i ordered a couple of items yesterday, and everything was amazing! i’m not too sure who i spoke to on the phone, but she was very polite. :she went over my order with me, to assure everything was correct, and it was ready exactly when she quoted! great service; love rock n roll sushi!

Sushi was delicious, service was excellent. Cool place to very visit, loved the atmosphere.

I went and had a great experience. Doesnt look like much on the outside but has a super cool atmosphere on the inside. Food was great, service was great, had a great drink from the bar. A+ experience

Wow - I was late to the table. Rock-N-Roll Sushi is absolutely a crowd pleaser. From food to the drinks to the videos to the service. I was pleased. Will quote my mate "good stuff". Bella is a top notch server.

Very polite staff. They had a new trainee who did a great job. Love the atmosphere. Surprised to find at little town like Gadsden.

Parents loved it. You will pay for it though. For 4 people it was about $200 including tip. But the food and experience was worth it.

I had no idea that there was even sushi in Gadsden Alabama! It was excellent and the place has a cool ambience. They do the whole rock and roll and sushi thing very well. Highly recommend!

1. Try the Groupie Roll is out of this world.I would have given this place a 5 star review. I waited at the door for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I didn’t know you can sit wherever you like. Maybe because they were changing shifts, however I stood at the door listening to two whole songs, 1 by Foo Fighters and also a whole song from White Snake before I approached the bar only to find out you can sit wherever you like. Summer G did a great job. Also convenient because you can pay directly from your phone.

Can I or anyone, say sushi because that’s what I ate tonight. Enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. My friends and I went out for a bite to eat. The food was worth the drive to Rock n Roll Sushi. The different types of sushi offered will leave your taste buds wanting more. Loved my Japanese bagel rolls, Crispy crab wontons, Sunset strip rolls, and Spicy crawfish rolls. I go here often enough to have an experienced taste of the menu, because my wife loves it. I dont hate the place but it seems like every time I go there I spend MORE money. I know we live in difficult times right now but im usually spending upwards of 90 dollars for one sushi roll, 2 bowls of Ramen, and a steak fried rice.The quality is definitely decent. The ramen is good and a decent size but definitely not an upward to $15/$16 worth of good.The staff is super delightful and helpful though. They are great people with good music taste. That does help when Im paying my wild bill.

The place needs to expand, they are usually busy with all the customers. They have great service, great food, bit expensive, but very worth it. Great staff, great decor/ atmosphere! I highly recommend it!

Last night I called to place an order about 15 minutes before 9 & no one answered my phone call. I proceeded on to the store where the doors were still unlocked at 8:49 so I walk my pregnant self in to place a quick to go order(1 California rollwhich I had tried to call ahead to place & was denied food because the workers had already put everything up. I proceeded to tell them that I had called ahead and very rudely they told me that I was to late & they would not be taking my order. I explained to them I came a very long way(from Piedmontto satisfy a craving and that the restaurant says they did not close until 9. They looked away from me and continued to gossip and ignore me. I am not happy with the service crew at all. If they closed at 8:49 then why were the doors still unlocked when the sign says they close at 9. I only wanted what one server quoted as, “the quickest thing to make on the menu!”The Sushi Chef Kera, was AMAZING in resolving my issue! Thank you so much for the quick response! I will definitely continue eating and dining with you guys!

Came in for a late lunch. The place was slammed packed as they were having a St. Paddys day celebration around town. We sat with a large party (10 pplwe were seated in about 10 minutes which was pretty solid for the volume happening at the time. Drinks arrived in a timely manor taking into consideration how busy they were. I had a couple of sushi rolls , which were awesome. The rest of my party ordered various items,(Hibachi plateswhich came out ice cold.One person in our party ended up not eating at all. Upon asking for the manager for notify them of the condition of the food, we were met with a defensive attitude and an explanation of being understaffed (I guess due to call outs that daywhich as a service industry professional I can understand happens I was a bit perturbed with the attitude of the manager, and our waitress, who relinquished control of the table to said manager after becoming overwhelmed. Taking into consideration the state of staffing for the restaurant industry at this time, I understand the stress levels but we work in this industry to serve people, and even when things go wrong we are there to do our best and make corrections. I would probably not re-visit this specific Rock and Roll, but definitely try another location as their sushi was pretty awesome!! Two stars for the attitude(sof the staff. I would give the food I had 4 if I could.

Their hibachi vegetables and fried rice were the best Ive had in a long time. Very flavorful and tender, paired well with the Jailbreak and Meathead sushi rolls. It was date night so we opted for the deep fried cheese and it was very good! Our waitress was new but she did a great job helping us choose.

Sushi was pretty good. Service was outstanding by Amber. Price on the kids meal was a little high but five star anyway.

We came in on a Friday night and got seated promptly and was quickly greeted by our server, Mary. She was very sweet! My order was wrong and they ended up deep frying the mango inside of my role instead of putting it on top, she quickly fixed it and my rolls were remade and brought out very quickly made correctly and hot! Excellent customer service no doubt!Gadsden is far better than Trussville. Trussville’s manager doesn’t care and is rude about fixing cold fried sushi. Trussville location also fed everyone in the restaurant and my remake of my cold food finally came out 45 minutes later. We won’t be back to trussville it’s a bad experience every time.Gadsden has far better service and Mary was so sweet and attentive! We will be regulars of the Gadsden location 😁

My favorite sushi spot hands down. My wife and I travel from Calhoun County to get a bite as often as were able. Weve never been disappointed.

Favorite place to go for date night! Never had a sushi roll I didnt like there.Try the tour bus roll! Its great!

The food is ok but customer service is worth the wait. Elaina was our server and she was stellar. The staff had great chemistry , especially on a busy Friday night .

Went last night, 2/18, and it was amazing. My friend and I got the VIP roll and the groupie roll, definitely recommend. Our waitress, I believe her name was Elaina or E, was great. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend

Their sushi is so good. The atmosphere is pretty decent. Staff has always been friendly. We go here semi often and have never had a bad experience. Their cream cheese wontons are the best in town, by far.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! The ramen was fantastic as well! And the waitress, Chelsea was amazing! She was so nice and had wonderful energy! 10/10 will definitely be going again!

Im a huge sushi fan, and this stunned me! This has to be the best Ive ever had by far! The staff was very inviting, and on top of their game! We sat next to their quad-display TVs where Rock & Roll was at a super comfortable sound level. It was a vibe! Id reccomend anyone who loves sushi or SLAMMIN Ramen to take a trip to this joint. Fully worth my time and money!! 5/5 Stars? Only because I cant rate higher!!!

Food was great! Was disappointed that my Guns and Roses roll wasnt on the menu, but my friendly waitress told me they had changed the name. Everything was prepared to perfection and our waitress was amazing! Entire establishment was clean including the restroom!

Omg! Where to start... Sushi was the best Ive had. Period. Great variety, Original and classic rolls, fresh ingredients quality through and through.Now for the service- out server Rachel was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and gracious.Would recommend 12/10.

Rock-N-Roll Sushi consistently provides great sushi with great service. Ive done several take out orders from there and they always get my order right and have prompt service. The employees are always friendly and positive as well! I would recommend them to anyone that wants good food with a good atmosphere!

The jalapeno crab wontons are what keeps me coming back! They are amazing! I cant give 5 stars because of the slow service. I always have to wait 5-10 mins for a waitress to even take my drink order. Once I even waited 30 mins before they got my order taken and then another 45 to get my order. Granted they were a little bit busy, but I dont think its ever reasonable to wait 30 mins to place an order once already being seated.

For those of you that loved RnR Sushi in Birmingham we finally have it here. Traditional sushi is served too but the treat is there unique creations. Very good! Support this place!

Staff was wonderful. Met the owner and he is super ambitious and doesnt lack on quality. Everything was prepared beautifully and delicious. Servers know the game. Recommend to everyone.
