Road Trip Bar & Grill - Bar & grill in Nicosia, Cyprus
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed. It is very nice decorated. 😊 Delicious breakfast and very nice staff. As a minus is the fact that the hotel is located in a bad neighborhood, there are lots of homeless people in the area and you dont fell safe...
Fantastic, hype, super vibe hotel, with fresh atmosphere. All staff very helpful, always smiling, super funny.Book dinner at Shuka restaurant (you must reserve).
The hotel is amazing, with great decor and service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well equiped, they even have a free mini bar too 🙂.The only downside, which is to no fault of the hotel is the neighborhood, the hotel is just outside the red light district, which is very rough and is not the safest, however if you avoid walking through Karlsplatz and go left towards the main road it is safe and clean.
I was in town for business. The neighborhood is quite (verysketchy. Checked out after the first night because of that (originally planned on staying 4and the hotel was not accommodating or understanding at all. They charged the entire stay for our entire group (then gave a 10% discount when I wanted to keep the rooms…still not enough as all hotels usually have 24 hour cancellation policies)
Urban hotell .. lots of color and funny interior .. i would go back here if it wasnt in the middle of junky central
Nice hotel but horrible surroundings with lowlife people wandering day and night ; breakfast service is an absolute disaster, good idea with a menu you can order and is served at table but staff is completely lost, demotivated and / or exhausted, a couple of days never received the order, long waiting time to receive the food and continuos mistakes delivering the orders.
I love the hotel and the hotel chain! They do quite a few things right and much better than many other hotels! They include the minibar, they offer you housekeeping or to plant a tree, they say „Du“, the rooms are beautiful, well equipped and excellently thought out and so much more!On top I want to highlight the reception dude who checked me in and out - good guy (for privacy reasons not named)! But dear 25h hotel please reward his great work and attitude 🙏🏻🍀❤️
Hotel had no record of my travel, despite confirmations. Was put in a room with broken AC. Called front desk (to fix the ACand the restaurant (to order dinner). Phone rang on both numbers for several minutes with no answer. Apparently I’m lucky they had any rooms at all in this glorified hostel with gaggles of junkies outside. What a terrible way to run a business. I have recommended to my company that they do not send any other travelers here.
I am very loyal customer of the Accor group but this hotel was just simply unacceptable and super disappointing.- Check-in was fast but key cards could not be issued due to technical issues. Nobody was issuing the key cards later and handed those over. I had to go down to the reception and grab it. Zero pro-activeness.- No hot water: The one morning I was left without any hot water in the room. I was about to take a shower but no luck at all. After calling the facility team, it took them quite some time to get it fixed. By that time I was already supposed to start working - so no shower.- Elevator not operating: Short time only but still a piece in this puzzle, which makes me go for a 1 star rating.- Window could not be closed: Due to a broken part of the window, I was unable to close it. Hence, it was noisy in the night and- Breakfast is served in a bar next to the hotel, where the food quality as such is good. But the waiters are, most likely, not professional and forgot my orders. So, after one noisy night without a hot shower in the morning, I was left with a minimum breakfast. As a result, I did check out earlier and chose a different hotel. I did not want to stay any longer anymore - simply felt too uncomfortable.
very nice staff at the reception, fast and good working. Just at breakfast they were a bit stressed and unfriendly (no hello and good morning).Rooms are very clean and I like that you also have over there a speaker. The things in the mini fridge is free which is super friendly. They have a cool lobby to hang out and the interior is very nice.Beds are also very comfy. The area around is just a horrible place to walk around alone as a blond woman. So they have around it nice restaurants but its not fun to walk there. They also didnt let us know that the restaurant is closed on a monday when we asked to have dinner there.
Location is very near the main train station.Rooms are big and the decor is very cool and edgy. The hotel staff is a bunch of young, friendly and helpful people.10 Min walk to the financial hub/ downtown.Love the coffee and the chattah bread! Highly recommend that.I always love the 25hours chain and will choose to stay if they are in the city Im visiting. The only downside to this location.. Theres a street near the hotel which is slightly dodgy (druggies getting high).
Great hotel, convenient location within minutes of the main train station, lovely staff and room. They also have a cool rooftop area. The one drawback would be that the street the hotel is on doesnt seem to be the safest compared to the rest of Frankfurt with shady people loitering around daily. Something to watch out for if youre a lone traveler or walking back at night.
VERY cool hotel with only 5 mins walk from the Frankfurt main station. The decorations, amenities, common space (including a saunaand outdoor spaces are fantastic. Justttt one thing that there are a lot of junkies nearby, so just need to avoid that 😂 … also we’re here in winter and the shower has no proper door, so it’s veryyyy cold!
This Hotel, just a 5 minute walk away from the central station of Frankfurt is quite unique. The style ist modern and fresh with a good potion of Environment activism. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are Not very big, what is not a surprise in the City Center but they are unique created and have their own comfort. The minibar ist free. The WiFi too. You can work with it or even make online meetings. They have a small bar at the entrance area and a great israelish breakfast at the Restaurant next by. This Restaurant is amazing and also earns 5 Stars! The parking spot at the hotel is quite limited and also restricted to smaller vehicles cause of weight issues. The area around is suitable for every kind of activities or further travels.I will also check out the other hotels from the 25hours-group.
Great place, very nice food, clean rooms.Only detriment is the windows are not as soundproof as modern windows are supposed to be.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice, comfy beds, strong wifi, free minibar and friendly staff. The only negative is that the street next door is quite dirty so walking along that street and around it is not very nice at all.
Loved the hotel, like other 25 hours. Nice design, funky, lovely people, good price/quality value. I only wished, when I asked in the evening of Friday, if the area was safe, the receptionist would have told me which streets to avoid at night since its not the most pleasant stroll at night as a woman alone). Found the sauna and the free minibar cute surprises. I would come back but next time bring my own conditioner (apparently none of the 25 hours hotels have!I was packing light and wanted to bring only essentials.
Cool Hotel with friendly staff and very close to the train station. Perfect for business. Only draw back are the junkies and homeless people in the area. Very sad.
Super nice hotel, clean, kind team, comfortable rooms, very nice lobby, with small bar (12:00-20:00), with great snacks. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the breakfast. Its only tasty, all the rest was just horrible! Bad service, very slow and not welcoming, complicated ordering, VERY expensive, especially when considering the lousy value. And when one of our children dropped a glass, we ask for help, they gave us the cleaning equipment and sent us to clean it ourself..... rude
Staff was amazing at "The Trip"!!! Very hip and cool design of rooms and the hotel in general as usual with the 25hours. Even had a rooftop party going on on the weekend. It is also clean and well maintained. Right by the main station (which has its upsides and downsides!).
Friendly reception staff and cosy rooms, but we had to change our rooms twice because of the AC not working. Phone was also not working in one of the rooms.Neighborhood is pretty rough with a lot of poverty, homelessness and elicit behaviour making it difficult to walk all hours of the day. Especially on Moselstrabe StreetHousekeeping walked into the room at 9:00 am without knocking on the day we were checking out
Great stay.Friendly staff. Clean room.Breakfast was provided as a "lunch bag" for 14€. Included a wrap, orange, yogurt with Müsli, orange juice, Corny, large chocolate chip cookie and a hot beverage of choice. They have MINI cars which one can use for free to tour the city, that way a great perk. The mini bar was for free and included 2 chocolate Kinderriegel, a micro brewery beer, a Fritz Kola and 2 bottles of water.Surrounding is horrible. During the night people (drunk or drugswere screaming on the street. But I wanted a hotel close to the mainstation. So it was a good option for me.
I love this hotel and all the hotels from this brand. Its just perfect. The super friendly employees from the front desk to the housekeeping , they are all kind and professional individuals. The atmosphere is hip and laid back. I have stayed various times and what attracts me is the stylish avant garde design and general flow of the entire property. Thanks.
A good experience, cool vibe, stylish hotel.Great breakfast, hard working staff who tries to accommodate every customers. There was an issue: things was opened in the minibar and the keycard from someone else was in the room. But staff escalated this quickly and resolved this with a good gesture.Note: They don’t give welcome gift for Accor group platinum members. In general, great time. Thank you, will be back.
Lot‘s of good things about this hotel: Great design, thoughtful amenities (free minibar is great!and staff with a good vibe. Really enjoyed my stay! My favorite feature however is the sauna hut on the rooftop. Beware that the neighborhood is as bad as it can possibly get in all of Germany, it’s really a bad mess.
Amazing place! The mattress was to die for - so comfortable! Nice designed spaces, lovely and very helpful staff. The only minus is the neighbourhood. Yes, its super close to the main train station and is well communicated with the rest of the city, but the area is quite dodgy...
Location aside, the hotel is really nice with cool deco and friendly staff. I expect nothing less from 25hrs, who have, again, successfully created a fun and interesting hotel. However, as we cannot ignore location, I will share a word of caution. The hotel is right by the streets where drug dependents and homeless gather. Going out at night is not a pleasant experience and would recommend public transport or an Uber to get to and from your destination
Cool and nice hotel that provides good service for the price. Lots of nice little touches and super friendly service. Very close to the central train station. However if you mind the sight of junkies or homeless, you might wanna check their other hotel in Frankfurt.
Never have I ever get a better experience when staying in a hotel like staying in 25hours.All of their staff are very friendly, the room quality is very nice, and I would like to give extra points for all the natural products (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion). You can also borrow a mini cooper for free!!
Im not usually a fan of fancy design hotels; usually its just cute gimmicks which just end up annoying you. This hotel has these gimmicks, too (black toilets? really?).But it *also* just brings a quality in the furnishing and the service and the food that is above and beyond what youd otherwise get. Some of these things are really thought out and actually improve the stay (the shelf space for example, and the on-roof sauna). The nextdoor/inhouse restaurant is also fantastic; unlike any hotel restaurant Ive ever seen. There *was* a (loudwedding going on while we were at the hotel, and no one really told us or apologized. Didnt want to spoil the party, so we just put up with it. But I guess thats a rare occurence.
Loved my stay. Clean, nicely setup and designed. They have bicycles for rent on the premises which makes getting around town so much easier. The bicycle was light and fun, not the usual clunky thing.Only negative: I could not change the climate control in my room. It insisted on 23C (a bit more than 73Fwhich was too hot for me.
This is genuinely one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Frankfurt even over much posher options like Frankfurter Hof or Flemmings (!)The service desk is always very personable and each room has its own distinctive theme. I’ve stayed here maybe a dozen times and I’ve had a completely different room every single time. The rooms are quite spacious and offer a lot of cool stuff, like a speaker to use, and (sometimesa free bike to take around as you please. My only qualm is the lack of gym, which prevents me from going here every time I’m in Frankfurt.
The place of the hotel is very close to main train station. Room is big enough. Design of the room is nice. It has a sauna in the rooftop. It works well. There is no water boiler in the room. Lobby of the hotel is also nice.
Lovely hotel, decorated beautifully and different. Beds are comfortable. Sauna on the roof is great. Only thing is that theres no tea and coffee facilities in the room and the area around isnt great at night but OK once you know what streets to walk down which reception will help with.
Great place to stay, retro ambience , very practical and value for money.Parking available right next to the hotel.Has a very nice Israeli restaurant next door , also couple of clubs within 25 m for those who want to shake a leg or two.Hotel : gives you hotspot device so connectivity all the time and no roaming charges. Also, you can get a bike on rent for free.Couple of mini coopers are also available for free. Will definitely visit this hotel once again.
The hotel itself is good. Funky, themed rooms which are clean and relatively quiet. We were however right in the middle of a construction zone, so there was definitely some noise penetration. The other unfortunate aspect is that youre right beside the red light district, which has lots of shady characters and a very unsafe feeling. We were told it isnt dangerous, and nothing happened, but we certainly didnt feel safe.
The hotel is full of artistic spirits. The room was amazingly spacious, perfectly clean and gorgeous. This was beyond our expectation and imagination. The cafe we had breakfast was also filled with modern art spirits and almost inspiring. We had luck with the room but this hotel is absolutely challenging themselves to achieve new generations service like not just perfect but fully fun entertaining level. Some might not understand that but people should enjoy their spirits. Some of the streets around the hotel might look "not healthy" but you can take nicer way to get here (go left if you are coming from the central station until you find their streetand you might be surprised by the construction on the street, but calm down and find the tunnel-like way to the reception. The friendly staff will welcome you with warm smiles!
Warning: This place is under complete renovations until the end of summer 2018. We woke up at 8AM to loud concrete drilling right outside our window. The crane is blocking the entrance to the hotel, it is a nuisance entering and leaving the room to get around crane. As other users mentioned, it is in a really bad part of town. Drug use is rampant and open in the surrounding streets. We saw teenagers breaking in to a closed restaurant two blocks away. Peeing on the streets is the norm and everything stinks outside. Lots of shady characters - do NOT go out at night. The rooms are tastefully decorated and we loved the style, but some finishes are not practical. The shower leaks all over the floor and is difficult to adjust temperature. The sink is too shallow so water splashes everywhere. The curtains are mesh and see-through. Not good for the light-sensitive. Amenities are nice - theres a fridge in the room, a cute plush toy, and a bag you can borrow for the stay, but no coffee/tea.
Rooms are modest yet will stocked with amenities. They are clean and warm. The staff are very helpful and quick to offer suggestions if asked. The location is great for bike riders and strip bar goers. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay.
My favorite Hotel in Frankfurt and one of my favorite ever. Great 70s design and feel, if you hate the 70s an rock/psyché music its probably a place you should avoid :DThey have the Gibson room which is a room in the basement with instruments, you can just grab the key and jam with friends or other clients.Irma, the restaurant, is very nice, the staff is super helpful and always friendly. There is a nice bluetooth speaker in every room, there is also a bag you can use during your stay as well as a car (but I have never asked how it worksand bikes I believe.2 minutes walking from the train station, be careful to not roam around the hotel as this is not a nice area (FRA Red Light Districtbut it took me years to realize that, if you go straight from the train station to the hotel you dont see anything weird. They are getting bigger and they will soon have a sauna.25Hours hotels are really great, its more an experience than a stay in a hotel.
It was a fun and quirky hotel with themed rooms and hallways. The bunked beds was a cool change from the usual. We couldnt get the AC to cool the room to a comfortable temperature, even with the windows open. Thats the only gripe we had with our stay.
A few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel has very cool rooms selected for you by rock and roll genre. My room wasnt very large. It it was plenty for a single night. Hotel is well maintained. And as with other 25hours hotels, it has a great restaurant as well.
Outstanding cozy and stylish hotel with fantastic individualized interior. Restaurant and bar in the lobby are very good (try the hot stoneand rooms greatly equipped. Love that they have bluetooth speaker in the rooms. The good breakfast is a nice addition.
