Food variety is really good but inside the ambience requires creativity.

Clean, hygienic environment. Rooms are ok. Service is good, professional in approach, food average.

Not Value for Money... Old Rooms ... Breakfast Poor... Food Average... Location good... Budget a bit over as per room quality...

Yesterday, I went with a colleague and the atmosphere there, was quite cozy and well fit. The staffs were polite and well mannered. We ordered Nargisi koftas, Chicken kadhai, masala Kulchas, Aaloo dum and fruit custard with ice - cream The food was toothsome 😁 and they sure know how to make their diner happy and full. The quantity of the food was so great that we couldnt even finish half of our plate😂👍 and when we told the staff to pack our leftovers, he gave the full masala Kulchas instead of the half eaten one. Too good a service 👍

Never stayed there ,but attended no of CMEs in their conference room.Nice place to Hold small meets of 20 to 30 people .Food quality and service is good.

Prices are on a bit higher side as compared to the rooms. Rooms were compact and clean but mosquitos wont let you sleep all night. Windows were loose, which makes a sound when its windy. Very slow room service. The restaurant is the worst, slowest one ever. The food was below average but the prices are very high, not recommend for solo traveller.

Nyc hotel and their room service are too good.

Everything is good except just one thing. They forget about guests comfort when the owner visits. I had to park my bike outside during daytime as the owner had to park his car in the parking space.

Ground floor has Banquet hall, Top floor has restaurant area and remaining floors have hotel rooms. Nice and decent space available in Banquet hall to host party for various occasions. Menus served here are quite good and fresh, especially liked the veg menus. I would say the cook was good.Problem for parking area as the hotel parking premise is too small.Situated in prime location easy to locate.

Beautiful hotel in heart of city. Kind and caring staff with awesome food. A bit expensive with respect to facilities available but its worth paying because you get all facilities under one roof including party hall, restaurant and rooms. I recommend this hotel to my fellow tourists.

My overall experience with this restaurant is average. The food was not up to the mark. The quality of food didnt justify the high range price of this place. The decor n lighting was so-so.

Just one thing to say ..it has lost his old authenticity..we took 4 plates of chicken dum biriyani of 300 each.. whereas in other restaurants dum biriyani comes at 250-260 per plate..though food quality is good..but not quantity..prices arent reasonable enough

Tasty food, beautiful ambience.An awesome place for any party or celebration.

Good location. Good room amenities. But poor maintenance like torn sofa, defunct refrigerator, poor cable connection. And over and above out of 7 page feed menu you will get 2-3 options only. Breakfast dread may be exhausted anytime. So carry your food and dont go with high expectations.

Any Party in Silchar = Riya palace.Its so cliche, yet the service or the food has not deteriorated!! Love the variety they serve. The taste is good.. And service too!! Decorum is good, even banquet/conference area available.

I used to love this restaurant a lot before, just 2 days back while having dinner in riya, I saw two big mice near the dining tables. It will be better if proper care in taken on hygienic issues.

Beautiful ambiance, good people, great service, cozy rooms. Good view from the balcony of the hotel to the city. Good behaviour from the staffs side as well. Food was also better here. We had a good time over here. Recommended for families.

Loved it. Riya Palace hotel & restaurant. Good restaurant in silchar which I can prefer to my friends. I came here several times with my friends. Foods are delicious. Staff services are good. Ambiance, interior design are top notch. Not too much costly. Good for birthday party and family dinner/launch. Approx Rs 600 for two person including main course and starter. Must visit this hotel cum restaurant.

Worst experience ever in Silchar .Worst value for money room. Rent of a single room - 2100/-. AC not working . Commode Tank non functional.Food quality very poor.Hospitality extremely poor.Cleanliness score low

The food over there is not that great as we were expecting but is was not something too bad also. The place has a two storied restaurant sitting along with rooms for stay. The over all service was good but it was quite slow. Clean and hygienic halls, and rooms. Having parking space too.

Mainly it is a Hotel and Restaurant. Hotel is good. Restaurant is also good. The hospitality is not at par. You have to wait for a long to give your order. After sitting there they even didnt respond to their customers when there is more customers. They do not have any cash less facility. You have to take cash with you. Btw, quality is not bad.

the restaurant in this place is great! a good place to spend with friends and family. The food is also decent with the services as well! During occasions the environment and the ambience all around with the childrens park Infront makes it more convenient to locate with the help of a renowned landmark.would nott be disppointed at the restaurant and for the hotel since i am a localite there is no such requirement for me to share any experience out there.

Very good restaurant, very good standard. I am really very satisfied with the food served. A bit pricey for the general public but if you dont mind spending a bit extra for a delicious food and clean ambience and music, please go. It is really good for family meal. I see couples flocking in too. The service was also good, i waited for 15 mins and my food was on the table.been there twice already. Lighting is good, air condition and quiet place. A bit of rush during the festive season.You can get veg/non veg stuffs. Please try mushroom masala there, its really awesome. You only get basmati rice. They should put normal rice, roti is ₹ 25 per piece which is again a bi pricey. Rice is ₹100 bux but it can feed 2 people. They only receive cash, please take cash when you go to dine there. I did not see any wifi, i dont know if they have it. Indian food, chinese fast foods, are available. There are others too. 1 litre water bottle bisleri is served.

Well, the Riya Palace is one the best hotels present in Silchar . It has good number of food items and for me the foods are delicious. Also, the service of the waiters are good one. The sittings are also quite good and organized. People can organize events also here. The place is really hygienic one.

In this digital era they dont accept cards. Even though they claimed that that have GSTIN No. but they do not have any computerized printed instead they give hand written bill.Food price is little bit high as compared to food quality. Maximum time dessert/ice creams are not available.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Expensive not matching to facility and services. Staff are not friendly and arrogant , specially the two young guys in reception are very arrogant.The hotel is located near main road so new customers keep coming so they dont bother good facility and services.I felt I get cheated by them. Geizer and ac connected from one point, so you dont get both at same time.No electricity back up , so no power in night. Horrible food. Very bad service. The hotel owners dont really care.
