Great place for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Can sit outside or head to the broad walk.

I cannot say enough good things about this young lady who works early in the morning under pressure. She is usually the only person there and sometimes may have 7-10 people in line and keeps her cool and always is friendly. what a great experience to wake up to in the morning. thank you so much and keep up the good work!!

Was just here today getting breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. Couldnt eat the hasbrowns because Im pretty sure they were 3 days old and cooked like 4 times yuck.

Robins donuts Gimli is great! Good staff and good food. The food is fresh and so is the coffee. Dont even waste your time with the other coffee franchise in Gimli.

Wow! So nice to have Robins in the hotel and this morning I was offered a Dark Roast coffee.I have to say it was delicious and the grandkids and our son are loving the donuts and breakfast sandwiches.Nice to see all the friendly faces of the staff each day and listen to them as they greet their regulars

My husband ordered a couple of Breakfast Biscuits this afternoon and they were just horrible. They were so crumbly we couldnt even butter them...they just fell to pieces and had to be eaten with a fork....pretty sad. The clerk said they were just made this morning so if thats the case... then they are over mixing the batter...as they do not have any consistency that holds them together. Very disappointing.

Love the coffee and service was great!!

Had a small breakfast here. Ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and a coffee and a tea. One of the bagels was fine one was toasted until it was burnt which was unfortunate. Not enough cream cheese on either bagel. Tea was just ok and coffee was just ok.

Love the experience, the people who work there are very friendly. The owner goes out of her way to treat every customer with respect.Love the coffee!

This Robins has alot of space to sit and enjoy a good cup of coffee and dessert with friends. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The store is clean and offers free Wi-Fi. Sit next to the fireplace for some comfy warmth.

Its been along time since I visited this robins stopped by from doing a road trip . The coffee was good very hot too I also got an egg sandwich and a hashbrown both were good . A great place and an old manitoba staple.

Exactly as expected. Good coffee and donuts. Honey glazed is good. Disappointed, couldnt manage to get internet, maybe just me? Moderately busy, nice servers. 👍

Not a great experience. I booked a weekend away from the city and stayed at Lakeview resort. On our last day my 2 young children decided to grab something quick for the ride home to Winnipeg. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude (older blonde lady, dressed in all black). Advised me I was not allowed to be there with my 2 children as it was 1 per household...my kids are small and not of age to be left alone or unattended. The lady made this comment out loud infront of other customers. Very unprofessional. I advised her im here alone with my kids and was not about to leave them alone in the hotel room. She mumbled under her breath and made comments about us to the other worker behind the counter while I was literally still paying for my order.

The three staff were very friendly today. I bought a muffin and they were willing to cut it into quarters for me, that was really appreciated. The coffee was very good too. And a bonus was that they were open on a Sunday, the Tim Hortons and Subway in town are often closed on Sundays so it was nice to have Robins as an option!

Very disappointed as I love Robins. Service was beyond slow. There were 3 workers and we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts. The cranberry chicken sandwich had 2 cranberries and almost no chicken on it. We didnt get the donuts we ordered and coffee was cold.

I tried the Mighty Viking donut here. Absolutely wonderful!!

Unfortunately not very good, which is surprising as I have eaten here before and was satisfied. The coffee was only luke warm, service was incredibly slow even though there were lots of staff and few customers at that time...and our veggies and dip was moldy.

2 out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered were made incorrectly and they were all pretty cold. Ice coffee was decent but breakfast was definitely a let down

I really like their coffee and their donuts blow Tim Hortons out of the water.

Best apple fritters ever! I prefer going here over Tim Hortons any day. I only wish their coffee was more consistent as sometimes it tastes watered down. Maybe the consistency would be improved with a sugar/creme dispenser versus manual dispensing who knows. Otherwise its good.

ROBINS Coffee is weaker than I Iike it, but enjoy their breakwiches! It has more room than Tim Hortons in Gimli. Neither has their own washroom...

Nothing more than you would expect. Pastries are decent but lack of tea/coffee options for most individuals is a challenge. If your looking for high quality, check Flatlanders.

I was very surprised to see a Robins Donuts open in Gimli. I was actually happy for them as I felt that the Robins Donuts chain did not have much time left after losing the majority of their stores over the past twenty years as places like Tim Hortons and Starbucks only got stronger in the Winnipeg market. The location is fantastic with a well lit corner spot in the Lakeview hotel and offering traditional coffee shop items at low prices with fairly good hours (for Gimli).However, thats basically all the good things I can say about this Robins. The food including donuts as pasteries look good yet are fairly bland. The sandwiches are really nothing special, the coffee is not great, and the atmosphere manages to be brand new and well kept yet outdated at the same time. Robins did not make enough of an effort to be competitive in Winnipeg and Tim Hortons all but obliterated them. Now with a Tim Hortons in Gimli I cant imagine that this already second rate coffee shop can manage to compete.

Robins Eggs were so dry and old we threw them out half way. Every one we ate we had to choke down with a gulp of water.
