The place has had some remodelling but unfortunately the food is nothing to write home about. The meat was soft but not as tasty and the mukimo was bland. So disappointed

They should consider having enough milk for the tea lovers and soup too.Their meals are just okay

Same ol Roasters. I still dont see the big deal about it even after it was rebranded to Luke Hotel on one side and Roasters on the other side...or whatever they did. Still feels like the old drab place, just now cleaner and with tiling. Not my cup of team to be honest.

And mostly, demotivated...Well, my fish took HOURS... 2HOURS TO GET READY ,with brunched fries.. WOW.Now, like having BURNT ONIONS wasnt enough,the fish wasnt well washed off its intestines and was bitter,Leaving hungry want enough pain..My tea was bland, tasteless and seemed that a barrell of water was used with a single litre of milk.I never bothered to finish it.The manager/Supervisor at 8.00pm,"Had Gone home" , the kind Betty waitress adviced.

Great ambiance! Amazing Place for swimming if you are looking for a spot along Thika rd.Table service was slow but the wet fry chicken was soft and tasty. The fries potions were small and not worth the 200bob...

The service was really bad. They took forever and then just didnt bring an omelette out and we had to ask them why it never came and they said they were out of eggs. Please tell me so I can order something else instead of waiting for food that wont come.Also, they started charging 300 ksh per person at the door? I wouldnt mind paying a voucher so youll know Ill spend a minimum amount but this fee is new and just an added cost for nothing.Would have been faster and more enjoyable just to eat at home. The place is pretty, tho.

If you want to have a subtle, blissful night out in Nairobi, this is the place to be. The customer service is great, the music will have you getting down on the dance floor and you can enjoy the ambiance while you sleep a glass of their assorted liquor

It was rebranded to the Luke hotel. The ambiance is good, waiting staff are friendly though they could do with more for quicker services. Their roast meat is to fie for very scrumptious they also have a large selection of drinks, the prices are fair. Parking is large, well organized and secure. You can walk-in anytime too. Other facilities include; conference rooms, swimming pool, buffet, bed and breakfast etc.

Was there on 23/10/21...very disappointed! Very poor customer service and some waitresses have this bad attitude. The nyama choma was pathetic..very hard and it came cold..mind you we had waited like for 2hrs...the accompaniments were brought 1hr after the nyama choma. The supervisor was even overwhelmed by the number of complaints! Exaggerated bills as well!!!!

Nice place for conferences and group meetings. They got nice food on their menu. They have tasty barbecue. They have ample parking space. Nice music band. The experience is enjoyable. I give them a four star because they serve slow. Not good if in a hurry.

Roasters is well located. Not easy to miss as its along the road. The parking is congested during the night hours but the staff at the gate help you get space. The place is known for meat so I went to try it out. Their meat is nice. Not as great as expected but it was above average. (Please dont mind my criticism Im a Chef so it comes naturally). Their accompaniments and side dishes are great no complaints. They have a wide variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic which makes it easy to choose. Also a plus point is while I was enjoying my goat ribs, my kid was playing in their kids arena.Generally its a nice place to go over for the weekend and unwind. They are open til late so no need to factor in time.

The ambience is okay. Able to hold two separate functions.
