ROBAN Hotels is currently undergoing total remodeling/renewal. It is shut down as a result. Hopefully, it shall emerge a tweaked Hospitality outfit with greater patron experience.May their expectations not be cut off!

I was traveling and booked a room online at this hotel.When I got here, the hotel was under full renovation.Till today Im still asking why did you accept payment of youre not functioning? Or why didnt you indicate on your website that youre under closure??

A budget hotel with clean premises & courteous staff but with need for upgrade in facilities to keep up with current trend in the hospitality sector. There are no complimentary services not even water or basic necessity for tea. Air-conditioning is unable to match the heat.

There services are very satisfactory i had a wonderful experience there. A good hotel that is suitable for persons of all ages.

It is a clean hotel,there is electricity,there is hot water,the AC works very well, and the staff are friendly.

Its an amazing place to lodge while on business trips

Got a double deluxe en suite but there were 2 baby cockroaches in my toilet when I opened the room. Matresses are rather hard and uncomfortable and personnel service was annoying. Wasn’t informed that breakfast ended at 10 and i went down at 10:22 to get my breakfast (which isn’t free lol, N100 chargeand then was told I’m outside of the eligibility period🥴 ACs were nice though.The hotel restaurant also has outrageously inflated prices to the point it’s actually laughable. Bottled 5 Alive has RRP of N300 written on it but they still tried to charge me N850 for it LOL, interesting and they also seem to lack 50% of the items on the actual menu which was helpful too. Need to improve a lot of things here, very regrettable night

I payed for the double deluxe ensuite. There were cockroaches and insects in my bathroom. The air conditioner wasnt working. The pillow cases did not look clean. The staff didnt even inform us about the complementary breakfast or the breakfast time. This will be my first and last time at this hotel. It was not worth the moneya. I would not recommend it to my worst enemh

An amazing hotel with good conference hall. It is located at the centre of Enugu and its owned by Sir Rob. Anwatu who is also the owner of Roban Stores that sells varieties of products.The hotel is also very neat with rooms of affordable prices from N7000 to N54000. The conference hall is about N150,000. I recommend Roban hotels to Enughu visitors looking for a calm place to stay in Enugu with good customer service

It has a nice environment but its not by the road side.

Its a clean, calm and cool environment. Its a place where you can have a true hotel experience with a receptive warm smile. The staff are almost always at your beck and call attending to you.It has a gym, restaurant and a bar serving only guests. It has a driving service too. It also has a hall for all kinds of positive events that may serve capacity if about 250 - 500 (its a guess though).It had suites, twin bed room, single bed room and rooms to accommodate different individuals and choicesIf you like a noiseless environment, you can think Roban Hotel

The hotel is fine,the rooms look very similar the pricing differentiates the rooms and are little pricey depending on your budget but in all its a beautiful hotel.

Medium class hotel and rooms are small but rate of room is cheap. You can book rooms by jumia on-line too. Hotel is at Enugu, independence layout area.

The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and is located in a seren environment.

After a busy day the need for a quiet recreation and relaxation point becomes dare. Roban Hotel Enugu makes you not only comfortable but relaxed. The courtesy from the staff is wonderful. The meals sumptuous. The experience wonderful. I look forward to another visit to Roban Hotel Enugu.

Had a great time there, but they need to increase there parking space

Environment is good, location is perfect for someone who needs to get away from all the craziness around. Customer service is satisfactory. How ever the rooms and furniture need to be renovated for me to give them a 4star.

10 x 10 room.....then upgrade.....one plug point had to literally beg for a multi point.....no menu in the room....worst of all no internet....which is proudly shouted out..free WiFi all thru the hotel.....not one bar.....answer from front desk....everyones using it - cannot fix your problem.....this really got my goat!!!Poor.....Poor...... really Poor!!!Came here with lot of expectations....

I have visited and stayed here on different occasions. The staff are very friendly, honest and trained. Some of the rooms are quite small so it would be wise to check out the rooms before payment. The security is good.
