiance and good service. It gets pretty warm though. I havent tried the food myself because I usually go there after dinner time but my friends say its good; the drinks are good too. You should stop by on Thursday nights for game night with Ridwan; fun!
Amazing experience. It is rare to find a spot anywhere in the world that brings class and comfort together so well. The atmosphere is polished but the vibe is so homey you feel like you are hanging with family. Everything was perfect; the food, music, and fellow patrons. But perhaps the highlight of the night was meeting the owner Reggie Rockstone, the God father of Hiplife. #icon. He was just was cool and classy as Rockstones Office. This place is perfect for a date or just hanging with friends.
Came back after a year, this time at night and the place was quite different. What a night it was - Just Music is one great stuff. The music, the food, the cocktails, the people was on point. Youre bound to make new friends.Id love to go back again.
Cool place to hangout on a Friday and Saturday night. Good music and some nice cocktails
Rooftop open bar. Swing through, from 6pm daily to wait out Accra traffic times. Best place to be on a Friday night. Good Food, Music, People. Warm presence of Owners. Good priced drinks. Great place to be! Afterwerk!
Aftawerk is a nice place to book for waakye. The shito is very nice and a plate comes at 20 cedis and 25 cedis. You dont have to come here very hungry expecting your food very snappi. The customer service isnt encouraging from my experience. My table had to wait for long minutes before we could get anything extra. From extra shito to extra refills and even tissue. Afterwerk is the right venue to meet some of Ghana music celebrities.
Love it! I have ventured this space twice and still have nice memories every time I get into their vicinity. Big up to Reggie Rockstone and management! I would really love to go on a date with my special one in their environment; it cozy in the evenings. I still remember scenes of corporate people driving into their parking space and moving straight upstairs for their meet-ups and relaxations.
I ordered off Jumia Food and both the waakye and yam chips and wings were absolutely delightful
Theres a cool vibe to the whole complex. Hung out mostly in AftaWerk and liked it.
If you are not in heaven..Then you have to be here every tuesday..Its always lit!!!Never fails...
Nice place to be. "Just Music" is a music concert that takes place at this place every Tuesday from 6pm to 9 pm. This event seeks to expose up and rising singers to patrons. Attend with your friends, family and dates. A lot of food, drinks and fun awaits you.
Its nice place with many facilities. There open sky place for fresh air. Theres a big car park. Theres a pool. Its a place to be
Great space, nice open air (with a beautiful roofroof-top bar.. Great music, ambience, sophisticated crowd scene, very relaxing. Very good bar food, and reasonably priced drinks. Definitely the place to be on a Wednesday evening.
