הנגישות ברכב לא נוחה, אין מעלית, הצוות לא מדבר עברית לא מבינים מילה!! רק אנגלית/ערבית, המדרגות תלולות לקומות, החדר נפתח עם מפתח והנעילה עם לחיצת כפתור בידית שאפשר לפרוץ בקלות (אין תחושת ביטחון), בחדר המצעים היו עם כתמים ושניסיתי להסביר לצוות שיביאו לי חדש לקח זמן שיבינו שאני צריך ציפה לשמיכה ולא סדין למרות שהראתי לעובד מה אני צריך, המיטות הן מיטות יחיד ולא נוח לישון שם זוג בכלל הן זזות מאוד, ה"נוף" שקיבלנו היה לבית קברות (צירפתי תמונה), לשירותים יש מדרגה גדולה וכדי לסגור את הדלת מבפנים או להגיע למקלחת צריך לעלות על האסלה כי אין מקום שם, יש וונטה לאוויר שרועשת כמו מכסחת דשא והיא לא מובילה החוצה אלא לאיזה חצץ שיש בתוך המבנה, הטלווזיה עם ערוץ אחד שלא רלוונטי לכלום, על הקיר בכניסה לחדר היה ניראה כיאילו החדר בשיפוץ(צירפתי תמונה), הארוחת בוקר במלון ששילמתי עלייה היה ירקות ביצה קשה וגבינה כיאילו אני בפריסה בצבא ולא בארוחה במקום שמגדיר את עצמו בית מלון,לסיכום המקום הזה לא התקרב לציפיות שלי וסך הכל באתי להעביר שם לילה ולאכול משהו משביע לבוקר וגם זה הם לא הצליחו לעשות מקווה שהם יקראו את הביקורת למרות שהיא בעברית.

The owner was welcoming. The cleaner was cranky and rude. The second floor view is literally a graveyard. Location is nice.

Trato perfecto y el personal súper amable sobre todo el señor Houssam. Calidad pereció insuperable.Ubricacion perfecta, justo delante de las murallas de la ciudad vieja y a 5 minutos de la mezquita.

We want to thank the whole Rivoli Hotel Team for the wonderful service and quality of everything we got there at our trip!!! For this price you won’t find a better place in Jerusalem. We recommend it to 100%, because we had the best time there.

The proximity to the Old City makes this spot a steal. Breakfast is great: hummus, veggies, toast. Simple but very nice.

Хороший отель на несколько дней. Хочу отметить особенно персонал гостиницы. Замечательные мужчины. Завтрак хороший, сотрудники учтивые и приветливые. Оставили замечательное впечатление. Арабы очень хорошо относятся к женщинам. Гостиница в арабском квартале.

+ location very close to the Old Jerusalem, safety due to police station opposite the street, many small shops near. Included breakfast is quite substantial, although not too tasty and monotonous.- Small room for 3 people, very-very simple and very-very old with old smell in the room.

Basic and functional, looks like a nursing home as you enter lobby. Management sleep on the sofas overnight, food very very basic. Only thing going for it is accessibility and proximity to Herods Gate and Aqsa

It isnt very loud and the price is very good

Was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip to Israel, set in the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and loved the fruit salad for breakfast, sometimes having it twice at the same breakfast. Within walking distance of the city wall and the bazaar. It has no lift but the staff are on hand to carry your luggage up to your room.

Amazing location for the old city but a very noisy street from 5:30am till 1am every day.Looks basic, but is cleaner than you think on first glance and the team genuinely want to help you have a great holiday at every opportunity.Breakfast is basic but very pleasant.Only real downsides are the tiny bath/ showers and the wifi cant cope when the hotel is full in the evenings.

Неплохой отель эконом класса,есть всё необходимое,даже телевизор с русским каналом. Работники отеля не говорят по русски,но английский знают хорошо. Вежливые и аккуратные. Завтрак вполне приемлемый, очень вкусный кофе. Для ночлега на несколько дней вполне подходит.

Very basic hotel.

A very basis no frills hotel its quite run down but staff pleasant and helpful. Food basic same breakfast every day evening meals also same. The rooms are valeted daily. No kettle/ hairdryer . I guess its adequate if youre out all day

Was good at the city centre.... No Parking 🅿 available... But still very close to the old city... 👍🏻

Excellent location for Al Aqsa, right on the Herod gate, lot of halal options nearby. Hotel rooms are clean and priced well. Not a 5 star hotel, but for the location, condition and price, great choice. Will definitely stay again

Customer service what customer service? Unhelpful staff. No lift. Food was the same for 6 nights. Rooms very dusty. No change of sheets. Had to ask for bath towels. No fridge in the room. Group of 25 people were ALL unhappy with the non service provided. Would NOT recommend at all.

Great place to stay in Jerusalem. Room service everyday which is very nice for a hotel like this. The beds were comfortable, room and bathroom very clean. The breakfast was quite repetitive but tasty and fresh. I can only say that its a perfect place for a week-long trip to Jerusalem for not so much money.

The staff are friendly and go out of their way. The bathroom was clean and the water hot. The room was pleasantly warm and the bed comfortable. My room faced a graveyard so the neighbours were quiet. The location is superb. The breakfast was OK.Its low budget so I can forgive the shoddy carpet.What I did not like was the dodgy lock on the door...

Dont book with this hotel. They cancelled my booking a few weeks before arrival to sell my room for higher price. Its a con.

Nice basic Hotel. The People are very friendly. We payed 25 Euros per person including breakfast. I can recommend that place.

I stayed here Apr11 and Oct12 and . The Mgr was v friendly. Had a great cold buffet breakfast + made my lunch each day. 10 min walk to Masjid Al Aqsa. Cheap + cheerful. Hot water 6-9 am / pm only! I love this hotel and the staff, you cant beat great service and friendly people. Location is awesome, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The coach service back to the border is 1 min away, Damascus gate 5 mins, fresh falafel and a great confectionary store in the evenings around the corner 3 mins
