Elegant city view restaurant at a luxury hotel specialising in North West Indian cuisine & grills.
The experience was not at all 5 stars. The food was good but service was pathetic. There was only one single lady to serve 22 persons in our group. Also didnt expect basha fish in a fine dining restaurant.
Went for lunch along with my parents, overall experience was not that much greatAmbiance 3/5Hospitality 4/5 which needs to be improvedFood taste 4/5Food quality 4/5 there was a fly in one of the appetizers and they have replaced it immediately but as it is live kitchen they should maintain cleanliness and pest free further moreFood quantity 4/5Price 4/5
Love the food here, esp the north Indian dishes. Dal Makhani is the best in Bangalore.Must try the soup and starters. Eg Khumb kebab would just melt in your mouth.
Currently, Riwaz is unbeatable as far as entire spectrum of North Indian Cuisine is concerned. A great team led by Sandeep Kalra makes it a place to visit again and again. Simply fantabulous
Recently I have been to Riwaz on my anniversary with my wife. Here is my review1. Ambience - Worst ambience I have even seen, if you are looking for a ambience never visit this restaurant. It was very dull and boring with nothing special that you can feel you are in a 5 star hotel.2. Staff Behavior - Staff behaviour was not very friendly as I have seen in other 5 star restaurants and the worst thing while serving they never asked us and directly served in our plate. Usually I have seen that first they tell you the dish name and ask for your permission before serving.3. Taste - No doubt it was amazing and authentic. This was the only good thing about my experience4. Quantity - I ordered for Malai chicken tikka and they served 4 regular size pieces which I can not digest considering the cost of Rs. 1050 (excluding GST). Also since it was tikka so I was expecting atleast a mint chutney/dip but there was no such thing.5. Plating - Considering a 5 star restaurant the plating was nothing different then what my nearby restaurant serves. 5 star hotels are known for plating and the way they present their dishes. In main course I ordered Butter chicken, it was served in deep plate with no garnishing at all. Even a regular restaurant have courtesy to serve with coriander leaves or cream.6. Menu options - There were very less options in menu, we eat chicken and there was only 1 chicken dish so I have ordered that only (no doubt the taste was awesome).Final Verdict - If you are looking for an experience, dont go there, you will regret later and the cost was comparitively high considering the quantity and other 5 star hotels.

Liked the ambience. Visited to attend family function . Food was good.
I enjoyed 2 times the food there. First on my day arrival where I was alone where the waiter recommended me their lunch menu which was absolutely delicious and allowed me testing different courses. A second time with a big group where the service and the food were as good than when I was alone. Delicious food and smiling service
Loved the food. Great service. Definitely the best Indian food I have had.
Very nice food /chef must be complemented for authentic flavour and texture
Good Ambience, service and great food! Just worth it..This is our 2nd visit and we just love the place..
Good food .Good service nice place . Good hospitality. Should provide smokers zone also.
Excellent place for Indian style fine dining !
Very poor dinner experience. The food was far from fine dining and service wasn’t good either with multiple delays, difficulties in getting hot water etc. As an example, the paneer tikka was “basic” 3-4 pieces without other grilled vegetables. We could also hear the waiter yelling at the chef about delays clearly showing lack of management, in what wasn’t a very crowded weekday evening.
Awesome experience.. had a blast on my wifes birthday.
Best biryani
Helpful staff, specially Mr Vishesh. Yummy biryani prepared & seved by the Chef. Juicy succulent appetizers
My party place
Great hospitality Good food and ambience
Riwaz has been one of my best Indian fine dining experiences in Bangalore. The entire experience right from the starters, service and dessert was commendable. The staff was extremely accommodating and catered to all our needs. The sheekh kebab has to be one of my favourites, which was made to absolute perfection. I can vouch that the meaning of the name Riwaz has really been inculcated by everyone at the restaurant. A special mention to Vishwesh and Abhishek for making this experience one of a kind for my family and me.
Excellent Food.
Amazing ambience, courteous staff and great on taste

Had North Indian thalis. Delicious. Prompt attentive service
Ambitious place not crowded... Good place to relax
Amazing authentic traditional food!Great service, Binod hosted graciously and gave us perfect recommendations for a balanced diverse menu.Simply delicious!
Thumbs up for the biryani and service 👍🏻
Awesome
The food tastes good, but they should expand on the options. The service is excellent.
good quality was 2 star in my mind, service is slower than we expected.drinks were good and the place was nice!
Like all other five stars, not worth the moneyThere is nothing special about this place. it is just like all other five star hotels they are never worth the money you end up eating ordinary food and pay three or four times the price
Excellent food & high rated hospitality.... Very nice staff... Lived it
Unbelievably expensive for the portion served. Service is good.
Nice calm place for business meeting, however price is very high
Another typical restaurant in a hotel. Food was average. Ate here couple of times because I was staying at Ritz. Dal Makhani was good. Naan was good but size of the naan was a joke. Quantity in general was small.Whenever I stay here at Ritz I would eat here because of convenience but I would avoid this if I am planning to eat out.
Good..
Had been here for a dinner with my family and friends. Riwaz(The Ritz-Carlton is very classy when it comes to taste ,quality wise its superb. Ambience is wonderful. Staffs are super courteous over here .The name of that guy was Deepak who was serving us. He was very active, polite, courteous and happy.good experience. :)
Youll be welcomed by the luxurious decor of the hotel. The food was a royal treat with show cooked lamb topped with almond flakes, the chicken was too tangy for my liking. Overall a great place for special occasions
The North Indian cuisine restaurant of Ritz Carlton, serves some of the best biriyanis in town. Service is great, the staff pays attention to your needs and the foods taste can be contoured to your requirements. Prices are high, which for its taste, ambience and service is not too much. Serving sizes, however, are on the smaller side
Average food but attention oriented service.
Excellent but expensive. The rich black dal was great.
I like very blue berry juice, good location
The food is extremely tasty and high quality. They have a set menu option for dinner, which is a very convenient way to sample a number of menu items.
Brunch is to die for.. A must try.. Huge range to pick from. Friendly staff.
